本公开与显示设备相关,特别是一种折合式金属背板。
背景技术
现有的折合式金属背板,其折合弯曲部位未经适当配置,容易使弯折处形成半椭圆形,产生不少弯折应力,而减少其弯折次数寿命,因此有待改善。
发明内容
本公开主要目的,在于提供一种折合式金属背板,其可补偿使其弯折呈正圆弧形,折合操作更为顺畅,并且减少弯曲应力。
为了达成上述目的,本公开提供一种折合式金属背板,包含有一第一板部;一第二板部;一折合板部,连结于该第一板部与第二板部;该折合板部接近该第一板部与第二板部处分别形成有一第一折区,并于该两第一折区之间形成有一第二折区;该第一折区具有多排间隔的第一开口,该第二折区具有多排间隔的第二开口;该各第一折区构成一第一展开长度,该第二折区构成一第二展开长度,其中该第一折区的第一展开长度为第二折区的第二展开长度的0.2倍至0.5倍。
通过该第一折区的第一展开长度为第二折区的第二展开长度的0.2倍至0.5倍,即可使弯折呈正圆弧形,因而减少弯曲应力,折合操作更为顺畅。
较佳地,该第一折区的第一展开长度为第二折区的第二展开长度的0.2倍至0.4倍。
较佳地,该第一折区的第一展开长度为第二折区的第二展开长度的0.3倍至0.5倍。
较佳地,该各第一折区构成一第一开口率,该第二折区构成一第二开口率。其中该第一折区的第一开口率大于该第二折区的第二开口率界于25%至36%。

如图1至图4所示,本公开一较佳实施例提供了一种折合式金属背板,包含有:
一第一板部10,位于一显示单元的一侧。
一第二板部20,位于该显示单元的一侧,对应该第一板部10。
一折合板部30,连结于该第一板部10与第二板部20;该折合板部30接近该第一板部10与第二板部20处分别形成有一第一折区31,并于该两第一折区31之间形成有一第二折区32,原则上均配置到整个宽度。
该第一折区31折合后的外侧大概呈正圆弧形,并形成有一弯曲半径R,也即所谓的R角。
该第一折区31具有多排间隔的第一开口311,该第二折区32具有多排间隔的第二开口321;该第一开口311及第二开口321不限定如图3所示的双面凹槽,其也可为单面凹槽,或者是直接贯穿的槽孔;其也可为多片背板以所述各种槽或孔的配置各种排列组合型态。
该各第一折区31构成一第一展开长度L1,该第二折区32构成一第二展开长度L2。
