acquiring a material purchasing demand of a network point, extracting a material name/code, a goods-picking network point name/code and a purchasing quantity in the material purchasing demand, and determining a customer level;
determining the customer-level price or the individual price of the materials to be purchased by the website according to the customer level;
determining corresponding material price and network independent rate according to the network name/code and the material name/code;
calculating the actual selling price of the corresponding material according to the material price, the network point individual rate, the client-level price or the client individual price, and calculating the payment amount based on the actual selling price;
generating a pre-payment order based on the payment amount, the material price, and a site-specific rate, and a customer-level price or a customer-specific price.

It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses, and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (10)

1. An online material management method based on a bill of surface is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a pre-payment order submitted by a website, and analyzing the pre-payment order to obtain website information and material information;
detecting whether the material information meets the order filling specification;
if the order filling specification is met, judging whether the pre-paid order belongs to a cloud warehouse order;
and if the cloud warehouse order belongs to the cloud warehouse order, inquiring material inventory information corresponding to the website information in the cloud warehouse, adjusting the material inventory information according to the purchase quantity in the material information, and generating a sales delivery order.
2. The order-based online material management method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the prepaid order belongs to a cloud vault order comprises:
judging whether the website information in the pre-payment order is a cloud warehouse website or not;
if the network point information is a cloud warehouse network point, judging whether the material information exists in a cloud warehouse stock;
if yes, determining that the pre-paid order is a cloud warehouse order;
if not, determining that the pre-paid order is a non-cloud warehouse order.

The bill-based online material management method according to claim 1, wherein the querying of material inventory information corresponding to the website information in a cloud warehouse, the adjusting of the material inventory information according to the purchase quantity in the material information, and the generating of the sales and delivery order comprise:
screening out material inventory information of corresponding network points from the cloud storehouse based on the network point information;
inquiring corresponding inventory record items in the material inventory information according to the material names in the material information;
adjusting data in the inventory records based on the purchase quantity in the material information;
and after the data in the inventory record item is adjusted, generating a sales and invoice by using the website code, the material name and the purchase data in the website information.
4. The bill of surface based on-line materials management method of claim 3, wherein the adjusting the data in the inventory record based on the purchase amount in the materials information comprises:
comparing the purchase quantity in the material information with the inventory quantity recorded in the inventory record item;
and if the purchase quantity is less than or equal to the inventory quantity, calculating inventory quantity updating data according to the inventory quantity and the purchase quantity, and performing settlement processing according to price information in the pre-paid order.
5. The order-based online material management method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, before obtaining a prepaid order submitted by the website and parsing the prepaid order to obtain website information and material information:
acquiring a material purchasing demand of a network point, extracting a material name/code, a goods-picking network point name/code and a purchasing quantity in the material purchasing demand, and determining a customer level;
determining the customer-level price or the individual price of the materials to be purchased by the website according to the customer level;
determining corresponding material price and network independent rate according to the network name/code and the material name/code;
calculating the actual selling price of the corresponding material according to the material price, the network point individual rate, the client-level price or the client individual price, and calculating the payment amount based on the actual selling price;
generating a pre-payment order based on the payment amount, the material price, and a site-specific rate, and a customer-level price or a customer-specific price.
6. The order-based online material management method of claim 5, further comprising, after the generating a sales shipping order:
acquiring the basic price, the value-added service fee and the operation additional fee of the material at the current moment on the network point corresponding to the network point name/code;
calculating the price of the material of the network point at the current moment based on the basic price, the value-added service fee and the operation additional fee;
comparing the customer-level price or customer-individual price to the site price;
and if the customer-level price is greater than the website price or the individual customer price is greater than the website price, updating the customer-level price or the individual customer price according to the website price.
7. The order-based online material management method of claim 5, further comprising, after the generating a sales shipping order:
and the sales delivery order is updated and stored in an order data table of the cloud warehouse, and the order details in the stored order data table and the inventory information of the remaining materials in the cloud warehouse are updated and displayed in a report query module in the cloud warehouse.
8. An online material management device based on a bill of surface, characterized in that the online material management device based on the bill of surface comprises:
the analysis module is used for acquiring a prepaid order submitted by a website and analyzing the prepaid order to obtain website information and material information;
the detection module is used for detecting whether the material information meets the order filling specification;

10. A computer-readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for bill-based online material management according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
