本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,公开了一种无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,包括在反应釜中加入水;加热所述反应釜至第一设定温度;在所述反应釜内加入物料,搅拌;保温搅拌;降温至第二设定温度,过滤出料,从而解决现有的皂洗剂存在的存在泡沫大以及未固着的水解染料回沾布面的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织染整技术领域,尤其是涉及一种皂洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
皂洗工序是印染产品质量好坏的关键步骤之一,皂洗工艺能有效去除纯棉及其混纺产品的浮色,保证色牢度,并使色光更为鲜艳和纯正,能有效提高和保证染料的固着。皂洗剂是完成皂洗工序的关键。
皂洗剂的作用机理是通过增溶、分散、悬浮和络合等作用,使未固着的染料和水解染料稳定存在于皂液中而不再回沾到纤维上。深色的染料和用量较大的染料,皂洗难度更大,往往需要多次皂洗和水洗。
现有技术中,人们通常采用表面活性剂来复配皂洗剂,这种皂洗剂泡沫多,而泡沫是印染过程中不希望出现的,它难以洗去,造成浪费,还可能出现污点,影响布面效果。如果用有机硅消泡剂消泡,则织物表面很可能形成“硅斑”,更加影响产品品质,而且未固着的水解染料容易回沾布面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,以解决现有的皂洗剂存在的存在泡沫大以及未固着的水解染料回沾布面的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,包括:
在反应釜中加入水;
加热所述反应釜至第一设定温度;
在所述反应釜内加入物料,搅拌;
保温搅拌;
降温至第二设定温度,过滤出料。
优选的,所述水为纯水,所述水的质量比为44.0%-71.0%
优选的,所述物料包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP、马来酸与丙烯酸共聚物、羟基羧酸盐和零水偏硅酸盐,质量比依次为5.0%-10.0%、12.0%-20.0%、2.0%-6.0%和10.0%-20.0%。
优选的,所述水为纯水,所述水的质量比为和29.0%-54.0%。
优选的,所述物料包括:乙烯咪唑与乙烯吡咯烷酮共聚物、聚丙烯酸盐、羟基羧酸盐和零水偏硅酸盐,质量比依次为10.0%-18.0%、10.0%-15.0%、4.0%-10.0%和22.0%-28.0%。
优选的,所述第一设定温度为50-60℃。
优选的,所述保温搅拌的温度为50-60℃,所述保温搅拌的时间为1-2小时。
优选的,所述第二设定温度为30—40℃。
因此,本发明采用上述方法制备的无泡低温皂洗剂,以解决现有的皂洗剂存在的存在泡沫大以及未固着的水解染料回沾布面的问题。
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本说明书实施案例1具体公开了一种无泡低温皂洗剂,所需物料按质量百分比,其组成如下:
制备方法如下:在干净的带搅拌和加热系统的反应釜里按质量百分比先加入计量好的纯水,并加热升温到50-60℃,然后依次分别称取聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP、马来酸与丙烯酸共聚物、羟基羧酸盐、零水偏硅酸盐,充分搅拌,继续在50—60℃下保温搅拌1-2小时后,待充分搅拌溶解后,降温至30—40℃过滤出料,即得低泡防沾皂洗剂。
实施案例2具体公开了一种无泡低温皂洗剂,所需物料按质量百分比,其组成如下:
制备方法如下:在干净的带搅拌和加热系统的反应釜里按质量百分比先加入计量好的纯水,并加热升温到50-60℃,然后依次分别称取乙烯咪唑与乙烯吡咯烷酮共聚物、聚丙烯酸盐、羟基羧酸盐、零水偏硅酸盐,充分搅拌,继续在50—60℃下保温搅拌1-2小时后,待充分搅拌溶解后,降温至30—40℃过滤出料,即得无泡低温皂洗剂。
利用上述方法制备的无泡低温皂洗剂的试验内容、标准及方法:
试验内容及方法:

水溶液pH的测定:范围:7.0±1.0实测:6.8
泡沫性的测试方法(具塞量筒法):
方法来源:GB/T 13173.6-91、GB/T 7462-94、染整专业教材
泡沫性(30秒):范围:<3.0cm实测:0.0cm
皂洗试验方法和工艺:
未皂洗纯棉墨绿色针织布4g+棉府绸白布1g。将未皂洗织物4g和1g白布一起投入皂液中进行处理,观察白布颜色,浅则表示该皂洗剂防沾色效果好。
工艺:无泡低温皂洗剂:1.0g/L,浴比:1:20,60℃×20′→水洗→脱水→烘干→贴样对比
2,耐水洗色牢度:参照GB/T3921.3-1997
每升水含4g标准皂粉和1g无水Na2CO3,浴比1:50,60℃×30min,冷水洗,烘干。用上面皂洗后的墨绿色针织布,加白衬布或六纤看沾色情况,浅则表示该皂洗剂防沾色效果好。
由此可见,本发明采用上述方法制备的无泡低温皂洗剂在皂洗过程中产生的泡沫上,防沾色效果好。
此外,按照本发明制备的皂洗剂,其组成成分不含磷、不含APEO的可生物降解,有利于环保。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

1.一种无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括:在反应釜中加入水;
加热所述反应釜至第一设定温度;
在所述反应釜内加入物料,搅拌;
保温搅拌;
降温至第二设定温度,过滤出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述水为纯水,所述水的质量比为44.0%-71.0%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述物料包括:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP、马来酸与丙烯酸共聚物、羟基羧酸盐和零水偏硅酸盐,质量比依次为5.0%-10.0%、12.0%-20.0%、2.0%-6.0%和10.0%-20.0%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述水为纯水,所述水的质量比为和29.0%-54.0%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述物料包括:乙烯咪唑与乙烯吡咯烷酮共聚物、聚丙烯酸盐、羟基羧酸盐和零水偏硅酸盐,质量比依次为10.0%-18.0%、10.0%-15.0%、4.0%-10.0%和22.0%-28.0%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述第一设定温度为50-60℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述保温搅拌的温度为50-60℃,所述保温搅拌的时间为1-2小时。
8.根据权利要求2所述的无泡低温皂洗剂的制备方法,所述第二设定温度为30—40℃。
