本发明属于洗涤盐技术领域,尤其是涉及一种餐具清洗盐及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前家庭餐具清洗常见的为洗洁精,洗洁精的主要成分是作为表面活性剂的烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠,加以增溶剂、香精、泡沫剂、水、防腐剂等组分,其中烷基磺酸钠和脂肪醇醚硫酸钠属于石化产品,使用后,需用清水多次冲洗餐具,但仍会残留在餐具表面,长期使用对人体健康不利。因此需要研制一种健康无毒、安全环保的餐具清洗盐。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种餐具清洗盐,主要成分为食盐和多种天然的植物提取物,在具有良好的去污、杀菌、抑菌、易冲洗效果的同时,兼具健康无毒、安全环保、易降解的优点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种餐具清洗盐,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:食盐60~70份、皂角提取物5~15份、柑橘提取物1~5份、APG 5~15份、碳酸氢钠5~15份、植物型抗菌剂1~15份、植物型防腐剂3~5份、酵素粉5~10份。
皂角提取物和柑橘提取物作为植物型表面活性剂,具有良好的去油污能力;APG为烷基聚葡糖苷,是一种天然油脂型表面活性剂,具有乳化油脂的能力;碳酸氢钠作为食用碱,具有去污能力;食用盐能够加速污物溶出、提高去除残留的功能;酵素粉具有净化除异味的功能。
进一步的,所述植物型抗菌剂为鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物。
鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物中含有有效成分多肽类、多糖类、生物碱等物质,具有杀菌、抑菌的作用。
进一步的,所述鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物的质量比为2:1:1。
进一步的,所述植物型防腐剂为芭蕉树茎叶提取物。
芭蕉树茎叶提取物具有防腐保鲜的作用,可作为防腐剂添加到组分中。

步骤二、将混合溶液A均匀喷涂在混合物A的表面,得到混合物B;
步骤三、将混合溶液B均匀喷涂在混合物B的表面;得到混合物C;
步骤四、将混合物C经过干燥、再混合、研磨、过筛后得到所述餐具清洗盐。
进一步的,所述皂角提取物的制备过程为:将皂角去杂、洗净、晒干、切碎后,浸泡于无水乙醇中5~15h,于70~80℃下回流抽提10~12h,过滤除渣,得到皂角提取液,浓缩得到皂角提取物;所述柑橘提取物制备过程相同。

其中,皂角提取物的制备过程为:将皂角去杂、洗净、晒干、切碎后,浸泡于无水乙醇中10h,于75℃下回流抽提12h,过滤除渣,得到皂角提取液,浓缩得到皂角提取物;柑橘提取物、鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物、蒲公英提取物、芭蕉树茎叶提取物制备过程相同;
S2、将按比例称取的食盐、碳酸氢钠、酵素粉混合均匀,过300目筛,得到混合物A;
S3、将按比例称取的皂角提取物、柑橘提取物、APG中加入蒸馏水,过滤,制备成混合溶液A;
S4、将按比例称取的鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物、蒲公英提取物、芭蕉树茎叶提取物中加入蒸馏水、过滤,制备成混合溶液B;
S5、将混合溶液A通过雾化器喷涂的方式,均匀喷涂在混合物A的表面,得到混合物B;

其中,皂角提取物的制备过程为:将皂角去杂、洗净、晒干、切碎后,浸泡于无水乙醇中5h,于80℃下回流抽提12h,过滤除渣,得到皂角提取液,浓缩得到皂角提取物;柑橘提取物、鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物、蒲公英提取物、芭蕉树茎叶提取物制备过程相同;
S2、将按比例称取的食盐、碳酸氢钠、酵素粉混合均匀,过300目筛,得到混合物A;
S3、将按比例称取的皂角提取物、柑橘提取物、APG中加入蒸馏水,过滤,制备成混合溶液A;
S4、将按比例称取的鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物、蒲公英提取物、芭蕉树茎叶提取物中加入蒸馏水、过滤,制备成混合溶液B;
S5、将混合溶液A通过雾化器喷涂的方式,均匀喷涂在混合物A的表面,得到混合物B;
S6、将混合溶液B通过雾化器喷涂的方式,均匀喷涂在混合物B的表面;得到混合物C;
S7、将混合物C经过干燥、再搅拌混合、研磨、过300目筛后得到所述餐具清洗盐。

Claims (10)
1.一种餐具清洗盐,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下组分:食盐60~70份、皂角提取物5~15份、柑橘提取物1~5份、APG 5~15份、碳酸氢钠5~15份、植物型抗菌剂1~15份、植物型防腐剂3~5份、酵素粉5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗盐,其特征在于:所述植物型抗菌剂为鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐具清洗盐,其特征在于:所述鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物的质量比为2:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗盐,其特征在于:所述植物型防腐剂为芭蕉树茎叶提取物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的餐具清洗盐,其特征在于:包括按重量份数计的如下组分:食盐60份、皂角提取物10份、柑橘提取物3份、APG 10份、碳酸氢钠10份、植物型抗菌剂10份、植物型防腐剂5份、酵素粉10份。
6.权利要求1所述的餐具清洗盐的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将按比例称取的食盐、碳酸氢钠、酵素粉混合均匀,得到混合物A;将按比例称取的皂角提取物、柑橘提取物、APG制备成混合溶液A;将按比例称取的植物型抗菌剂、植物型防腐剂制备成混合溶液B
步骤二、将混合溶液A均匀喷涂在混合物A的表面,得到混合物B;
步骤三、将混合溶液B均匀喷涂在混合物B的表面;得到混合物C;
步骤四、将混合物C经过干燥、再混合、研磨、过筛后得到所述餐具清洗盐。
7.根据权利要求6所述的餐具清洗盐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述皂角提取物的制备过程为:将皂角去杂、洗净、晒干、切碎后,浸泡于无水乙醇中5~15h,于70~80℃下回流抽提10~12h,过滤除渣,得到皂角提取液,浓缩得到皂角提取物;所述柑橘提取物制备过程相同。
8.根据权利要求6所述的餐具清洗盐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述植物型抗菌剂为鱼腥草提取物、洋葱提取物和蒲公英提取物;所述植物型防腐剂为芭蕉树茎叶提取物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的餐具清洗盐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述鱼腥草提取物的制备过程为:将鱼腥草去杂、洗净、晒干、切碎后,浸泡于无水乙醇中5~15h,于70~80℃下回流抽提10~12h,过滤除渣,得到鱼腥草提取液,浓缩得到鱼腥草提取物;所述洋葱提取物、蒲公英提取物、芭蕉树茎叶提取物制备过程相同。
10.根据权利要求6所述的餐具清洗盐的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一和步骤二中的喷涂方式为采用雾化器喷涂方式。
