1. A screen cleaning system, comprising:
the mounting frame is provided with a screen conveying line, and a first detection station and a cleaning station are arranged on the movable stroke of the screen conveying line;
the first shooting device is arranged corresponding to the first detection station and is used for shooting a screen arranged on the first detection station; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the blowing device is arranged corresponding to the cleaning station and used for blowing and cleaning the screen on the cleaning station.
2. The screen cleaning system of claim 1, wherein a second inspection station is further disposed on the mounting frame, the second inspection station being located on a side of the cleaning station away from the first inspection station;
the screen cleaning device further comprises a second shooting device, and the second shooting device corresponds to the second detection station and is used for shooting the screen on the second detection station.
3. The screen cleaning system of claim 2, wherein the screen cleaning device further comprises a control device electrically connected to the first camera, the air blowing device, and the second detection device.
4. The screen cleaning system of claim 3, wherein the screen cleaning device further comprises an alarm device;
the control device is further electrically connected with the alarm device and used for controlling the alarm device to work according to the second shooting device.
5. A screen assembling apparatus, comprising:
a screen cleaning system, the screen cleaning device being the screen cleaning system of any one of claims 1 to 4, and the screen cleaning system having an output that outputs a screen;
the engine base is provided with an assembling station;
the screen bracket transferring system is used for transferring the screen bracket to the assembling station;
the screen transfer system is used for transferring the screen from the output end of the screen cleaning system to the assembly station, and the screen support is assembled.
6. The screen assembling apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein said frame includes a first transfer line on which a first transfer station and a second transfer station are provided;
the screen transfer system includes:
the first transfer mechanism is movably arranged between the output end of the screen cleaning system and the first transfer station and used for conveying the screen from the output end of the screen cleaning system to the first transfer station on the first conveying line;
and the screen carrying device is used for transferring the screen on the second transfer station to the assembly station.
7. The screen assembling apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein a screen buffer structure is provided on the base at one side of the first conveyor line;
the screen carrying device includes:
the second transfer mechanism is movably arranged between the second transfer station and the screen temporary storage structure and used for transferring the screen on the second transfer station to the screen temporary storage structure; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the screen conveying mechanism is movably arranged between the screen temporary storage structure and the assembling station and is used for conveying the screen on the screen temporary storage structure to the assembling station.
8. The screen assembling apparatus as recited in claim 6, wherein said first transport line extends in a lateral direction;
the first rotating mechanism and the second transferring mechanism are movably arranged along the longitudinal direction.
9. The screen assembling apparatus as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein said first transporting device and said screen transporting device each include a vacuum adsorption structure for adsorbing the screen.
10. The screen assembly device of claim 9, wherein the vacuum suction structure comprises:
the screen mounting device comprises a mounting main body, a mounting frame and a control module, wherein the mounting main body is provided with a mounting area for mounting a screen, and the mounting area is provided with a vacuum adsorption part; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the positioning blocks are correspondingly arranged at the corners of the mounting area so as to limit a mounting groove for accommodating the screen.
11. The screen assembling apparatus as recited in claim 10, wherein a side of said positioning block facing said mounting groove is formed in a curved surface for fitting with a curved corner of the screen.
12. The screen assembling apparatus as recited in claim 5, wherein said machine base includes a second conveyor line on which a third transfer station and a fourth transfer station are provided;
the screen support handling device includes:
the third transfer mechanism is movably arranged in the direction close to and far away from the third transfer station and used for conveying the screen support to the third transfer station on the second conveying line;
and the screen support carrying device is used for transferring the screen support on the third transfer station to the assembly station.
13. The screen assembling apparatus as claimed in claim 12, wherein a screen supporter temporary storage structure is provided on the base at one side of the second conveyor line;
the screen support handling device includes:
the fourth transferring mechanism is movably arranged between the fourth transferring station and the screen support temporary storage structure and used for transferring the screen support on the fourth transferring station to the screen support temporary storage structure; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the screen support conveying mechanism is movably arranged between the screen support screen temporary storage structure and the assembling station and used for conveying the screen on the screen support temporary storage structure to the assembling station and assembling the screen.
14. The screen assembly device of claim 12, wherein the fourth transfer mechanism and the screen support transport mechanism each include a clamping jaw to clamp the screen support.
