S2, brushing a waterproof adhesive layer on the pile head part of the CFG pile and the bottom surface cushion layer of the foundation pile cap at the periphery of the CFG pile, wherein the waterproof adhesive layer is polymer cement waterproof adhesive;
s3, covering the waterproof coiled material provided with the openings on the waterproof adhesive layer and the cushion layer on the bottom surface of the basic bearing platform, wherein the openings of the waterproof coiled material are positioned on the inner side of the edge of the waterproof adhesive layer;
s4, installing a water-swelling water stop ring on the periphery of the bottom of the protruded steel bar of the CFG pile, wherein before the water-swelling water stop ring is installed, all sides of the protruded steel bar, which are not contacted with the CFG pile, of the water-swelling water stop ring are coated with a water-soluble film layer;
