本发明公开了一种甲醛清除剂,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:植物提取液6%―8%、改性甲壳素10%―15%、甲醛捕捉剂5%―8%、渗透剂3%―6%、余量为去离子水。该甲醛清除剂是中性产品,无毒无害,安全可靠,长期有效,不会反弹,无二次污染;在物品表面喷涂产品,无须光照,无须熏蒸,可持续清除甲醛,同时具有灭菌抑菌功能。喷涂后室内通风,物体表面慢慢干燥,产品会在物品表面至深层形成改性甲壳素不饱和层,改性甲壳素干燥后并长期稳定存在,有效控制物品中污染物挥发出到空气中。该不饱和层技术就是本发明的核心,也是有别于现有市场产品技术所存在治理后易反弹的缺陷。

技术领域
本发明属于甲醛清除领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种甲醛清除剂。同时,本发明还涉及一种甲醛清除剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活条件的提高,家庭装修成为人们时尚的追求。
目前装修中最大的装修污染就是甲醛,甲醛可引起呼吸道和神经系统的疾病,出现咳嗽、咽痛、胸闷、头晕恶心、四肢无力、呼吸困难、嗜睡等症状;更为严重的诱发鼻癌、、咽喉癌、皮肤癌和白血病等癌症发生。
鉴于甲醛的危害和污染现状,现在市场上出现了多种治理甲醛污染的产品。如:空气净化机,它们成本很高,普通消费者难以接受,效果不理想;活性炭甲醛吸附剂,效果缓慢,且饱和后再度释放,造成二次污染。国内也有很多技术专利,如中国专利CN201210279279.2甲醛污染清除触媒,主要成分为二氧化钛,由于二氧化钛是紫外光催化剂,因此在自然光或无光条件下,甲醛去除效果极为有限,具有应用局限性;中国专利CN200910058707.7使用亚氯酸钠释放二氧化氯来氧化甲醛,其效果好,易反弹,但对人身健康和室内外物件伤害大,易反弹。酰肼类的中国专利CN200510086393.3用到水合肼及其衍生物,CN200910044097.5用到水合肼与有机羧酸或醚类的反应产物,中国专利CN200910103173.5用到二酰肼类化合物。这些发明的产品均具有不错的甲醛去除效果,但是它们均未提及酰肼本身的安全性及其残留游离肼所带来的风险。
为了克服上述缺点,现发明一种甲醛清除剂,产品为液态,以甲壳素为主要材料,甲壳素是自然界中迄今为止被发现的唯一带正电荷的动物纤维素,具有强大的吸附降解作用,是治理室内车内环境污染最安全最环保的无毒材料之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种甲醛清除剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种甲醛清除剂,按重量份数计,包括如下组分:植物提取液6%―8%、改性甲壳素10%―15%、甲醛捕捉剂5%―8%、渗透剂3%―6%、余量为去离子水。
优选的,所述植物提取液是由芦荟、虎尾兰、灵香草、吊兰、桉油、茶多酚提取液中的两种或多种复配。
优选的,所述改性甲壳素是由甲壳三糖、甲壳六糖、壳聚糖季铵盐、壳聚糖盐酸盐、羟丙基壳聚糖、多孔壳聚糖、硒化壳聚糖两种或多种复配。
优选的,所述甲醛捕捉剂是由40―60wt%的2-咪唑烷酮、40―60wt%的1-(2-羟基乙基)-2-咪唑烷酮、组氨酸、半胱氨酸、谷氨酸两种或多种复配;
优选的,所述渗透剂是由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、油酰二乙醇胺、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、羟乙基纤维素、甜菜碱两种或多种复配。
一种甲醛清除剂的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
S1、取配方量的改性甲壳素加入已加热到25-30度左右的去离子水中混合搅拌30―60分钟,取得混合液;
S2、取配方量的植物提取液、甲醛捕捉剂和渗透剂加入去离子水中混合搅拌20-40分钟,取得混合液;
S3、将S1和S2混合液混合搅拌30分钟即得产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明安全可靠,长期有效,不会反弹,无二次污染;在物品表面喷涂产品,无须光照,无须熏蒸,可持续清除甲醛,同时具有灭菌抑菌功能。喷涂后室内通风,物体表面慢慢干燥,产品会在物品表面至深层形成改性甲壳素不饱和层,改性甲壳素干燥后并长期稳定存在,有效控制物品中污染物挥发出到空气中。该不饱和层技术就是本发明的核心,也是有别于现有市场产品技术所存在治理后易反弹的缺陷。

本发明还提供了一种甲醛清除剂的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
S1、取配方量的改性甲壳素加入已加热到25-30度左右的去离子水中混合搅拌30―60分钟,取得混合液;
S2、取配方量的植物提取液、甲醛捕捉剂和渗透剂加入去离子水中混合搅拌20-40分钟,取得混合液;
S3、将S1和S2混合液混合搅拌30分钟即得产品。
