The embodiment of the application provides an electronic commerce order generation system and an electronic commerce order generation method, and aims to solve the problem of complex work caused by the fact that information of a huge order needs to be manually changed under the condition that the commodity category and quantity are selected wrongly in the related technology.
Referring to fig. 1, an electronic commerce order generation system and an order generation method thereof includes the following steps:
marking first pairing codes for order task information generated by a client terminal, wherein the pairing codes of each order task information are different;
collecting all order task information of a client terminal server, and storing to form a database; marking a second pairing code on supplementary information generated by the user in the client terminal about order task information;
establishing a data transmission model, wherein the data transmission model is provided with an input channel and a plurality of output channels; each output channel is matched with a first pairing code, and the first pairing code is used as an output key;
all the second pairing codes are paired with the first pairing codes one by one, so that the output channel outputs the supplementary information to the corresponding order task information; wherein OpenSSH is used to establish a data channel. OpenSSH is a free network tool that encrypts all data traffic (including passwords) and effectively eliminates interception, interception of connections, and other network level attacks, port forwarding is a function of OpenSSH that allows TCP/IP connections to remote machines through encrypted channel forwarding, port forwarding is transparent to the program, and a secure data channel can be established through it within the program.
The data transmission model can be used for establishing a special independent channel only by limiting and establishing an output channel without limiting an input channel, and the second pairing code is paired with the first pairing code one by one, so that the data transmission model can be directly connected with a database for transmission without a normal data transmission process, and the steps of collecting and transmitting transmission information by a client and collecting and transmitting by a client server are omitted. The efficiency of the process is accelerated.
Performing character recognition on the supplementary information to obtain a change requirement; covering corresponding information in corresponding order task information in the database by using a data channel according to the change requirement;
comparing the supplementary information with corresponding information in the covered order task information, if the supplementary information is the same as the covered order task information, finishing covering, and otherwise, returning to the step of screening out a first pairing code paired with a second pairing code in the database; the method ensures the correctness of the automatic change of the information and whether the information has deviation, because the phenomena of certain error probability, messy code phenomenon in the transmission process and the like exist in character recognition, a self-error correction function is realized, and the accuracy and the timeliness of data are ensured.
Through the steps, the order task information generated by the client terminal is marked with the first pairing code, and the supplementary information generated by the user in the client terminal about the order task information is marked with the second pairing code; all the second pairing codes are paired with the first pairing codes one by establishing a data transmission model, so that the output channel outputs the supplementary information to the corresponding order task information; carrying out character recognition on the supplementary information to obtain a change requirement; covering corresponding information in corresponding order task information in the database according to the change requirement; therefore, the corresponding order task information in the database is automatically changed, manual screening in huge orders and manual changing are not needed, the workload of merchants is reduced, real-time updating is realized, and the condition of mistaken sending caused by untimely modification is avoided.
In some preferred embodiments, there is a case that the order task information on the client terminal is not changed after the order task information of the merchant order system is changed, so the method further comprises the following steps:
after the step of covering the corresponding information in the corresponding order task information in the database according to the change requirement is completed, the method also comprises the following steps:
automatically intercepting a first picture by corresponding the modified order task information to the original order task information of the client;
identifying the content of the modified order task information and forming character information; sending the text information to a user by using a data channel, and simultaneously modifying order task information generated by a client terminal; intercepting a second picture of the order task information after modification in the client terminal, putting the first picture and the second picture into the same folder, and recording the modification reason and the modification time; and then saved in the database as data proof.
The data channel is utilized to achieve the purpose of simultaneous modification, the user is prevented from modifying, the operation of the user is omitted, the accuracy of the order is guaranteed, unnecessary disputes are avoided in the later period, namely, the contrast pictures formed by the first picture and the second picture form strong contrast, the contrast pictures are obvious when being used as evidences, and the data channel has persuasion and has constraint effects on merchants and buyers.
In some preferred embodiments, there are some cases where some orders have remarks, and it is generally necessary to arrange delivery accordingly according to the remark cases, however, the large order volume makes the work complicated. The following steps thus result:
classifying all order task information to form a first order type and a second order type, wherein the first order type has remark information, and the second order type has no remark information;
performing character recognition on the first order type to obtain remark content of each order task information in the first order type; packing and sending the remark content and corresponding order task information to an emergency processing unit; the emergency processing unit is utilized to send the remark content to the feedback unit;
acquiring a feedback result of the feedback unit, and adjusting the delivery sequence of the order task information; the feedback results include urgent delivery, expedited delivery, and general delivery.
Wherein the feedback unit is the result of the active judgment and selection performed by the staff.
In some preferred embodiments, there are situations where the receiving address is wrongly filled, and the receiving address often needs to be manually selected from existing addresses, and considering that the receiving address is generally the current address, and when the receiving address is newly added, the current address often needs to be refilled, and many times, the filling of the address is inaccurate, which results in difficulty in receiving the goods, based on the above situations, there are the following operations:
before marking the first pairing code for the order task information generated by the client terminal, the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a trigger module signal, wherein the trigger module signal is a signal for entering an address selecting and filling section after finishing the checking of the commodity type and model;
when a trigger module signal is received, acquiring the real-time positioning of a client terminal and a goods receiving address stored in the client terminal;
identifying a receiving address stored in the client terminal to obtain position information, and matching and comparing the position information with the real-time positioning of the client terminal;
if the distance between the real-time positioning of the client terminal and the receiving address with the closest distance is less than or equal to the set distance, taking the close receiving address as the receiving address of the order task information;
and if the distance between the real-time positioning of the client terminal and the receiving address with the closest distance is greater than the set distance, entering a selection mode. The selection mode is a pop-up selection interface, and options in the selection interface comprise a receiving address stored in the client terminal and the real-time positioning information at the moment; clicking confirmation can be selected according to needs, and then the confirmed position information is used as a receiving address of the order task information.
The reason for selecting the mode setting is that there is a need to send the goods to a remote shipping address or to a current location.
Furthermore, when no receiving address exists in the client terminal, the real-time positioning of the client terminal is used as the receiving address of the order task information, and the step of filling in the information of the receiver is carried out, so that the problem that the current address is always required to be refilled when the receiving address is newly added, and the address filling is inaccurate in many times, which causes difficulty in receiving the commodity is solved. In this case, of course, the voice module may be enabled for voice input to address the situation where the shipping address is not the current location and requires manual input.
Further, after the completion of the filling of the consignee information, the consignee information and the real-time positioning of the client terminal are stored, order task information is formed, so that the problem that the newly added address needs to be additionally stored is solved, and the filled content is automatically stored.
In some preferred embodiments, there are cases of the order quantity being increased sharply and the stock quantity being insufficient, so after the step of covering the corresponding information in the corresponding order task information in the database according to the change requirement is completed, the following steps are further included:
calculating the selling quantity of all commodities according to the order task information in the database; acquiring the stock quantity of all the commodities, and subtracting the sold quantity and the stock quantity of each commodity to obtain a difference value;
if the difference is smaller than the set value, an early warning of insufficient inventory is sent out, otherwise, the early warning is not sent out.
The present application further provides a commodity customization service system, which includes:
the first module is used for marking first pairing codes for the order task information generated by the client terminal, and the pairing codes of each order task information are different;
the second module is used for collecting all order task information of the client terminal server and storing the order task information to form a database;
the third module is used for marking a second pairing code for the supplementary information generated by the user about the order task information in the client terminal;
a fourth module for establishing a data transmission model, wherein the data transmission model is provided with an input channel and a plurality of output channels; each output channel is matched with a first pairing code, and the first pairing code is used as an output key;
a fifth module, configured to pair all the second pairing codes with the first pairing codes one by one, so that the output channel outputs the supplemental information to the corresponding order task information; the sixth module is used for carrying out character recognition on the supplementary information to obtain a change requirement; and covering corresponding information in the corresponding order task information in the database by using a data channel according to the change requirement.
Further, the system also comprises an early warning module;
after the step of covering the corresponding information in the corresponding order task information in the database according to the change requirement is completed, the method also comprises the following steps:
calculating the selling quantity of all commodities by using an early warning module according to order task information in a database; acquiring the stock quantity of all the commodities, and performing difference on the sold quantity and the stock quantity of each commodity to obtain a difference value; if the difference value is smaller than the set value, the early warning module sends out early warning sound of insufficient inventory, otherwise, the early warning module does not send out early warning sound. Therefore, the merchant is reminded in time to replenish the goods.
The application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which is used for executing the electronic commerce order generation method, so that the corresponding order task information in the database can be automatically changed, manual screening and manual changing in huge orders are not needed, the workload of merchants is reduced, real-time updating is realized, and the error condition caused by untimely modification is avoided.
