本发明公开了一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构。塑料内衬上端与金属瓶口阀座通过滚塑成型贴合在一起,金属瓶口阀座中心孔上端套装在高压气瓶的瓶口阀上且螺纹连接,塑料内衬与金属瓶口阀座构成气瓶内胆,在气瓶内胆外面缠绕纤维增强层;金属瓶口阀座与瓶口阀的内外柱面间有O型圈密封,瓶口阀与金属气瓶阀座的上端面之间还设有垫片;塑料内衬上端内侧的部分延伸并包覆在金属瓶口阀座中心孔的下端内周面,且设置弹性压紧环压紧。本发明的高压气瓶密封结构具有金属气瓶阀座与瓶口阀的密封通过O型圈密封、垫片密封的双重保障,金属瓶口阀座和塑料内衬具有随内压增加而自紧密封性能增加和弹性压紧环压紧双重保障,密封可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种高压气体储存设备,特别是涉及了一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压储氢气瓶结构。
背景技术
随着气瓶压力的越来越高,气瓶密封结构设计难度越来越高。高压储氢气瓶的工作压力达到70MPa,其对密封结构的可靠性要求非常高。目前使用较多的气瓶内衬多为金属内衬,外层缠绕碳纤维玻璃纤维等。随着车载气瓶单位质量储氢密度要求的提高,塑料内衬复合材料储氢气瓶得到了发展。
有关Ⅳ型气瓶结构的专利有很多,如韩国复合材料研究有限公司的美国专利US7648042B2“一种用于复合材料高压储气瓶的金属气瓶端口设计”,美国沃新顿工业公司的美国专利US20170276294A1“High gas-tightened metallic nozzle-boss for a highpressure composite vessel”,US20170276294A1“Boss and liner interface for apressure vessel”,丰田公司JP2006060484“高压气瓶密封”,丰田自动车株式会社的国际专利PCT/JP2009/060067“贮气罐和贮气罐的制作方法”,中材科技(成都)有限公司的实用新型专利CN201721786654.7“塑料内胆外径大于200mm高压储气瓶的瓶口瓶尾结构”等。这些专利均对气瓶的密封结构做出了相关设计,结构形式多种多样,在储气使用过程中均可实现密封。但是这些结构制造复杂,加工精度要求高,成本偏高。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术领域中存在的问题,本发明提供一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,实现了高压多级密封,结构简单可靠、制造简单、密封可靠。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明由金属瓶口阀座、O型圈、瓶口阀、垫片及塑料内衬外侧的纤维增强层所组成;所述的高压气瓶瓶口端加工为塑料内衬,塑料内衬上端与金属瓶口阀座通过滚塑成型贴合在一起,金属瓶口阀座中心孔上端套装在高压气瓶的瓶口阀上且通过螺纹连接;金属瓶口阀座的内圆柱面与瓶口阀的外圆柱面之间设有O型圈进行密封,瓶口阀的下端面与金属气瓶阀座的上端面之间还设有垫片;所述的塑料内衬上端内侧的部分延伸并包覆在金属瓶口阀座中心孔的下端内周面,且设置弹性压紧环将塑料内衬上端内侧的部分压紧在金属瓶口阀座中心孔的内周面。
所述的塑料内衬与金属瓶口阀座构成气瓶内胆,在气瓶内胆外面缠绕纤维增强树脂基复合材料形成纤维增强层。
所述的瓶口阀下端开设O型圈槽,O型圈位于瓶口阀下端的O型圈槽内起到密封作用。
所述的金属瓶口阀座中心孔下端内周面在与塑料内衬相接触处加工有锯齿状环形凹槽,塑料内衬伸出设置锯齿状环形凸缘分别完全填充锯齿状环形凹槽;弹性压紧环压紧在齿状环形凸缘和锯齿状环形凹槽所在的塑料内衬内周。
所述的塑料内衬上端外侧的部分延伸并包裹在金属瓶口阀座下端的外周面,使得塑料内衬上端整体包裹在金属瓶口阀座下端。
所述的弹性压紧环是一个金属圆环,弹性压紧环的环形某处开有一个45°角的缺口,使弹性压紧环能够弹性开闭而变化环直径的大小。
所述的纤维增强层,是碳纤维、硼纤维、凯夫拉纤维、玻璃纤维等。
所述的金属瓶口阀座是铝合金,或者其他不锈钢或者高强钢。
所述的塑料内衬是尼龙6、尼龙66、聚丙烯、HDPE、LDPE等的高分子聚合材料。
所述的O型圈是丁晴橡胶、硅橡胶和聚四氟等具有耐氢腐蚀的密封材料。
所述的垫片材料是橡胶、聚四佛乙烯、PA等的非金属,或者是纯铝、纯铜等的金属材料。
本发明具有的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用双重密封结构,使高压气瓶的密封更加可靠。第一层密封采用在金属瓶口阀座轴向端面和瓶口阀的接触面之间采用垫片密封。第二层密封为金属瓶口阀座的内圆柱面和瓶口阀的外圆柱面之间有多个O型圈密封。
2、塑料内衬与金属瓶口阀座接触面之间采用多个凹槽增加接触面积和贴合性,再加上弹性压紧环的压紧作用,使内衬与金属瓶口阀座之间保持紧密贴合;随着气瓶内压的增加,气体压力对塑料内衬作用力越大,塑料内衬与金属瓶口阀座之间压得越紧,气体通过塑料内衬与金属瓶口阀座之间的间隙泄漏越难。
3、密封结构简单,制造加工方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,结构由金属瓶口阀座3、O型圈7、瓶口阀1、垫片2及塑料内衬5外侧的纤维增强层4所组成;
高压气瓶瓶口端加工为塑料内衬5,不再采用金属材料制成。
塑料内衬5上端与金属瓶口阀座3通过滚塑成型贴合在一起,金属瓶口阀座3中心孔上端套装在高压气瓶的瓶口阀1上且通过螺纹连接;
金属瓶口阀座3的内圆柱面与瓶口阀1的外圆柱面之间设有O型圈7进行密封,通过与金属瓶口阀座的内壁压紧,并保持持续的压紧力,起到密封作用。瓶口阀1的下端面与金属气瓶阀座3的上端面之间还设有垫片2;当瓶口阀拧紧的时候,垫片被压紧起到密封作用。
塑料内衬5上端内侧的部分延伸并包覆在金属瓶口阀座3中心孔的下端内周面且紧配,且设置弹性压紧环6将塑料内衬5上端内侧的部分压紧在金属瓶口阀座3中心孔的内周面,在弹性压紧环6将位于金属气瓶阀座3内侧的塑料压紧,起到初始密封作用。
塑料内衬5为塑料材质。弹性压紧环6和金属瓶口阀座3均采用金属材质。
塑料内衬5与金属瓶口阀座3构成气瓶内胆,在气瓶内胆外面缠绕纤维增强树脂基复合材料形成纤维增强层4。
瓶口阀1下端开设多个O型圈槽,O型圈7位于瓶口阀1下端的O型圈槽内起到密封作用,使得瓶口阀1和金属瓶口阀座3之间紧密密封。
瓶口阀1下端不延伸到弹性压紧环6处。
金属瓶口阀座3中心孔下端内周面在与塑料内衬5相接触处加工有锯齿状环形凹槽,塑料内衬5伸出设置锯齿状环形凸缘分别完全填充锯齿状环形凹槽;锯齿状环形凹槽由多个环形凹槽构成,锯齿状环形凸缘由多个环形凸缘构成,一个环形凹槽内嵌装入有一个环形凸缘,环形凹槽和环形凸缘数量相同。弹性压紧环6压紧在齿状环形凸缘和锯齿状环形凹槽所在的塑料内衬5内周面上。
金属瓶口阀座3中心轴开有通孔,金属瓶口阀座3通孔的上端是一段圆柱螺纹,圆柱螺纹用于和瓶口阀1螺纹连接。
金属瓶口阀座3通孔的下端开有多个凹槽,塑料填充这些凹槽后与金属瓶口阀座3通孔相贯通,塑料内衬5在此处的通孔上面有弹性压紧环6压紧。
塑料内衬5上端外侧的部分延伸并包裹在金属瓶口阀座3下端的外周面,使得塑料内衬5上端整体包裹在金属瓶口阀座3下端。
如图2和图3所示,弹性压紧环6是一个金属圆环,弹性压紧环6的对称中心轴处开有圆形通孔,弹性压紧环6的环形某处开有一个45°角的缺口,缺口用于切断自身结构,使弹性压紧环6能够弹性开闭而改变环直径的大小。
图2、图3是弹性压紧环的示意图,弹性压紧环是一个金属圆环,弹性压紧环的对称中心轴处开有圆形通孔,弹性压紧环的环形某处开有一个45°角的切口切断弹性压紧环,本实施例中的开孔为1mm,使弹性压紧环可以开、闭,使弹性压紧环的直径大小可以变化,便于安装。
本发明压紧密封的原理过程是:
本发明通过金属瓶口阀座3与瓶口阀1之间的O型圈7和垫片2进行一级密封,另外再通过弹性压紧环6进行多重密封。
弹性压紧环6一方面通过自身的缺口产生自身的弹性力,依靠自身的弹性力实现自然弹性撑开压紧塑料内衬5到金属瓶口阀座3的表面,另一方面在气瓶内部的高压下被动产生压力施加到塑料内衬5上进而再压紧到金属瓶口阀座3的表面,从而实现了多级密封。
在气瓶内部的高压下,压力越高弹性压紧环6被动产生施加到塑料内衬5上的压力越大,巧妙实现了自紧式密封。
由此使得气瓶内的高压气体无法泄露出去,实现了有效的密封。
这样,本发明的高压气瓶密封结构设置了金属气瓶阀座与瓶口阀的密封通过O型圈密封、垫片密封的双重保障,金属瓶口阀座和塑料内衬具有随内压增加而自紧密封性能增加和弹性压紧环压紧双重保障,密封可靠。
Claims (10)
1.一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:
由金属瓶口阀座(3)、O型圈(7)、瓶口阀(1)、垫片(2)及塑料内衬(5)外侧的纤维增强层(4)所组成;所述的高压气瓶瓶口端加工为塑料内衬(5),塑料内衬(5)上端与金属瓶口阀座(3)通过滚塑成型贴合在一起,金属瓶口阀座(3)中心孔上端套装在高压气瓶的瓶口阀(1)上且通过螺纹连接;金属瓶口阀座(3)的内圆柱面与瓶口阀(1)的外圆柱面之间设有O型圈(7)进行密封,瓶口阀(1)的下端面与金属气瓶阀座(3)的上端面之间还设有垫片(2);所述的塑料内衬(5)上端内侧的部分延伸并包覆在金属瓶口阀座(3)中心孔的下端内周面,且设置弹性压紧环(6)将塑料内衬(5)上端内侧的部分压紧在金属瓶口阀座(3)中心孔的内周面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的塑料内衬(5)与金属瓶口阀座(3)构成气瓶内胆,在气瓶内胆外面缠绕纤维增强树脂基复合材料形成纤维增强层(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的瓶口阀(1)下端开设O型圈槽,O型圈(7)位于瓶口阀(1)下端的O型圈槽内起到密封作用。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的金属瓶口阀座(3)中心孔下端内周面在与塑料内衬(5)相接触处加工有锯齿状环形凹槽,塑料内衬(5)伸出设置锯齿状环形凸缘分别完全填充锯齿状环形凹槽;弹性压紧环(6)压紧在齿状环形凸缘和锯齿状环形凹槽所在的塑料内衬(5)内周。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的塑料内衬(5)上端外侧的部分延伸并包裹在金属瓶口阀座(3)下端的外周面,使得塑料内衬(5)上端整体包裹在金属瓶口阀座(3)下端。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的弹性压紧环(6)是一个金属圆环,弹性压紧环(6)的环形某处开有一个45°角的缺口,使弹性压紧环(6)能够弹性开闭而变化环直径的大小。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的纤维增强层(4),是碳纤维、硼纤维、凯夫拉纤维、玻璃纤维等;所述的金属瓶口阀座(3)是铝合金,或者不锈钢或者高强钢。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的塑料内衬(5)是尼龙6、尼龙66、聚丙烯、HDPE、LDPE的高分子聚合材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的O型圈(7)是丁晴橡胶、硅橡胶和聚四氟等具有耐氢腐蚀的密封材料。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料内衬纤维增强复合材料高压气瓶密封结构,其特征在于:所述的垫片(2)材料是橡胶、聚四佛乙烯、PA的非金属,或者是纯铝、纯铜的金属材料。
