Abstract
A belly exercise healthy machine includes a kneeling box having five wheels inside the box wherein a front wheel engaged on a first axial rod, two left wheels superimposedly engaged on a second axial rod and two right wheels engaged on a third axial rod a roller assembly having a shaft, a positioning plate on the middle of the shaft, a pair of rollers abutting the lateral sides of the positioning plate, a pair of handle grips on two ends of the shaft and a pair corks engaged into two ends of the handle grips, an elastic rope has a first end connected to the positioning plate via a tube and a first ball headed adapter and a second end connected to a transverse linear slot via a second ball head adapter and a cup shaped retainer. The rope winds on the front wheel and then sequentially and alternately winds on the left wheels and the right wheels. An operator can knee on the kneeling box and pushes the roller assembly to and fro to exercise his belly.
Description
- The present invention relates to healthy machine and more particularly to a belly exercise healthy machine.
- Typical healthy machine for exercising the belly of human comprises generally a kneeling box, a roller assembly and a pair of elastic ropes connected between the kneeling box and the roller assembly. A human body kneels on the kneeling box and pushes the roller assembly forward. The body first displays to an inverse V-shaped posture, then gradually becomes a lying position as to stretch his belly and then pull back the roller assembly to regain his original kneeling posture. Repeated operation as discussed the above, it will achieve the belly exercise purpose. However, this type of the belly exercise healthy machine has a disadvantage that the elastic ropes may be disordered because they are all exploded out of the kneeling box.
- The present invention has a main object to provide a belly exercise healthy machine in which the elastic rope is hidden in the kneeling box and alternately wound on a plurality of wheels so that the rope is stretched or contracted freely without disordering.
- Accordingly, the belly exercise healthy machine of the present invention comprises generally a kneeling box, a roller assembly and an elastic rope. The elastic rope has one end secured inside the kneeling box and alternately winds on five wheels and then the other end connects to the roller assembly. So that the elasticity of the elastic rope is stable and free to stretch and to contract without disordered.
- The present invention will become more fully understood by reference to the following detailed description thereof when read in conjunction with the attached drawings.
- FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view to show preferred embodiment of the present invention,
- FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view to show the wheels inside the kneeling box,
- FIG. 3 is a perspectively view to show the assembly of FIG. 1,
- FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the roller assembly,
- FIG. 5 is a plane view to show the elastic rope winding on the wheels inside the kneeling box,
- FIG. 6 is a sectional view of the wheels inside the kneeling box,
- FIG. 7 is a side view to show an operator to operate the belly exercise healthy machine while the body is about to present an inverse V-shaped posture,
- FIG. 8 is a side view while the operator is becoming a lying position,
- FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view to show an alternate embodiment of the present invention,
- FIG. 10 is a side view to show an operator sitting down on the kneeling box to lift the handle grips up and down as to play a dumbbell.
- With reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and3 of the drawings, the belly exercise healthy machine of the present invention comprises generally a kneeling
box 10, anelastic rope 20 and aroller assembly 30. The kneelingbox 10 has acover 11, abase 12 combined with thecover 11 by a plurality ofscrews 111, threeaxial rods rod 129 spacedly disposed on the inner surface of thebase 12, afront wheel 124 rotatably sleeved on theaxial rod 121, a pair of theleft wheels axial rod 122, a pair ofright wheels axial rod 123, aback plate 120 projected upward from the back edge of thebase 12 in which is a transverselinear slot 1201 and a plurality of L-shaped positioning slots 1202 communicating to thelinear slot 1201 and acushion 112 disposed on the top of thecover 11. - The
roller assembly 30 has ashaft 31, a positioning plate secured to the middle portion of theshaft 31, a pair ofrollers 33 rotatably secured to theshaft 31 abutting the lateral sides of thepositioning plate 32, a pair ofhandle grips 34 wrapped on two ends of theshaft 31 and a pair ofcorks 35 secured to the free ends of the handle grips 34 (as shown in FIG. 4). - Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6 and FIGS. 1 and 2 again, the elastic rope has a first end secured to a ball headed
adapter 23 which includes acircular plate 231, and atube 24 has ahollow cylinder body 242, an opening 243 in the top and acollar 241 on one end for retaining the ball headedadapter 23. Thetube 24 is secured to thepositioning plate 32 byscrew 25 andnut 321 with a washer engaged therebeween. Theelastic rope 20 first winds on thefront wheel 124, then a lowerleft wheel 126, a lowerright wheel 128, an upperleft wheel 125 and an upperright wheel 127 and then the second end of the rope secured to a ball headedadapter 21 which is retained in a cup shapedretainer 22. Theretainer 22 has aretaining plate 221 secured to one end of thelinear slot 1201 by ascrew 222 andnut 223 with a washer engaged therebetween. Theretaining plate 221 is displaceable to any of the L-shaped slots 1202 when theelastic rope 20 is found slack. - Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, in operation, the operator knees on the top of the kneeling
box 10 and grips thehandle grips 34 to push theroller assembly 30 forward by using the force of the arms and the legs. The body of the operator is first bowed as an inverse V-shaped posture, then stretches out to became a lying position. When retreats, theelastic rope 20 will contract back into the kneelingbox 10 and the body of the operator regains to his original kneeling posture. Repeated operation as discussed the above, the belly of the operator will be exercised. - Because of that the two
right wheels wheels elastic rope 20 receives both the friction force and the resistance force so thatrope 20 will be stretched or contracted stably and slowly. - Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, an alternate embodiment of the belly exercise healthy machine is provided. This embodiment is structurally and functionally most similar to the above embodiment as described in FIGS.1-8, and the above discussion is applicable in the most instances. The only difference is that the two
rollers 33 of the roller assembly are removed. Instead of is apositioning clip 36 to clip theshaft 31 to control thepositioning plate 32 from lateral displacement. By this modification, the operator may sit down on the top of the kneelingbox 10 and lift theshaft 31 up and down with two hands just as to play a dumbbell. - The specification relating to the above embodiment should be construed as exemplary rather than as limitative of the present invention, with many variations and modifications being readily attainable by a person of average skill in the art without departing from the spirit or scope thereof as defined by the appended claims and their legal equivalents.
