本发明公开了一种保温隔声地垫以及生产工艺,属于保温隔声地垫技术领域,包括面层和底层材料,所述底层材料为:玻璃纤维毡;所述面层材料按重量份计包括:无机胶凝材料30‑90份;乳液20‑50份;橡胶颗粒15‑47份;纤维素醚0.05‑0.2份;消泡剂0.06‑0.1份;成膜助剂0.1‑0.5份;水0‑37份。本发明中,将面层材料通过高压喷枪喷涂于玻璃纤维毡表面,经过温度为80‑140℃的烘干箱,复合形成环保的地面功能地垫片(卷)材,该产品具有优异的隔声保温性能,能有效降低建筑能量散失,同时降低楼板撞击噪声,提高建筑空间生活品质,施工简便。本发明隔声保温地垫还具有生产工艺简单,设备条件要求低,同时能有效的解决目前市面上的大部分保温隔声地垫隔声效果差、压缩形变量大等通病。

本发明属于保温隔声地垫技术领域,尤其涉及一种保温隔声地垫以及生产工艺。
背景技术
为了保证住宅建筑的楼板抗撞击隔声能力,一般需要在建筑楼板内设置隔声吸声减噪的设计,优异的建筑空间是品质生活的保证,建筑地坪隔音保温是对建筑空间的消声降噪的重要手段。
中国专利文件CN101949202B公开了一种保温、隔声和防火的地板结构及制造方法,一层石膏板、两层自流平石膏、一层地板砖和欧姆型(Ω)龙骨组成;欧姆型(Ω)龙骨固定在一层地板基层上,在欧姆型(Ω)龙骨之间有自流平石膏填充,石膏板固定在欧姆型(Ω)龙骨上,石膏板上浇注顶层自流平石膏;在顶层自流平石膏上铺设地板砖。该方案应用于及对隔声、保温、防火要求较高的场所,但在实际使用时,由于石膏板和自流平石膏在需要预制生产,不能很好的满足加工处理需要。

玻璃纤维毡;
所述面层材料按重量份计包括:
水泥 30-90份;
乳液 20-50份;
橡胶颗粒 15-47份;
纤维素醚 0.05-0.2份;
消泡剂 0.06-0.1份;
成膜助剂 0.1-0.5份;
水 0-37份。

2、本发明中,通过设置的橡胶颗粒和乳液以及水泥,能够通过水泥的粘合强度将橡胶颗粒以及乳液复配呈吸能面层膜,并且通过消泡剂和成膜助剂的设置降低浆体喷覆时表面空隙,提高吸能效果,并且通过纤维素醚的添加,能够提高地垫生产后的热塑性能,具有较高的抗温能力。

S1、面层材料的制备:按重量组份将30%无机胶凝材料,15%橡胶颗粒,0.06%纤维素醚,0.06%消泡剂,0.1%抗飞溅剂混合均匀形成预混料a;按重量组分将40%乳液,5%水,0.1%成膜助剂,搅拌混合均匀形成预混料b;将预混料a和预混料b,按重量组分1:0.5混合均匀形成面层浆料;
S2、面层材料和底层材料的复合:利用高压喷枪,将S1中面层浆料喷涂于底层材料的玻璃纤维毡上;
S3、保温隔声垫的生产:将S2中的复合材料放入纸烘干箱中烘干5分钟,即得到保温隔声地垫材料。

实施方式具体为:所述保温隔声地垫装置后,通过将原料石膏基自流形成隔声地垫隔声系统。
实施例2
本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、面层材料的制备:按重量组份将60%无机胶凝材料,46%橡胶颗粒,0.23%纤维素醚,0.08%消泡剂,0.3%抗飞溅剂混合均匀形成预混料a;按重量组分将60%乳液,25%水,0.5%成膜助剂,搅拌混合均匀形成预混料b;将预混料a和预混料b,按重量组分1:0.8混合均匀形成面层浆料;
S2、面层材料和底层材料的复合:利用高压喷枪,将S1中面层浆料喷涂于底层材料的玻璃纤维毡上;
S3、保温隔声垫的生产:将S2中的复合材料放入纸烘干箱中烘干5分钟,即得到保温隔声地垫材料。

实施方式具体为:制备出的保温隔声地垫在制备时,具体包括基层处理:将基层地面进行清理,清除垃圾和浮灰;打点标高,粘贴竖向隔离片,对超过标高的部分进行磨削,对凹坑进行填补;
铺设隔声保温地垫:铺设保温隔声垫,处理隔声垫之间以及隔声垫和墙面缝隙;
采用石膏自流平砂浆进行精密找平、流平施工,厚度一般为30毫米;
完成流平作业后,对现场进行封闭养护,根据环境的情况决定开放时间;
其中,石膏自流平砂浆是由特种石膏等胶凝材料、精选骨料及多种添加剂组成,具有优良的流动性,能够自动精准找平地面,它可以直接作为具有装饰功能的面层使用,又可以作为铺设装饰面层(如瓷砖、地毯、木地板、地暖体系、PVC等软性地面装饰材料)平整基层材料使用,适用于房建、学校、医院、机场、商业中心、展览中心等室内精找平地面(平整度≤2mm/2m)。
实施例3
本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、面层材料的制备:按重量组份将90%无机胶凝材料,67%橡胶颗粒,0.3%纤维素醚,0.1%消泡剂,0.5%抗飞溅剂混合均匀形成预混料a;按重量组分将88%乳液,37%水,1%成膜助剂,搅拌混合均匀形成预混料b;将预混料a和预混料b,按重量组分1:1混合均匀形成面层浆料;
S2、面层材料和底层材料的复合:利用高压喷枪,将S1中面层浆料喷涂于底层材料的玻璃纤维毡上;
S3、保温隔声垫的生产:将S2中的复合材料放入纸烘干箱中烘干5分钟,即得到保温隔声地垫材料。

将实施例1-3制备的保温隔声地垫制备样区并与传统隔声地垫做对比例,进行性能测试得到数据如下表,其中,性能测试依据标准,(声学建筑和建筑构件隔声测量第7部分,楼板撞击声的现场测量GB/T 19889.7-2005)(建筑隔声评价标准GB/T 50121-2005):
根据上表可知,本发明制备的隔声地垫相较于传统地垫具有明显声量改善,实施例2为本发明的优先实施例。

1.一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
S1、面层材料的制备:按重量组份将30-90%无机胶凝材料,15-67%橡胶颗粒,0.06-0.3%纤维素醚,0.06-0.1%消泡剂,0.1-0.5%抗飞溅剂混合均匀形成预混料a;按重量组分将40-99%乳液,0-37%水,0.1-1%成膜助剂,搅拌混合均匀形成预混料b;将预混料a和预混料b,按重量组分1:0.5-1混合均匀形成面层浆料;
S2、面层材料和底层材料的复合:利用高压喷枪,将S1中面层浆料喷涂于底层材料的玻璃纤维毡上;
S3、保温隔声垫的生产:将S2中的复合材料放入纸烘干箱中烘干5分钟,即得到保温隔声地垫材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述无机胶凝材料为石膏、水泥的一种或者几种;所述石膏为天然石膏、脱硫石膏的一种或者几种;所述水泥为普通硅酸盐水泥、硫铝酸盐水泥、铝酸盐水泥的一种或者几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述乳液为丙烯酸乳液、VEA乳液的一种或者几种;所述乳液的玻璃化温度为0-10℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素粘度为400-10万范围内的一种或者几种粘度,所述粘度为布氏粘度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为阳离子表面活性剂或阴离子表面活性剂中的一种或组合,所述乳液成膜助剂为二乙二醇丁醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维毡为湿法成型玻璃纤维毡,所述玻璃纤维毡厚度为2-5mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述橡胶粉颗粒细度为40目-60目。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗飞溅剂为0.2-0.6mm木质纤维,烘干箱温度为80-140摄氏度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温隔声地垫的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述高压喷枪的压力范围为0.2-0.7Mpa,高压喷枪的喷料量为10-12L/min。
10.一种权利要求1-10任一项所述的保温隔声地垫生产工艺获得的保温隔声地垫。
