Background
The garbage is waste which loses use value and cannot be utilized, is an important link of material circulation, can be divided into domestic garbage and industrial garbage, and along with the rapid development of the social economy of China, the acceleration of the urban process and the rapid improvement of the living standard of people, the garbage waste generated in the urban production and living process is also rapidly increased, the more obvious the garbage occupies land, the condition of polluting the environment and the influence on the health of people are, and garbage treatment equipment is required to treat the domestic garbage in order to reduce the influence of the domestic garbage on the health of people.
Domestic garbage can be generally divided into recyclable garbage, kitchen garbage, harmful garbage and other garbage, and the common garbage methods mainly comprise comprehensive utilization, sanitary landfill, incineration and composting, wherein the domestic garbage treatment modes in the prior art are as follows: 1. collecting household garbage by utilizing a garbage collecting device; 2. collecting the collected garbage, and then sorting; 3. the garbage which can be burned after sorting is burned, other garbage is used for composting, in the process, the garbage is firstly discarded in the garbage collecting device for collection, the garbage is uniformly cleaned for a long time period, the garbage is piled up in the garbage collecting device, and due to the heat generated by piling up and the moisture in the garbage, a large amount of bacteria are easily bred in the environment, enter the air for spreading, and the health of people is adversely affected.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for treating household garbage based on garbage treatment equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, adapt to the actual needs, and provide a method for treating household garbage based on garbage treatment equipment so as to solve the technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a method for treating household garbage based on garbage treatment equipment comprises the steps of starting a motor, driving a threaded screw rod to rotate by the output end of the motor, driving an extrusion plate to move leftwards by the threaded screw rod, and extruding garbage by the cooperation of the extrusion plate and an inner interlayer.
The extruded sewage flows into the sewage cavity through the matching of the water passing holes and the water draining holes, the sewage is heated by the heating pipe, bacteria in the sewage are killed, the bacteria are prevented from entering the air when the sewage is treated, and heat generated by heating is transferred to garbage on the sewage through the partition board.
The heating generates water vapor, the water vapor enters the heating cavity through the runner and the right-angle bent pipe, and the water vapor flows in the heating cavity to enable heat to be transferred to the garbage through the inner interlayer.
When the vapor rises to the inner top wall of the box body, the water drops are condensed on the inner top wall of the box body and fall downwards, and the blocking plate collects the condensed water drops, so that the condensed water drops flow back into the sewage cavity through the one-way valve.
When vapor flows through the right-angle bent pipe, the vapor pushes the rotating blade to rotate, the rotating blade drives the connecting column to rotate under the support of the rotating ring, the connecting column drives the connecting shaft to rotate, the connecting shaft drives the fan blade to rotate, the fan blade rotates to outwards extract air in the inner partition layer, micro negative pressure is formed, and meanwhile the exhaust pipe is arranged in the heating cavity.
The garbage treatment equipment comprises a box body, a support is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the box body, a garbage opening is formed in the box body, an opening and closing door is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the garbage opening, an inner interlayer is fixedly connected with the inner bottom wall of the box body, a heating cavity is formed between the box body and the inner interlayer, a partition plate is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the inner interlayer, a sewage cavity is formed between the partition plate, the inner interlayer and the box body, a water removing component is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the inner interlayer, a heating component is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sewage cavity, and a micro negative pressure component is arranged on the inner wall of the inner interlayer.
Further, the dewatering subassembly includes the screw thread lead screw of rotating with interior interlayer inner wall and being connected, screw thread lead screw's surface threaded connection has the stripper plate, the back of stripper plate and the rear side inner wall sliding connection of interior interlayer, the water hole has been seted up to the side of stripper plate, one side fixedly connected with motor of box, screw thread lead screw's one end runs through the right side of interior interlayer and the right side of box respectively and with the output fixed connection of motor.

Advantageous effects
1. According to the garbage treatment equipment, the output end of the motor drives the threaded screw rod to rotate, the extruding plate is driven to move leftwards, the garbage is extruded through the cooperation of the extruding plate and the inner interlayer, so that water in the garbage is discharged, the garbage is kept in a dry state, bacterial breeding is reduced, extruded sewage can flow into the sewage cavity through the cooperation of the water passing hole and the water draining hole, the upper surface of the partition plate is inclined, sewage flowing is facilitated, the bulges in a normal state are positioned in the water draining hole through the spring, and the water draining hole is sealed, so that the problem that bacteria are easy to breed in the garbage treatment equipment in the prior art is solved.
2. According to the invention, the sewage is heated by the heating pipe, bacteria in the sewage are further killed, the bacteria are prevented from entering the air when the sewage is treated, the heat is transmitted to the garbage on the sewage by the partition board, the temperature of the garbage is increased, bacteria breeding is reduced, meanwhile, steam is generated, the steam enters the heating cavity by the flow channel and the right-angle bent pipe, the heat is transmitted to the garbage by the inner interlayer, the heating effect on the garbage is improved, the condensed steam forming water drops is collected by the blocking board, and is returned to the sewage cavity by the one-way valve, so that the sewage is utilized, the consumption of resources is reduced, and the garbage treatment equipment further inhibits bacteria breeding.
3. According to the invention, the rotating blades are pushed to rotate when water vapor flows through the rotating blades, the connecting column is driven to rotate under the support of the rotating ring, the connecting shaft is driven to rotate, the fan blades are driven to rotate, air in the inner partition layer is pumped out outwards through the rotation of the fan blades, so that micro negative pressure is formed, the air containing bacteria in the inner air is prevented from escaping outwards, the exhaust pipe is arranged in the heating cavity, the water vapor can kill the bacteria in the exhaust pipe, the peculiar smell of the exhaust gas can be reduced through the active carbon in the fixed box, and the garbage disposal equipment can prevent the bacteria from spreading.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in connection with figures 1-13:
as shown in fig. 1-13, in a method for treating household garbage based on garbage treatment equipment, a motor 704 is started, an output end of the motor 704 drives a threaded screw 701 to rotate, the threaded screw 701 drives a squeeze plate 702 to move leftwards, and garbage is squeezed by cooperation of the squeeze plate 702 and an inner interlayer 4.
The extruded sewage flows into the sewage chamber 10 through the cooperation of the water passing holes 703 and the water discharging holes 705, the sewage is heated by the heating pipe 801, bacteria in the sewage are killed, the bacteria are prevented from entering the air when the sewage is treated, and the heat generated by heating is transferred to the garbage on the sewage through the partition plate 6.
The heating generates water vapor, the water vapor enters the heating cavity 5 through the flow passage 802 and the right-angle bend 803, and the water vapor flows in the heating cavity 5 to enable heat to be transferred to the garbage through the inner interlayer 4.
When the water vapor rises to the inner top wall of the tank body 1, the water vapor condenses into water droplets on the inner top wall of the tank body 1 and falls downwards, and the blocking plate 804 collects the water droplets formed after condensation, so that the water droplets flow back into the sewage chamber 10 through the one-way valve 805.
When the water vapor flows through the right-angle bend 803, the water vapor pushes the rotating blade 903 to rotate, the rotating blade 903 drives the connecting column 904 to rotate under the support of the rotating ring 902, the connecting column 904 drives the connecting shaft 905 to rotate, the connecting shaft 905 drives the fan blade 906 to rotate, the fan blade 906 rotates to draw out the air in the inner interlayer 4 to form micro negative pressure, and meanwhile, the exhaust pipe is arranged in the heating cavity 5.
The garbage treatment equipment comprises a box body 1, a support 2 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the box body 1, a garbage opening is formed in the box body 1, an opening door 3 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the garbage opening, an inner interlayer 4 is fixedly connected to the inner bottom wall of the box body 1, a heating cavity 5 is formed between the box body 1 and the inner interlayer 4, a partition plate 6 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the inner interlayer 4, a sewage cavity 10 is formed between the partition plate 6, the inner interlayer 4 and the box body 1, a water removal assembly 7 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the inner interlayer 4, a heating assembly 8 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sewage cavity 10, and a micro negative pressure assembly 9 is arranged on the inner wall of the inner interlayer 4.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-6, the water removing assembly 7 includes a threaded screw 701 rotatably connected to the inner wall of the inner interlayer 4, the surface of the threaded screw 701 is screwed with an extrusion plate 702, the back of the extrusion plate 702 is slidably connected to the inner wall of the rear side of the inner interlayer 4, a water passing hole 703 is formed in the side surface of the extrusion plate 702, a motor 704 is fixedly connected to one side of the box 1, and one end of the threaded screw 701 penetrates through the right side of the inner interlayer 4 and the right side of the box 1 respectively and is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor 704.
The baffle 6 is arranged in an inclined mode, the upper surface of the baffle 6 is fixedly connected with a drain hole 705, and the lower surface of the extrusion plate 702 is fixedly connected with a rubber pad 706 so as to adapt to the inclination change of the upper surface of the baffle 6.
The inner wall fixedly connected with fixed plate 707 of sewage chamber 10, the upper surface fixedly connected with spring 708 of fixed plate 707, the top fixedly connected with movable plate 709 of spring 708, and movable plate 709 and the inner wall sliding connection of interior interlayer 4, the upper surface fixedly connected with protruding 710 of movable plate 709, protruding 710 corresponds with wash port 705.
Specifically, the output end of the motor 704 drives the threaded screw rod 701 to rotate, the extruding plate 702 is driven to move leftwards, the garbage is extruded through the cooperation of the extruding plate 702 and the inner interlayer 4, water in the garbage flows out, the garbage is kept in a dry state, bacterial breeding is reduced, extruded sewage can flow into the sewage cavity 10 through the cooperation of the water passing holes 703 and the water draining holes 705, the upper surface of the partition plate 6 is inclined, sewage flow is facilitated, the protrusions 710 in a normal state are located in the water draining holes 705 through the springs 708, the water draining holes 705 are sealed, in practical application, a water pipe extending into the sewage cavity 10 can be connected to the lower surface of the box 1, and a valve is arranged on the water pipe, so that sewage can be conveniently drained.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7-10, the heating component 8 includes a heating pipe 801 fixedly connected to the inner wall of the sewage chamber 10, a flow channel 802 is provided in the partition 6, a right-angle elbow 803 is fixedly connected to the left side of the inner partition 4, and the right-angle elbow 803 is communicated with the flow channel 802.
The inner wall of the heating cavity 5 is fixedly connected with a blocking plate 804, the side surface and the back surface of the inner interlayer 4 are both provided with backflow holes, and the inner wall of the backflow hole is fixedly connected with a one-way valve 805.
Specifically, heat sewage through heating pipe 801, and then kill the bacterium that exists in the sewage, avoid in the bacterium gets into the air when handling sewage, through to sewage, make the heat pass through in the rubbish above it of baffle 6 transfer, raise the temperature to rubbish, improve its temperature, reduce breeding of bacterium, produce vapor simultaneously, make vapor get into in the heating chamber 5 through runner 802, right angle return bend 803, make the heat pass through the inner interlayer 4 transfer to rubbish on, improve the heating effect to rubbish, collect the vapor that forms the water droplet after the condensation through barrier 804, make it reflux to sewage intracavity 10 through check valve 805, utilize sewage, reduce the consumption of resource.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11-13, the micro negative pressure assembly 9 includes a mounting hole formed in the inner wall of the inner interlayer 4, and the inner wall of the mounting hole is fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe 901, and one end of the air outlet pipe 901 penetrates through the left side of the box 1.
The inner wall of the right-angle elbow 803 is rotatably connected with a rotating ring 902, the inner wall of the rotating ring 902 is fixedly connected with a plurality of rotating blades 903, and one end of each rotating blade 903 is fixedly connected with the same connecting column 904.
The top fixedly connected with connecting axle 905 of spliced pole 904, the inner wall of outlet duct 901 is run through to the one end of connecting axle 905 and fixedly connected with flabellum 906, and connecting axle 905 and outlet duct 901 rotate to be connected.
The left side fixedly connected with fixed box 907 of box 1, and fixed box 907 is linked together with outlet duct 901, and the left side fixedly connected with lid 908 of fixed box 907, the venthole has been seted up in the left side of lid 908, and the inner chamber of fixed box 907 is provided with the active carbon.
Specifically, through the rotating vane 903, promote the rotating vane 903 and rotate when vapor flows through, and then drive the spliced pole 904 and rotate under the support of swivel ring 902, and then drive connecting axle 905 and rotate, and then drive flabellum 906 and rotate, outwards take out the air in the inner interlayer 4 through flabellum 906 rotation, make it form little negative pressure, avoid interior gas to contain the outside escape of air of bacterium, through setting up the blast pipe in heating chamber 5, can make vapor kill the bacterium in the blast pipe, can reduce the peculiar smell of exhaust gas through the active carbon in the fixed box 907.
Working principle: when the garbage treatment equipment is used, firstly, the motor 704 is started, the output end of the motor 704 drives the threaded screw 701 to rotate, the threaded screw 701 drives the extrusion plate 702 to move leftwards, the extrusion plate 702 is matched with the inner interlayer 4 to extrude garbage, so that water in the garbage can flow out, the garbage can keep a dry state, bacterial breeding is reduced, extruded sewage flows into the sewage cavity 10 through the matching of the water passing holes 703 and the water draining holes 705, the sewage is heated by the heating pipe 801, bacteria in the sewage are further killed, the bacteria in the sewage are prevented from entering the air when the sewage is treated, heat generated by heating is transferred into the garbage on the sewage through the partition plate 6, the temperature of the garbage is increased, bacterial breeding is reduced, in addition, the water vapor generated by heating enters the heating cavity 5 through the flow passage 802 and the right-angle bent pipe 803, when the water vapor rises to the inner top wall of the box body 1, the water vapor is condensed into water drops on the inner top wall of the box body 1 and falls downwards, the blocking plate 804 collects the water drops formed after condensation, the water drops flow back to the sewage cavity 10 through the one-way valve 805, sewage is utilized, resource consumption is reduced, when the water vapor flows through the right-angle elbow 803, the water vapor pushes the rotating blade 903 to rotate, the rotating blade 903 drives the connecting column 904 to rotate under the support of the rotating ring 902, the connecting column 904 drives the connecting shaft 905 to rotate, the connecting shaft 905 drives the fan blade 906 to rotate, the air in the inner interlayer 4 is extracted outwards to form micro negative pressure, the air containing bacteria in the air is prevented from outwards escaping, meanwhile, the exhaust pipe is arranged in the heating cavity 5, the water vapor can kill the bacteria in the exhaust pipe, the use of activated carbon in the fixed box 907 can reduce the odor of the exhaust gas, thereby solving the problem that bacteria are easy to breed in the garbage disposal equipment in the prior art.
