The wrapping plates 46 on both sides alternately push both sides of the wrapping paper to the upper side of the magnetic core and bond both sides of the wrapping paper so that the wrapping paper wraps the magnetic core.
Side nest limit subassembly includes side nest limit cylinder 3 and side nest sideboard 23, side nest limit cylinder 3 sets up the one side of keeping away from conveying cylinder 15 at jacking device, and side nest limit cylinder 3 is just right to setting up with conveying cylinder 15, side nest sideboard 23 is installed on the output shaft of side nest limit cylinder 3, and keep away from jacking device's direction reciprocating motion after being close to along with it, the both ends of side nest sideboard 23 all buckle to the direction that is close to jacking device, and all form side nest limit portion at the both ends of side nest sideboard 23, the interval of two nest limit portions is a bit larger than the length of magnetic core or equals the length of magnetic core. After the two sides of the packing paper are bonded, the side nest edge cylinder 3 pushes the side nest edge plate 23 to move towards the direction close to the jacking device, so that the parts of the two ends of the packing paper, which are longer than the magnetic cores, are bent towards the direction close to the conveying cylinder 15, and meanwhile, the magnetic cores are pushed to move into the conveying cylinder 15.
The lower nest edge component comprises a lower nest edge block 38, the lower nest edge block 38 is arranged at the bottom of the conveying cylinder 15, the lower nest edge block 38 is higher than the cladding cylinder 45 on the corresponding side, the lower nest edge block 38 is arranged between the conveying cylinder 15 and the jacking device, the lower nest edge block 38 is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying cylinder 15, and the top of each lower nest edge block 38 is inclined upwards gradually along the conveying direction of the magnetic core.
The inlet of the feed cylinder 15 is symmetrically provided with guide plates 39 on both sides, and the guide plates 39 are inclined so as to gradually approach the feed cylinder 15 in the core feed direction.
When the side nest edge cylinder 3 pushes the side nest edge plate 23 to push the magnetic core into the conveying cylinder 15, the wrapping paper at two ends of the magnetic core is nest-edged upwards under the action of the nest-edged block 38, the wrapping paper at the front side in the moving direction of the magnetic core is nest-edged under the action of the two guide-in plates 39, the magnetic core behind the nest-edged enters the conveying cylinder 15, the conveying cylinder 15 limits the magnetic core, and the wrapping paper behind the nest-edged is prevented from spreading.
The magnetic cores are sequentially placed in the conveying cylinder 15 and are sequentially pushed by the side pit edge air cylinder 3, and then the magnetic cores move along the conveying cylinder 15.
As shown in fig. 6 and 8: go up nest limit subassembly 17 and include nest limit cylinder 40, go up nest limit frame 41 and nest limit board 47, go up the vertical installation on workstation 1 of nest limit cylinder 40, go up nest limit frame 41 and install on the piston rod of nest limit cylinder 47, and go up and down along with it, nest limit board 47 is all installed at the both ends of going up nest limit frame 41, the bottom of going up nest limit board 47 is protruding downwards, form nest limit portion, it drives nest limit frame 41 downstream to go up nest limit cylinder 47, and rely on the nest limit board 47 of going up of both sides to nest the limit downwards at the both ends of magnetic core. The magnetic cores after being nested are sequentially conveyed to the sealing assemblies 18 on the two sides to be sealed, and therefore the magnetic cores are packaged.
The seal assembly 18 includes sealing leading wheel 44, seal cutting cylinder 42 and seal cutting knife 43, seal the rotatable installation of leading wheel 44 on workstation 1, seal leading wheel 44 and set up a plurality of side by side along the direction that is close to the magnetic core, the sticky tape is walked around each in proper order and is sealed leading wheel 44, and rely on the most inboard tip that seals wheel 44 and compress tightly the sticky tape at the magnetic core, seal in order to the tip to the magnetic core, avoid the wrapping paper to expand automatically. Seal cutting cylinder 42 and set up and seal one side that leading wheel 44 kept away from nest limit subassembly 17, seal the installation on cutting cylinder 42's the piston rod and seal cutting knife 43 to the promotion seals cutting knife 43 and removes to the direction that is close to or keeps away from the magnetic core, in order to cut off the sticky tape between the adjacent magnetic core.

The cladding cylinders 45 on the two sides push the cladding plates 46 to move inwards to enable the floating parts to be attached to the lateral parts of the magnetic cores, the jacking cylinder 33 moves downwards to enable the magnetic cores and the cladding plates 46 to move relatively, and then the two sides of the packing paper are bent upwards to clad the lateral parts of the magnetic cores. After the flattened part of the cladding plate 46 is aligned with the top of the magnetic core, the jacking cylinder 33 stops acting, and the two cladding cylinders 45 alternately extend out to bend the packing paper at two sides inwards, so that the two ends of the packing paper are bonded by double faced adhesive tapes to realize the cladding of the magnetic core.
After the magnetic core is coated, the coating cylinder 45 resets, the jacking cylinder 33 drives the supporting plate 4 to ascend, the magnetic core is opposite to the side nest side plate 23, the side nest side cylinder 3 moves and pushes the side nest side plate 23 to move towards the direction close to the magnetic core, the side nest side parts on the two sides of the side nest side plate 23 nest the sides of the two ends of the magnetic core towards the direction close to the conveying cylinder 15, and meanwhile, the magnetic core is pushed to move towards the conveying cylinder 15, in the moving process, the lower nest side block 38 firstly nests the packing paper at the two ends of the magnetic core towards the upper nest side, then the packing paper at the two ends of the magnetic core is guided into the front side of the moving direction of the packing paper by the plate 39, meanwhile, the magnetic core enters the conveying cylinder 15, the two ends of the magnetic core are limited, and the packing paper behind the nest sides is prevented from expanding.
The magnetic core enters into the feed cylinder 15 in proper order, makes the magnetic core move along feed cylinder 15 side by side in proper order, treats that the magnetic core moves under supreme nest limit frame 41, goes up nest limit cylinder 40 and promotes nest limit frame 41 downstream to rely on the last nest limit board 47 of both sides to nest limit downwards to the wrapping paper at magnetic core both ends, the both ends of the magnetic core behind the nest limit are through sealing leading wheel 44 cladding sticky tape, in order to realize sealing at the magnetic core both ends.
When the sealing cutter 43 is located between the two magnetic cores, the sealing cutting cylinder 42 pushes the sealing cutter 43 to move, so that the sealing cutter 43 cuts off the adhesive tape between the two magnetic cores, and the paper wrapping of the magnetic cores is completed.
