本发明属于甲醛清除剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂及其制备方法。本发明所用的环已基氨基磺酸钠、磺酸甲基异噁唑、丙酸钠、精氨酸、稳定剂和光催化剂均为安全无害的物质,将各组分进行合理复配,物质之间相互促进,不仅能够迅速捕获空气中的游离甲醛,并与甲醛反应生成无毒无害的物质,在清除甲醛的同时不会造成二次污染,对人体无毒无害;而且能够长期持续性清除甲醛,根除装修板材粘合胶中脲醛树脂释放的游离甲醛,起到根治清除溯源的作用。

本发明属于甲醛清除剂技术领域,具体涉及一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业时代的蓬勃发展,工业污染状况逐年加剧,尤其是家装人造板材中游离的有毒物质甲醛,对家庭空气环境造成了极大的健康威胁。甲醛的来源主要也是以下几个途径:一是源于居室装修造成的室内空气甲醛污染,二是源于人造板材装修材料、皮革、纺织品中游离出来的甲醛污染。那是因为甲醛作为化工原料,可用于合成各种粘合剂、涂料或纺织助剂;而以甲醛为原料合成的各类化工产品,如装修中使用的胶合板、刨花板等人造板材,以及墙纸、墙布、皮革以及油漆等装修材料,或者纺织品等,在使用中都会有残留的甲醛游离出来。
研究表明:人类有90%的时间都是在室内度过,当家中人口增多,老幼群体及孕妇变多的时候,家中的空气质量是保证身体健康的关键因素。相对青壮年而言,老人和孩子及孕妇所需的室内新鲜空气量成为60m³/h才能保证舒适健康,而他们也对室内空气中的污染更加敏感,尤其是家中装修后,家具材料不断释放出的甲醛,其释放期长达3-15年,给室内环境造成污染,甲醛目前已成为室内空气污染的主要物质。
甲醛是一种无色、易溶的刺激性气体,是公认的强毒物质,是公认的变态反应源,也是潜在的强制突变物之一,已经被世界卫生组织确定为致癌和致畸形物质。研究表明:甲醛对人体健康的影响主要表现在嗅觉异常、刺激、过敏、肺功能异常、肝功能异常和免疫功能异常等方面。其浓度在空气中达到0.06-0.070mg/m³时,儿童就会发生轻微气喘;当室内空气中甲醛含量为0.1mg/m³时,就会有异味和不适感;当室内甲醛含量达到0.5mg/m³时,眼睛和鼻子会有明显的刺激感,严重时还会出现流泪症状;当含量达到0.5mg/m³时,可因此喉咙疼痛,浓度更高时可引起恶心呕吐、胸闷咳嗽、气喘甚至肺水肿;达到30mg/m³时,会立即致人死亡。长期接触低质量甲醛,可引起呼吸道疾病、女性月经紊乱、妊娠综合征,引起孕妇腹中胎儿染色体异常、细胞核的基因突变导致胎儿畸形。因此清除甲醛十分重要。
目前市场上甲醛清除剂产品,通常依据活性炭物理吸附或强毒、强氧化类产品,吸附降解甲醛的处理方式来消除残留甲醛,但会存在如下技术缺陷。
例如专利CN2012102402537A,公开了一种名称为“一种甲醛清除剂”的发明专利,该专利公开其所使用的化学原料中包含酰肼类化合物。众所周知,酰肼类产品在生产合成时,均需用到水合肼,而肼,又称联氨,具有较高的毒性和危害。而酰肼类产品虽然有去除甲醛的功效,但容易造成二次有毒物质污染,影响居室内的用户健康。
又如专利CN2014106179439A,公开了一种名称为“去除甲醛活性炭”的发明专利,该专利公开了以使用煤质活性炭吸附的方式治理甲醛。众所周知,由于活性炭具有较强的吸附性,能够暂时性吸附甲醛,但其却不能根除甲醛。而且需要注意的是,活性炭的吸附原理是被动地物理吸附,只能暂时性吸附空气中游离的甲醛,完全不能起到深入人造装修板材中,无法从溯源根本上解决甲醛释放的问题。相反,活性炭吸附甲醛达到饱和状态后,会继续释放之前吸附的甲醛物质,造成甲醛在室内空气中二次游离释放,造成二次污染的结果,所以活性炭吸附法并无实质性的清除甲醛的作用。
再如专利CN2012103976878A,公开了一种名称为“甲醛清除剂”的发明专利,该专利中需要使用过氧化氢、氢氧化钠等强氧化剂。众所周知,过氧化氢、氢氧化钠等强氧化剂,虽然具有较强的杀菌效果,有强腐蚀作用,一旦喷洒到家具表面,会对家具产品造成不可逆的腐蚀性伤害,同时对实木家具或高档的红木家具或布艺窗帘、沙发等家居产品的危害也不容忽视,并且强氧化剂一旦接触人体皮肤会造成灼伤效果,从而引发皮肤红肿、灼伤、过敏等病症。
再如目前常用的含氨基酸成分的甲醛清除剂,虽说其除醛效果相对较好,但是同样也存在局限性。一方面,由于室内环境相对较大,室内甲醛的浓度相对较低,利用少量的氨基酸无法实现甲醛的有效吸收;另一方面,氨基酸吸收甲醛受温度影响较大,其在25℃左右才能发挥较好的甲醛吸收能力,温度过低或过高均会影响氨基酸的吸收效果,在实际应用中存在局限。
综上所述,开发出一种新型高效环保安全的甲醛清除剂是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术难题。
发明内容
针对目前甲醛清除剂存在损坏家具,易造成二次污染,无法根除甲醛的缺陷和问题,本发明提供一种新型高效环保的甲醛清除剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的方案是:一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,包括以下重量份的组分:磺酸甲基异唑 20-30份、精氨酸10-20份、稳定剂1份、环已基氨基磺酸钠20-25份、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛5-15份、丙酸钠5-15份、去离子水894-939份。
上述的新型高效环保光催化剂甲醛清除剂,包括以下重量份的组分:磺酸甲基异唑 25份、精氨酸 15份、稳定剂1份、环已基氨基磺酸钠 20份、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛 10份、丙酸钠 10份、去离子水919份。
上述的新型高效环保光催化剂甲醛清除剂,所述稳定剂为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇300或聚乙二醇400中的任一种。
本发明还提供一种新型高效环保光催化剂甲醛清除剂的制备方法,该方法将磺酸甲基异唑、精氨酸、稳定剂、环已基氨基磺酸钠和丙酸钠加入到去离子水中,混合搅拌30min得到混合液;然后将水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛加入混合液中搅拌30min,制得成品。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明所用的环已基氨基磺酸钠、磺酸甲基异唑、丙酸钠、精氨酸、稳定剂和光催化剂均为安全无害的物质。本发明将各组分进行复配,物质之间相互促进,能够迅速捕获空气中的游离甲醛,并与甲醛反应生成无毒无害的物质,在清除甲醛的同时不会造成二次污染,对人体无毒无害;而且无论室内温度或低或高都能维持较好的甲醛清除效果,实际应用适用性强。
2、本发明选用的稳定剂聚乙二醇,不仅与多种有机物组分有良好的相容性和稳定性,可以将其他成分均匀的分散开,而且其还与环已基氨基磺酸钠、磺酸甲基异唑、丙酸钠、精氨酸和光催化剂之间能够相互作用,起到捕获清除游离甲醛的效果。
3、本发明所用的光催化剂为水溶性纳米级光触媒,水溶性纳米级光触媒无毒、无害、对人体安全可靠,不会造成二次污染,其粒子为5纳米,具有极好的渗透性,对市面上人工合成的装修板材,不仅能在不损害其品质的情况下快速渗透其中,根除装修板材粘合胶中脲醛树脂释放的游离甲醛,起到根治清除溯源的作用;而且可在装修板材表面形成薄膜,因纳米级光触媒本身不会发生变化和损耗,可起到长期持续性清除甲醛的作用;同时还可以在微光、弱光的情况下,有杀菌、除臭、降解空气中其他有害物质的作用;而环已基氨基磺酸钠的存在则可以加强光触媒的光催化作用,使催化活性更高、更为持久。
4、本发明经反复实验发现,磺酸甲基异噁唑不仅具有已知的抗菌、抑菌尤其是对空气中游离的葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌起到阻碍生长的作用,同时还具备对光的吸收作用,反复实验发现磺酸甲基异噁唑与水溶性纳米级锐钛型光触媒混合搅拌后得到的混合物对除醛的效果甚佳,甚至在微光、弱光的条件下,磺酸甲基异噁唑与水溶性纳米级锐钛型二氧化钛(光触媒)配合能对空气中的有游离甲醛起到捕获清除的作用,效果优于同等条件下氨基酸类化合物与水溶性纳米级锐钛型二氧化钛(光触媒)搅拌后得出的混合物对甲醛的清除效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑 25g、精氨酸 15g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠20g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛 10g、丙酸钠10g、去离子水919g。
实施例2:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑 20g、精氨酸 15g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠20g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛10g、丙酸钠5g、去离子水929g。
实施例3:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑 30g、精氨酸 20g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠25g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛5g、丙酸钠10g、去离子水 909g。
实施例4:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑20g、精氨酸 10g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠20g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛5g、丙酸钠5g、去离子水 939g。
实施例5:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑 22g、精氨酸 18g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠22g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛12g、丙酸钠15g、去离子水910g。
实施例6:本实施例提供一种新型高效环保光催化甲醛清除剂,其包括以下组分:磺酸甲基异唑 30g、精氨酸 20g、聚乙二醇400 1g、环已基氨基磺酸钠25g、水溶性载铂纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛15g、丙酸钠15g、去离子水 894g。
试验例:本试验例将实施例1和实施例2制备的甲醛清除剂样品送至广东省微生物分析检测中心对甲醛清除剂的净化性能进行检测。报告编号分别为2022SP05878R01、2022SP05878R02。
参照“QB/T 2761-2006 室内空气净化产品净化效果测定方法”测定不同样品的除醛效果。以基纸为载体,通过测定空白舱和样品仓的甲醛浓度来评价不同样品的净化效果。
具体的,分别将200mL实施例1和实施例2制备的样品均匀喷涂在基纸上,晾干后分别依次悬挂在编号1和编号2的1.5m3的试验舱中。
同时将200mL去离子水喷涂在大小相同的基纸上,晾干后悬挂在编号为3的空白舱中。
然后分别向试验舱和空白舱中放入等浓度的甲醛释放源,24h后对样品舱和空白舱中的甲醛浓度进行测定(测试时三组均开启日光灯。需要注意的是测试过程中需要将每个舱体用不含甲醛的材料封闭完全)。
24h后测定不同舱内的甲醛浓度,计算不同样品舱内的甲醛去除率,
去除率=(空白舱浓度-样品舱浓度)×100%/空白舱浓度;
结果见下表1。
通过对比可以看出,采用本发明的甲醛清除剂对样品舱内的甲醛清除率能达到96.6%,说明本发明的甲醛清除剂的除醛效果明显较优,具有极好的除醛效果,能够用于甲醛清除。

3.根据权利要求1所述的新型高效环保光催化剂甲醛清除剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为聚乙二醇200、聚乙二醇300或聚乙二醇400中的任一种。
