Abstract
本发明公开了卡片式包装生产设备,其特征在于:卡片式包装生产设备包括片材放卷部件、膜料放卷部件和横封纵封模具,片材放卷部件所放出的片材经压痕模具压痕出折断线后进入横封纵封模具,膜料放卷部件所放出的膜料经热成形模具成形出泡眼后进入横封纵封模具,横封纵封模具对片材与膜料进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,在横封纵封模具的进料一侧,设有灌装针头对准横封纵封模具,灌装针头与灌装部件连通,横封纵封模具的出料一侧设有主送料轮,主送料轮的出料一侧设有冲切模具。本发明专用于卡片式包装的自动生产制作,产量高,设备结构紧凑。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于卡片式包装的生产制作的生产设备。
背景技术
目前市场上,精油、面霜、化妆品、蜂蜜等这些流体或半流体物料经常会采用小塑料袋包装方式进行包装,使用时小塑料袋需从一端到另一端进行撕口,撕口不方便,撕口过程中袋内物料易外溢影响后续撕口,而且撕口位于袋子开口一侧,袋子内的物料不易被干净挤出,残留较多,造成浪费。为此,申请人开发了一种卡片式包装,将流体或半流体物料用周边烫合的底层片材和表层膜料进行包装,膜料的中间成形有泡眼用于物料存积,片材的中间压痕出不通透的折断线。使用时,只要沿折断线对折卡片式包装,由于片材较脆,对折卡片式包装时折断线即可整体断裂开口,然后挤压折卡片式包装,包装内的物料就会通过折断线的断口被向外挤出,使用十分方便;并且折断线位于整个包装的中间,底层片材的硬度较硬并且平整,所以利于物料被干净挤出,残留少,不易造成浪费。对于卡片式包装的生产,十分需要申请人提供专用设备来实现。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是在于提供一种专用于卡片式包装的自动生产制作,产量高,结构紧凑的卡片式包装生产设备。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实施的:
卡片式包装生产设备,所生产的卡片式包装由底层片材、表层膜料和封存于两者之间的流体或半流体物料组成,片材、膜料的四周边热封烫合,膜料的中间成形有泡眼,片材的中间压痕出不通透的折断线,其特征在于:卡片式包装生产设备包括片材放卷部件、膜料放卷部件和横封纵封模具,片材放卷部件所放出的片材经压痕模具压痕出折断线后进入横封纵封模具,膜料放卷部件所放出的膜料经热成形模具成形出泡眼后进入横封纵封模具,横封纵封模具对片材与膜料进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,在横封纵封模具的进料一侧,设有灌装针头对准横封纵封模具,灌装针头与灌装部件连通,横封纵封模具的出料一侧设有主送料轮,主送料轮的出料一侧设有冲切模具。
热成形模具、横封纵封模具、主送料轮和冲切模具上下排布设置,片材放卷部件和膜料放卷部件分列于横封纵封模具的左右。
片材放卷部件与压痕模具之间设有第一张力摆辊,压痕模具与横封纵封模具之间设有第一检测探头,第一检测探头用于片材的光电对版,第一检测探头输出信号控制主送料轮的送料动作,膜料放卷部件与横封纵封模具之间依次设有第二张力摆辊、膜料送料轮和第二检测探头,第二检测探头用于膜料的光电对版,第二检测探头输出信号控制膜料送料轮的送料动作。
冲切模具卧式安装,冲切模具带废料切断刀,冲切模具的下方设有成品输送带和废品输送带。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明是这样实现卡片式包装的自动生产制作的:在主送料轮和膜料送料轮的步进牵引作用下,片材放卷部件和膜料放卷部件同时进行放料,片材放卷部件所放出的片材经压痕模具在片材中间位置压痕出不通透的折断线后进入横封纵封模具,膜料放卷部件所放出的膜料经热成形模具在膜料中间成形出泡眼后进入横封纵封模具,横封纵封模具对片材与膜料进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,烫合后片材与膜料在顶边形成灌装口,然后横封纵封模具打开,灌装部件动作,灌装针头将流体或半流体物料通过灌装口灌装进入到片材与膜料两者之间,物料存积在泡眼内,接下来,主送料轮步进牵引片材和膜料进行一个卡片式包装的长度距离,当横封纵封模具再次动作、对片材与膜料进行三边封时,底封就能同时将刚才灌装入物料的灌装口进行封口,于是卡片式包装连体成型,最后,连体成型的卡片式包装在经过冲切模具时,冲切模具对其进行冲切,成品落到成品输送带被送出,废料落到废品输送带被送出,进而实现卡片式包装的自动生产制作,产量高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,卡片式包装由底层片材A、表层膜料B和封存于两者之间的流体或半流体物料组成,片材A、膜料B的四周边热封烫合,膜料B的中间成形有泡眼B1,片材A的中间压痕出不通透的折断线A1,片材可选用厚度0.45mm的PS材料板,膜料可选用厚度0.05-0.1的PE材料膜。
如图3所示,本发明的卡片式包装生产设备,包括片材放卷部件1、膜料放卷部件2和横封纵封模具8,片材放卷部件1所放出的片材A经压痕模具3压痕出折断线A1后进入横封纵封模具8,膜料放卷部件2所放出的膜料B经热成形模具5成形出泡眼B1后进入横封纵封模具8,横封纵封模具8对片材A与膜料B进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,在横封纵封模具8的进料一侧,设有灌装针头7对准横封纵封模具8,灌装针头7与灌装部件4连通,横封纵封模具8的出料一侧设有主送料轮9,主送料轮9由主送料轮伺服电机控制驱动,主送料轮9的出料一侧设有冲切模具11,热成形模具5、横封纵封模具8、主送料轮9和冲切模具11在机架10前侧上下排布设置,片材放卷部件1和膜料放卷部件2分列于横封纵封模具8的左右,冲切模具11卧式安装,冲切模具带废料切断刀,冲切模具11的下方设有成品输送带12和废品输送带13。片材放卷部件1与压痕模具3之间设有第一张力摆辊14,压痕模具3与横封纵封模具8之间设有第一检测探头15,第一检测探头15用于片材A的光电对版,第一检测探头15输出信号控制主送料轮9的送料动作,膜料放卷部件2与横封纵封模具8之间依次设有第二张力摆辊17、膜料送料轮6和第二检测探头16,膜料送料轮6由膜料送料轮伺服电机控制驱动,第二检测探头16用于膜料B的光电对版,第二检测探头16输出信号控制膜料送料轮6的送料动作。
本发明是这样进行工作的:在主送料轮9和膜料送料轮6的步进牵引作用下,片材放卷部件1和膜料放卷部件2同时进行放料,片材放卷部件所放出的片材A经压痕模具3在片材中间位置压痕出不通透的折断线A1后进入横封纵封模具8,膜料放卷部件2所放出的膜料B经热成形模具5在膜料中间成形出泡眼B1后进入横封纵封模具8,横封纵封模具8对片材与膜料进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,烫合后片材与膜料在顶边形成灌装口,然后横封纵封模具打开,灌装部件4动作,灌装针头7将流体或半流体物料通过灌装口灌装进入到片材与膜料两者之间,物料存积在泡眼内,接下来,主送料轮9步进牵引片材A和膜料B进行一个卡片式包装的长度距离,当横封纵封模具8再次动作、对片材与膜料进行三边封时,底封就能同时将刚才灌装入物料的灌装口进行封口,于是卡片式包装连体成型,最后,连体成型的卡片式包装在经过冲切模具11时,冲切模具11对其进行冲切,成品落到成品输送带12被送出,废料落到废品输送带13被送出,进而实现卡片式包装的自动生产制作,产量高,结构紧凑。上述工作过程中,如果片材A表面有图案需要对标时,则通过第一检测探头15对输送的片材进行光电对版,并输出信号控制主送料轮9的送料动作,使片材图案在卡片式包装成品上的位置准确;如果膜料B表面有图案需要对标时,则通过第二检测探头16对输送的膜料进行光电对版,并输出信号控制膜料送料轮6的送料动作,使膜料图案与片材图案位置对准,进而更好保证卡片式包装的生产质量。
Claims (4)
1.卡片式包装生产设备,所生产的卡片式包装由底层片材、表层膜料和封存于两者之间的流体或半流体物料组成,片材、膜料的四周边热封烫合,膜料的中间成形有泡眼,片材的中间压痕出不通透的折断线,其特征在于:卡片式包装生产设备包括片材放卷部件、膜料放卷部件和横封纵封模具,片材放卷部件所放出的片材经压痕模具压痕出折断线后进入横封纵封模具,膜料放卷部件所放出的膜料经热成形模具成形出泡眼后进入横封纵封模具,横封纵封模具对片材与膜料进行除顶边外其它三边的热封烫合,在横封纵封模具的进料一侧,设有灌装针头对准横封纵封模具,灌装针头与灌装部件连通,横封纵封模具的出料一侧设有主送料轮,主送料轮的出料一侧设有冲切模具。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡片式包装生产设备,其特征在于:热成形模具、横封纵封模具、主送料轮和冲切模具上下排布设置,片材放卷部件和膜料放卷部件分列于横封纵封模具的左右。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的卡片式包装生产设备,其特征在于:片材放卷部件与压痕模具之间设有第一张力摆辊,压痕模具与横封纵封模具之间设有第一检测探头,第一检测探头用于片材的光电对版,第一检测探头输出信号控制主送料轮的送料动作,膜料放卷部件与横封纵封模具之间依次设有第二张力摆辊、膜料送料轮和第二检测探头,第二检测探头用于膜料的光电对版,第二检测探头输出信号控制膜料送料轮的送料动作。
4.如权利要求1所述的卡片式包装生产设备,其特征在于:冲切模具卧式安装,冲切模具带废料切断刀,冲切模具的下方设有成品输送带和废品输送带。
