Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The following description refers to the accompanying drawings in which the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
The terms referred to in this application are explained first:
the lower heating pipe refers to a heating pipe in a single-heating-pipe water heater (the heating pipes in the single-heating-pipe water heater are all arranged on the lower portion of the inner container), and a heating pipe arranged on the lower portion of the inner container in a multi-heating-pipe water heater. Because the heating pipe in the single-heating-pipe water heater and the lower heating pipe in the multi-heating-pipe water heater are both arranged at the lower part of the liner, the heating pipes can be called as the lower heating pipes.
When the water heater is used for heating, if the water level in the inner container is low or no water exists, the heating pipe is exposed in the air, so that the temperature of the heating pipe is rapidly increased, equipment faults are caused, potential safety hazards are formed, and whether the water level in the inner container is low or not needs to be monitored in real time. In the prior art, the water level in the inner container can be monitored by installing a water level sensor in the inner container, but the method increases the cost and is complicated in process.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a water heater in the prior art, and as shown in fig. 1, 1 denotes the water heater, 2 denotes an inner container, 3 denotes a lower heating pipe, 4 denotes a temperature sensor, and 5 denotes a water level sensor. In the heating or using process of the water heater, the water heater 1 can monitor the water level in the inner container 2 through the water level sensor 4 all the time, and if the water level in the inner container 2 reaches the water level warning line, the water heater 1 can control the lower heating pipe 3 to stop heating for dry burning protection, so as to avoid damaging the water heater. In the process, the water heater 1 monitors the temperature of the water in the inner container 2 in real time through the temperature sensor 4.
Therefore, a method for monitoring the water level without installing a water level sensor in the inner container is also proposed in the prior art. In the method, the water heater controls the heating pipe to heat, and after a period of time, the water heater can judge whether the water level is low according to the temperature rise amplitude or the curve slope generated in the heating process.
However, the heating process is usually long, and the water heater can keep heating all the time in the process, and if the water level in the inner container is low or no water exists, the water heater has a high probability of damaging the water heater during the time when the heating pipe is controlled by the water heater to heat.
The application provides a water heater control method, aims at solving the above technical problems in the prior art. According to the method, after the water heater receives a heating instruction, the lower heating pipe in the water heater is controlled to heat for a first preset time, namely tentative short-time heating is carried out. And then stopping heating, acquiring the first temperature of the inner container of the water heater after a second preset time, and determining water level information in the inner container according to the difference between the first temperature and the initial temperature, namely the temperature rise amplitude. And finally, determining whether to heat and a specific heating mode according to the water level information. Through the arrangement, the water level can be monitored only by controlling the lower heating pipe to perform tentative short-time heating, and the damage to the water heater caused by overlong heating time when the water level of the water heater is low can be avoided due to the fact that the heating time is not long. In addition, after the second preset time length for stopping heating, the first temperature of the inner container of the water heater is acquired, so that the temperature change generated by heating the lower heating pipe can be fully reflected. Even the accuracy of first temperature also can be guaranteed to the heating time is not long to the realization avoids heating the error that postpones to bring to the accurate control of water level, makes the water heater can be according to the heating mode that the water level information accuracy is confirmed to correspond, causes the damage to the water heater when further avoiding monitoring the water level through the heating.
The following describes the technical solutions of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with specific embodiments. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a system architecture diagram of an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, 1 denotes a water heater, 2 denotes a liner, 3 denotes a lower heating pipe, 4 denotes a temperature sensor, and 6 denotes an upper heating pipe. After receiving the heating instruction, the water heater 1 controls the lower heating pipe 3 of the water heater 1 to start heating, and obtains the initial temperature of the inner container 2 in the water heater 1 when heating is started. After a first preset time period for starting heating, controlling the lower heating pipe 3 of the water heater 1 to stop heating; after the second preset time length for stopping heating, acquiring the first temperature of the inner container 2 in the water heater 1; and determining water level information in the inner container 2 of the water heater 1 according to the difference between the first temperature and the initial temperature, and determining whether to stop heating and simultaneously start the upper heating pipe 6 for heating according to the water level information. In the process, the water heater 1 monitors the temperature of the water in the inner container 2 in real time through the temperature sensor 4.
Example one
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a water heater control method according to an embodiment of the present application, an execution subject of the water heater control method according to the embodiment of the present application may be a water heater, or may be a water heater control device, and the water heater control method is described with the execution subject as a water heater in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, the water heater control method may include the steps of:
step S101: and after receiving the heating instruction, controlling a lower heating pipe of the water heater to start heating, and acquiring the initial temperature of the inner container of the water heater when the heating is started.
In this embodiment, if the water heater is a single-heating-pipe water heater, after receiving a heating instruction, the water heater controls a heating pipe therein to start heating; if the water heater is a multi-heating-pipe water heater, after receiving a heating instruction, the water heater controls a heating pipe at the lower part in the water heater to start heating.
In this embodiment, when the water heater is a multi-heating-pipe water heater, after receiving a heating instruction, because the water level in the water heater is unknown, in order to avoid damage to the water heater when the water level is low or no water is heated, only the heating pipe at the lower part in the water heater may be opened to start heating.
In this embodiment, the initial temperature of the water heater liner at the start of heating may be acquired by a temperature sensor provided in the water heater liner. The temperature sensor can be arranged at any position of the inner container, preferably, the temperature sensor can be arranged near the lower heating pipe, so that the accuracy of temperature measurement is ensured.
Step S102: and after the first preset time period for starting heating, controlling the lower heating pipe of the water heater to stop heating.
In this embodiment, the first preset time period is a tentative heating time period, and the specific time period can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art according to experience, and is not limited herein. Preferably, in order to avoid damage to the water heater, the first preset duration may be a dry-heating duration during which the water heater is not damaged, or, in order to ensure accuracy of temperature measurement, the first preset duration may also be a duration during which the temperature sensor can detect that the temperature changes.
In one embodiment, the step S102 of controlling the lower heating pipe of the water heater to stop heating after the first preset time period for starting heating may include: after heating is started, acquiring a second temperature of the inner container of the water heater in real time; judging whether the difference value between the second temperature and the initial temperature is larger than a temperature rise amplitude threshold value or not; if yes, controlling a lower heating pipe of the water heater to stop heating; if not, after the first preset time for starting heating, controlling a lower heating pipe of the water heater to stop heating.
In this embodiment, if the difference between the second temperature and the initial temperature is greater than the temperature rise threshold, it indicates that the temperature of the inner container rises too fast at this time, and the water heater may be damaged by continuing to heat, and the heating needs to be stopped immediately. If the difference value between the second temperature and the initial temperature is not greater than the temperature rise amplitude threshold value, the temperature of the inner container rises normally at the moment, the water heater is not damaged by continuous heating, and heating can be stopped after the first preset time period for starting heating.
In the embodiment, although the first preset time period may be set as a dry-heating time period during which the water heater is not damaged, the time period is an empirical value, and it cannot be guaranteed that the water heater is not damaged, and other factors may influence the heating pipe to heat too fast, so that the water heater may be damaged even within the first preset time period. In order to avoid the situation, the second temperature of the inner container of the water heater can be monitored in real time after the heating is started, and whether the heating needs to be stopped or not is judged according to the temperature rise amplitude corresponding to the second temperature.
In one embodiment, the temperature rise amplitude threshold may be obtained by the following formula (1):
Figure BDA0003712120460000081
wherein TM represents a temperature rise amplitude threshold value, P represents rated power of the water heater, c represents specific heat capacity of water, m represents rated water storage quality of the water heater, and t represents 1 Indicating a first predetermined duration,C 1 The first scale factor is shown.
In the present embodiment, the first scale factor C 1 For coefficients larger than 1, the particular value can be flexibly set by the person skilled in the art, for example C 1 May be 2 or 2.5, and is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the temperature rise amplitudes corresponding to different media can be calculated according to the above formula (1). Since the specific heat capacity of water is 4200J/(KG. DEG C.) and that of air is 1004J/(KG. DEG C.). It can be understood that when the water heater is not dry-burning, the medium in the liner is water, and when the water heater is dry-burning, the medium in the liner is air, that is, when the water heater is dry-burning, the temperature rise rate in the liner is four times of that of water, that is, the temperature rise amplitude of the medium being air is greater than that of the medium being water.
In this embodiment, the temperature rise amplitude threshold may be a maximum temperature rise amplitude corresponding to normal heating when the medium in the water heater liner is water, and when the temperature rise amplitude threshold is exceeded, it can be considered that the water level is too low, and the lower heating pipe is partially or completely exposed, so that the risk of dry heating exists.
In the embodiment, since there is a heating delay after the lower heating pipe stops heating, in order to further avoid the damage to the water heater caused by dry combustion, the temperature rise range limit TL (P × t) corresponding to normal heating when the medium in the liner is water can be calculated 1 /(C × m)), and then according to the temperature rise amplitude limit value and the first scaling factor C 1 The product of (c) is used to obtain the temperature rise amplitude threshold TM. Due to C 1 The water level information is a coefficient larger than 1, so that through the setting, a margin can be reserved for the determination time of the water level information later, and the damage to the water heater caused by the heating delay can be avoided.
Step S103: and acquiring the first temperature of the inner container of the water heater after the second preset time for stopping heating.
In this embodiment, the second preset time period is a water level determination time period, and a specific time period can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art according to experience, which is not limited herein. Preferably, in order to ensure the accuracy of the first temperature, the second preset time period may be a time period during which the temperature change generated by heating the lower heating tube after stopping the heating can be sufficiently reacted.
In this embodiment, the sum of the first preset time and the second preset time is less than the heating time of the water heater in the existing method for monitoring the water level by heating, so as to further prevent the water heater from being damaged.
Step S104: and determining water level information in the inner container of the water heater according to the difference value between the first temperature and the initial temperature, and determining the heating mode of the water heater according to the water level information.
In the present embodiment, for a single-heating-pipe water heater, the heating mode corresponds to stopping heating and normal heating. For a multi-heating pipe water heater, the heating mode can correspond to various heating modes such as stopping heating, heating a lower heating pipe, heating an upper heating pipe, heating all heating pipes and the like.
In this embodiment, while the water heater performs the operation control through the above steps S101-S104, the slope of the temperature rising curve generated during the heating process can be obtained, and when the slope of the temperature rising curve is greater than the slope threshold (P × C) 1 And/(c × m)), it is considered that the water in the inner container is lack of water and the heating is stopped.
In one embodiment, the determining the water level information in the water heater liner according to the difference between the first temperature and the initial temperature in the step S104 may include: determining a proportional value between a difference value between the first temperature and the initial temperature and a temperature rise amplitude limit value; determining water level information in the inner container of the water heater according to the proportional value; wherein the temperature rise amplitude limit TL = Pxt 1 /(c×m)。
In the embodiment, the ratio between the difference between the first temperature and the initial temperature and the limit value of the temperature rise amplitude is the ratio between the rated water storage quality of the water heater and the quality of the water currently stored in the liner, so that the water level information in the liner of the water heater can be simply and accurately determined through the ratio.
Further, the temperature rise limit value TL is a reference temperature rise range corresponding to normal heating when the medium in the inner container of the water heater is water. Since the water level information in the water heater liner needs to be determined according to the proportional value, in order to improve the accuracy of the water level information, the proportional value is the proportional value between the difference value between the first temperature and the initial temperature and the temperature rise amplitude limit value, rather than the temperature rise amplitude threshold value obtained after the first proportional coefficient is added.
In one embodiment, determining the water level information in the liner of the water heater according to the ratio value may include: judging whether the proportional value is greater than or equal to a first proportional coefficient; if the proportional value is larger than or equal to the first proportional coefficient, the water level information in the inner container of the water heater is first water level information; if the proportional value is smaller than the first proportional coefficient, judging whether the proportional value is smaller than or equal to a second proportional coefficient, if so, the water level information in the water heater liner is second water level information, and if not, the water level information in the water heater liner is third water level information; wherein the second scaling factor is smaller than the first scaling factor.
In this embodiment, the second proportionality coefficient is a coefficient greater than 1 and close to 1, and a specific numerical value of the second proportionality coefficient can be flexibly set by those skilled in the art, for example, the second proportionality coefficient may be 1.3 or 1.2, as long as the second proportionality coefficient is smaller than the first proportionality coefficient, and no limitation is made herein.
In the embodiment, if the proportional value is greater than or equal to the first proportional coefficient, it can be considered that the water level in the inner container is low or even no water exists, the risk of dry burning exists, and no heating is allowed. If the proportional value is less than or equal to the second proportional coefficient, the water level in the inner container is higher at the moment, even the inner container is full of water, and all the heating pipes can be heated. If the proportional value is larger than the second proportional coefficient and smaller than the first proportional coefficient, the water level in the inner container is considered to be moderate at the moment, and only the lower heating pipe is allowed to heat.
In the present embodiment, it is possible to determine whether the water level is too low by the first scaling factor and whether the water level is close to the full value by the second scaling factor. Therefore, by comparing the proportional value with the first proportional coefficient and the second proportional coefficient, the water level information in the inner tank can be simply and accurately determined.
In one embodiment, the determining the heating mode of the water heater according to the water level information in step S104 may include: judging whether the water level information is first water level information or not; if the water level information is first water level information, outputting low water level prompt information; and if the water level information is not the first water level information, judging whether the water level information is the second water level information, if so, controlling the water heater to heat according to a heating mode in the heating instruction, and if not, controlling a lower heating pipe of the water heater to start heating.
In this embodiment, if the water level information is the first water level information, it indicates that the water level in the inner container is low or even no water exists, there is a risk of dry burning, no heating is allowed, and a low water level prompt message can be output to prompt the user to deliver water into the inner container in time. If the water level information is the second water level information, the water level in the inner container is higher at the moment, even the inner container is full of water, all the heating pipes can be heated, and the water heater can be controlled to heat according to the heating mode in the heating instruction. If the water level information is the third water level information, it is indicated that the water level in the inner container is medium at the moment, and only the lower heating pipe can be allowed to heat, so that no matter which heating mode the heating instruction corresponds to, only the lower heating pipe of the water heater is controlled to start heating.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the water level information, whether heating can be determined according to the water level information, so as to avoid the damage to the water heater caused by the excessively low water level during heating. In addition, for the heating pipe water heater, the opening of each heating pipe can be limited according to water level information, partial heating can be carried out even if the water is not full, water injection and heating are carried out simultaneously, and hot water supply can be guaranteed on the premise that safe heating of the water heater is guaranteed.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and after a third preset time period of outputting the low water level prompt information, re-executing the steps of controlling the heating pipe at the lower part of the water heater to start heating and acquiring the initial temperature of the inner container of the water heater when the heating is started.
In this embodiment, after the low water level indication message is output, the user may input water into the inner container, and thus, after the third preset time period of outputting the low water level indication message, the tentative heating and the water level determination may be performed again. Through such setting, can improve the intelligence of heating and judgement, do not need user's manual operation, further guarantee hot water supply.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the heating instruction, the water heater first controls the lower heating pipe therein to heat for a first preset time, that is, performs a tentative short-time heating. And then stopping heating, acquiring the first temperature of the inner container of the water heater after a second preset time, and determining water level information in the inner container according to the difference between the first temperature and the initial temperature, namely the temperature rise amplitude. And finally, determining whether heating is needed or not and a specific heating mode according to the water level information. Through such setting, only need control lower part heating pipe to carry out tentative short time heating, can realize the control to the water level, because the heat time is not long, can avoid the water heater water level when lower heat time overlength and cause the damage to the water heater. In addition, after the second preset time length for stopping heating, the first temperature of the inner container of the water heater is acquired, so that the temperature change generated by heating the lower heating pipe can be fully reflected. The accuracy of the first temperature can be guaranteed even if the heating time is not long, so that the water level can be accurately monitored, errors caused by heating delay are avoided, the water heater can accurately determine a corresponding heating mode according to water level information, and damage to the water heater when the water level is monitored through heating is further avoided.
The water heater control method of the present application is explained below with a specific embodiment.

And secondly, acquiring a second temperature T2 of the inner container of the water heater in real time after the water heater starts heating, judging that T2-T0 is always smaller than a temperature rise amplitude threshold value, and controlling a heating pipe at the lower part of the water heater to stop heating after 3min of starting heating.
And thirdly, obtaining the first temperature T1 of the inner container of the water heater after the water heater stops heating for 2 min.
And fourthly, determining a proportional value between the T1-T0 and the temperature rise amplitude limit value by the water heater, and determining water level information in the liner of the water heater according to the proportional value.
And fifthly, determining the heating mode of the water heater and the corresponding heating pipe by the water heater according to the water level information.
