Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As described in the background art, at present, a method for displaying the hot water amount of a water storage type electric water heater is to display a percentage of the residual hot water amount to the capacity of the water tank or a hot water amount bar mark on a display panel of the water storage type electric water heater. However, the user simply occupies the water tank capacity from the remaining hot water volume or the hot water volume bar mark cannot clearly know how long the hot water volume of the electric water heater can be used for the user to bath in the using process. Therefore, the problems of no hot water supply and energy waste caused by controlling the electric water heater to heat excessive water when the user feels insufficient hot water in the bathing process can occur. Therefore, the current water storage type electric water heater cannot realize accurate customization of water quantity. Therefore, the invention provides the electric water heater, the control method, the control device and the storage medium thereof, so that the residual use time of the hot water is prompted, and the accurate customization of the required water quantity can be realized.
An electric water heater, a control method, a control device and a storage medium thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Referring to fig. 1, a control method of an electric water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention may include:
s1, acquiring target water demand information, wherein the target water demand information comprises target water use time or target water use amount.
Specifically, in order to facilitate that a user does not have insufficient hot water supply during bath, the electric water heater in the embodiment can acquire target water demand information and determine a corresponding heating mode according to the information so as to heat the electric water heater in the corresponding heating mode, thereby realizing accurate customization of hot water. The target water demand information can be set by a parameter setting module on the electric water heater.
As an example, a user may select a set button on a display panel of the electric water heater before bathing, enter a water demand setting interface through which water demand information about to be bathed may be set. For example, the target water use time is selected to be 15min or the target water use amount is selected to be 50L.
S2, determining a target heating control mode according to the target water demand information.
Specifically, the target heating control method in this embodiment may include a static heating control method and a dynamic heating control method. Wherein, the static heating control mode is a control mode for heating the electric water heater before bathing. In this embodiment, when the static heating control is performed on the electric water heater, the electric water heater can be heated to the target heating temperature, so as to save energy consumption. The dynamic heating control mode is a mode that a user heats while bathing or heats after water is closed.
Specifically, when the electric water heater reads the target water demand information input by the user and judges that dynamic heating control is not needed according to the target water demand information, that is, when the water quantity of the electric water heater meets the target water quantity or the target water time, a static heating control mode can be adopted, and when the electric water heater judges that dynamic heating control is needed according to the target water demand information, a dynamic heating control mode which can heat while bathing and meet the bathing demand of the user can be adopted.
And S3, performing heating control on the electric water heater according to a target heating control mode.
In one embodiment of the present invention, heating control of an electric water heater according to a target heating control mode includes:
when the target heating control mode comprises a static heating control mode and a target heating temperature, performing static heating control on the electric water heater so as to heat water in the inner container of the electric water heater to the target heating temperature; when the target heating control mode comprises a static heating control mode and a dynamic heating control mode, static heating control is carried out on the electric water heater so as to heat water in the inner container of the electric water heater to a highest heating temperature threshold value, and when water is detected, dynamic heating control is carried out on the electric water heater.
Specifically, when it is determined that the static heating control mode is adopted, water in the electric water heater can be heated to a target heating temperature. In this embodiment, when the target heating control mode includes a static heating control mode and a target heating temperature, determining the target heating control mode according to the water demand information may include:
obtaining target equivalent water quantity according to the water demand information; acquiring the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity of the electric water heater; and obtaining the target heating temperature according to the target equivalent water quantity, the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity.
Specifically, the electric water heater in this embodiment has a hot water outlet pipe, a first cold water inlet pipe, a second cold water inlet pipe, and a water mixing valve, where the first cold water inlet pipe is connected to the electric water heater and is used for delivering cold water to the electric water heater. One end of the hot water outlet pipeline is connected with the electric water heater, the other end of the hot water outlet pipeline is connected with the hot water inlet end of the water mixing valve, and the water outlet end of the second cold water inlet pipeline is connected with the cold water inlet end of the water mixing valve. The hot water outlet pipeline can be used for transmitting the hot water heated by the electric water heater to the water mixing valve to be mixed with the cold water transmitted by the second cold water inlet pipeline to obtain mixed water at a preset temperature of a user, and providing the mixed water at the preset temperature for the user to bath. Wherein, the mixed water temperature can be set through the display panel.
In this embodiment, the target equivalent water volume V may be obtained according to the target water volume set by the user, and a first temperature sensor may be disposed at the water outlet of the water mixing valve to detect the temperature of the mixed water through the first temperature sensor, and a second temperature sensor may be disposed at the first cold water inlet pipe to detect the temperature of the cold water supplied to the first cold water inlet pipe through the second temperature sensor. For example, the mixed water (mixed water) temperature may be detected as R1 by the first temperature sensor, and the water replenishment temperature may be detected as R2 by the second temperature sensor.
Optionally, the electric water heater in the present embodiment may include a memory and a processor. The memory can store various performance parameters of the electric water heater, such as rated power, rated voltage, energy consumption level, model parameters and the like. When executing the control program of the electric water heater, as shown in fig. 2, the processor can read the model parameter on the memory, and obtain the total capacity V0 of the electric water heater from the local according to the model parameter, and also can communicate with the remote server to obtain the total capacity of the electric water heater corresponding to the model parameter from the remote server. It should be noted that, the model parameter of the electric water heater in the embodiment of the invention can be associated with other performance parameters of the electric water heater, so that when the processor obtains the model parameter, the processor can find out and obtain other performance parameters. Of course, in the present embodiment, the total capacity parameter of the electric water heater can also be directly read from the local memory.
Under the condition of obtaining the target equivalent water quantity V, the total capacity V0 of the electric water heater, the mixed water temperature R1 and the water supplementing temperature R2, the target heating temperature R3 can be obtained through processing according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0003270467510000051
wherein μ is the hot water output rate coefficient.
After the target heating temperature is determined, it may be displayed on a display panel to prompt the user for a corresponding temperature setting. Of course, the user can set the target heating temperature value by himself or by the temperature prompt of the display panel. When the water in the inner container of the electric water heater is heated to the target heating temperature, after the third temperature sensor arranged in the inner container detects that the temperature of the hot water reaches the target heating temperature, an early warning prompt is further sent out through the buzzer to prompt that the current hot water is heated to the target heating temperature, so that the electric water heater is convenient for a user to bath in time.
When the user sets the target heating temperature value by himself, the user can select any one of the heating intervals of the electric water heater as the target heating temperature, and in order to save energy consumption, the user can use the temperature determined by the target equivalent water amount, the total capacity of the electric water heater, the water mixing temperature and the water supplementing temperature as the target heating temperature.
When the electric water heater judges that dynamic heating is required according to the target water demand information, static heating control can be performed before a user bathes, and water in the inner container of the electric water heater is heated to the highest heating temperature threshold value, so that the temperature value of the water in the inner container is still larger than the target heating temperature value after the water in the inner container is cooled. After the user is bathed, because the hot water outlet pipeline is at the time of water outlet, and the first cold water inlet pipeline is at the time of water supplementing, the electric water heater can be dynamically heated and controlled at the moment.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic heating control of the electric water heater may include: determining the residual required hot water quantity of the electric water heater, and obtaining the dynamic heating hot water supply rate; determining dynamic heating time according to the residual required hot water quantity and the dynamic heating hot water supply rate; and carrying out dynamic heating control on the electric water heater according to the dynamic heating time.
Specifically, the remaining required hot water amount of the electric water heater can be determined, so that accurate customization of the required water amount is realized. Further, the dynamic heating hot water supply rate can be obtained. The dynamic heating pipe of the electric water heater can heat the cold water fed by the first cold water inlet pipeline from the cold water temperature to the water quantity which satisfies the mixed water outlet temperature reaching the mixed water temperature preset by a user in the unit time of the dynamic heating hot water feeding rate. After the residual required hot water quantity and the dynamic heating hot water supply rate are determined, the dynamic heating time of the residual required hot water quantity can be determined according to the residual required hot water quantity and the dynamic heating hot water supply rate, and quantitative heating control of the corresponding water quantity of the electric water heater can be realized through the dynamic heating time.
In this embodiment, when the dynamic heating control is performed, the remaining required hot water amount of the electric water heater may be determined according to the target water amount and the target water use time.
Optionally, when the target water demand information includes the target water consumption, determining a remaining required hot water amount of the electric water heater includes: obtaining target equivalent water quantity according to the water demand information; acquiring the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity of the electric water heater; obtaining a first equivalent water quantity according to the highest heating temperature threshold, the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity; and (3) making a difference between the target equivalent water quantity and the first equivalent water quantity to obtain the residual required hot water quantity.
In this embodiment, the temperature of the mixed water (mixed water) may be detected as R1 by the first temperature sensor, the water replenishing temperature may be detected as R2 by the second temperature sensor, and the temperature value R4 (the highest heating temperature threshold) of the hot water in the inner container may be obtained by the third temperature sensor. After the mixed water temperature R1, the water supplementing temperature R2, the temperature value R4 of the hot water in the liner and the total capacity V0 of the electric water heater are obtained, the first equivalent water quantity can be calculated according to the following formula.
Figure BDA0003270467510000061
Wherein μ is a hot water output rate coefficient, and V1 is a first equivalent water amount.
When the target water demand information is the target water consumption, the target water consumption is the target equivalent water consumption. For example, if the user sets the target water consumption to 50L, the target equivalent water consumption is 50L. When the first equivalent water quantity in the embodiment is statically heated, for example, when the water in the inner container is heated to the highest heating temperature threshold before bathing, the first equivalent water quantity can be the total capacity, for example, 40L, then the remaining required hot water quantity in the embodiment is 10L, namely, the dynamic heating pipe of the electric water heater can heat the cold water fed by the first cold water inlet pipeline from the cold water temperature to the water quantity which satisfies that the outlet temperature of the mixed water reaches the preset mixed water temperature of a user is 10L, thereby realizing accurate heating of the water quantity.
In one embodiment of the invention, when the target water demand information includes a target water use time, the method further includes: acquiring the common water flow, the actual water flow and the accumulated water use time of the electric water heater; wherein, confirm the surplus demand hot water yield of electric water heater, include: acquiring the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity of the electric water heater; obtaining a first equivalent water quantity according to the highest heating temperature threshold, the water inlet temperature, the water mixing temperature and the total capacity; and obtaining the residual required hot water quantity according to the target water use time, the first equivalent water quantity, the common water use flow, the actual water use flow and the accumulated water use time.
Specifically, the target water use time may be set to a, and the first equivalent water amount may be determined as described above, and in this embodiment, the determined first equivalent water amount is set to b, the actual water use flow rate is set to c1, the commonly used water use flow rate is set to c2, and the cumulative water use time is set to d. Thus, after the accumulated water usage time d is determined, the remaining water usage time a-d is obtained, wherein the first equivalent water amount of the electric water heater is b, and after the accumulated water usage time d, the remaining usable equivalent water amount in the first electric water heater is b-c1 x d, so that the usable time (b-c 1 x d)/c 2 of the remaining usable equivalent water amount in the first electric water heater is obtained, and the remaining required hot water amount e of the electric water heater can be determined by the following formula:
Figure BDA0003270467510000071
therefore, the accurate customization of the required hot water quantity of the electric water heater can be realized.
As described above, when the target water demand information includes the target water consumption, the target equivalent water consumption is equal to the target water consumption; when the target water consumption information comprises the target water consumption time, the historical water consumption flow of the electric water heater can be obtained, and the common water consumption flow can be obtained according to the historical water consumption flow, wherein the target equivalent water consumption is the product of the target water consumption time and the common water consumption flow.
Specifically, a water flow sensor can be arranged on the hot water outlet pipeline, when a user starts the water mixing valve to perform bath, the water flow sensor is correspondingly started to monitor, the current time is recorded as t0, and when the user closes the water mixing valve to stop the bath, the current time is recorded as t1. In the period t0-t1, i.e. the bath period, the water flow sensor can acquire a plurality of historical water flows of a hot water outlet pipeline of the electric water heater, i.e. a water outlet, at a plurality of intermediate moments at preset time intervals (such as 1 min), so as to obtain the common water flow through the correction of the plurality of historical water flows. After the target water use time and the common water use flow are obtained, the target equivalent water quantity can be obtained according to the target water use time and the common water use flow.
In this embodiment, the remaining use time of the hot water can also be predicted. Optionally, the method further comprises: acquiring actual water flow and accumulated water use time of the electric water heater; and determining the residual use duration of the hot water of the electric water heater according to the first equivalent water quantity, the dynamic hot water heating supply rate, the dynamic heating time, the actual water flow and the accumulated water use time, and sending prompt information to prompt the residual use duration of the hot water.
Specifically, the first equivalent water amount V1 may be set, that is, the equivalent water amount for the user to bath before the dynamic heating is V1, the dynamic heating hot water replenishment rate may be set to be H0, the dynamic heating time is tm, the actual water flow is c1, and the accumulated water use time is tn, so that the equivalent hot water amount heated by the dynamic heating pipe may be obtained as H0×tm, and the residual hot water usage may be obtained as V1-c1×tn+h0×tm by the first equivalent water amount V1, the actual water flow c1, the accumulated water use time tn, and the equivalent hot water amount heated by the dynamic heating pipe H0×tm; and the equivalent hot water flow rate is c1-H0, which is obtained by the actual water flow rate c1 and the dynamic hot water heating supply rate H0, so that the residual use time ts of the hot water is as follows:
Figure BDA0003270467510000081
as shown in fig. 2, after determining the remaining use time of the hot water, a buzzer may be used to provide a warning indication of the remaining use time of the hot water.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a control program of the electric water heater is stored, and when the control program of the electric water heater is executed by the processor, the control method of the electric water heater is realized, so that the accurate customization of the water quantity of the electric water heater can be realized.
Furthermore, the invention also provides an electric water heater, which comprises a memory, a processor and a control program of the electric water heater, wherein the control program of the electric water heater is stored in the memory and can run on the processor, and when the processor executes the control program of the electric water heater, the control method of the electric water heater is realized, so that the accurate customization of the water quantity of the electric water heater can be realized.
