Description
- The present invention relates to a multi-functional rhythmic platform and more particularly to a multi-functional rhythmic platform that enables users to exercise in different ways.
- A common aerobic stepper is mainly composed of an elongated stepping board and two supporting legs fixed under two ends of a longer length of the elongated stepping board respectively. The elongated stepping board is supported uprightly by the height of the two supporting legs in order to form a stepping board resembling a stair. Users can perform aerobic exercise by stepping forward, backward, leftward, rightward, upward and downward in order to achieve the effects of legs and waist exercise.
- A common balance board is disposed with a circular disc as a stepping board, and a downwardly protruded arc-shaped body is disposed under a center of the stepping board. When the arc-shaped body is pressed downward against the ground, a user's center of gravity is unbalanced due to the disposition of the arc-shaped body that causes swing movement in different directions. Therefore, the user's sense of equilibrium can be trained and effects of physical fitness can also be achieved.
- Each of the above mentioned exercise equipment can only provide a single function for physical training. They are stand-alone equipment and can not replace each other. Therefore, users will need to buy them separately if they want the two different kinds of physical training. As a result, the economical burden on the users is increased and more space is also required for storing the equipment.
- In view of the above drawbacks, a multi-functional rhythmic platform of the present invention is provided with different structures and techniques from the conventional ones.
- An objective of the present invention is to provide a multi-functional rhythmic platform with a stepping board and two supporting legs that can be securely connected or detached in order to form a rhythmic platform with different exercise modes for achieving different physical fitness effects; and to save the expenses for buying different exercise equipment as well as to save space for storing.
- In order to achieve the above-mentioned objectives, a multi-functional rhythmic platform of the present invention comprises an elongated stepping board, a first supporting leg and a second supporting leg. Bottom sides of two ends of a longer length of the elongated stepping board have a first positioning portion and a fourth positioning portion respectively. A second positioning portion and a third positioning portion are disposed between the first positioning portion and the fourth positioning portion. A bottom portion of a side of the first supporting leg has a first fulcrum. A top end of the first supporting leg is disposed with a first connecting portion for connecting upwardly with the first positioning portion; or for connecting upwardly with the second positioning portion after the first supporting leg is turned 180 degrees on a same plane. A bottom portion of a side of the second supporting leg has a second fulcrum. A top end of the second supporting leg is disposed with a second connecting portion for connecting upwardly with the second positioning portion in order that the first fulcrum and the second fulcrum are respectively disposed under the two ends of the longer length of the elongated stepping board for upwardly supporting the elongated stepping board; or for connecting upwardly with the third positioning portion after the second supporting leg is turned 180 degrees on a same plane in order that the first fulcrum and the second fulcrum are adjacent to each other and are disposed under a central position of the longer length of the elongated stepping board.
- In practice, the first positioning portion is a plurality of positioning grooves. The second positioning portion is a plurality of positioning grooves disposed on a horizontal plane other than that of the first positioning portion. The first connecting portion is a plurality of positioning columns for correspondingly inserting, connecting and positioning inside the plurality of positioning grooves of the first positioning portion or the second positioning portion.
- In practice, the third positioning portion is a plurality of positioning grooves. The fourth positioning portion is a plurality of positioning grooves disposed on a horizontal plane other than that of the third positioning portion. The second connecting portion is a plurality of positioning columns for correspondingly inserting, connecting and positioning inside the plurality of positioning grooves of the third positioning portion or the fourth positioning portion.
