本发明公开了一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,由以下重量份数原料组成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6‑12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30‑40份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40‑50份、氧化铜20‑24份、氢氧化铝18‑22份、六偏磷酸钠8‑14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20‑30份、羟乙基皂荚胶10‑12份、交联剂0.2‑4.5份、抗菌剂0.2‑4.5份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:将可降解的生物材料应用于不干胶材料领域,使得面材与胶黏剂无需后续处理即可完全实现生物降解,且制备方法简单,生产成本低,对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及不干胶材料技术领域,具体是指一种环保型可降解不干胶纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
不干胶具有不用刷胶、不用浆糊、不用蘸水、无污染、节省贴标时间等优点,在各行各业行业得到了广泛的应用。不干胶材料主要包括面纸层、胶黏剂层和底纸层。其中,胶黏剂层是不干胶标签非常重要的组成部分。不干胶材料常有起皱、翘边、脱落等现象,这都与胶黏剂层的性能质量有关。传统的不干胶材料难降解、难回收,给环境造成了巨大压力。随着全球对环境的要求越来越高,环保型不干胶材料已成为国内外不干胶材料领域的新兴产物。生物可降解不干胶材料的胶黏剂层因其具有可降解性、对环境无污染等优点成为研究的重点和热点,所以有必要对现有的不干胶材料的胶黏剂层进行改进。
因此,亟待研究一种环保型可降解不干胶纸及其制备方法来解决上述提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,由以下重量份数原料组成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6-12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30-40份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40-50份、氧化铜20-24份、氢氧化铝18-22份、六偏磷酸钠8-14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20-30份、羟乙基皂荚胶10-12份、交联剂0.2-4.5份、抗菌剂0.2-4.5份。
进一步的,所述交联剂为硼砂、偏铝酸钠、焦锑酸钾中的一种或两种。
进一步的,所述抗菌剂为壳聚糖、山梨酸、聚吡啶、聚噻唑中的一种或两种。
进一步的,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯33-38份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40-45份、氧化铜20-22份、氢氧化铝19-20份、六偏磷酸钠8-10份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20-25份、羟乙基皂荚胶10-12份、交联剂2.5-3.5份、抗菌剂2.5-4份。
进一步的,一种环保型可降解不干胶纸的制备方法,称取异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚12g,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯32g,15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40g,氧化铜20g,氢氧化铝20g,六偏磷酸钠1g,聚羟基脂肪酸酯1g;将改性淀粉溶于水中,搅拌30min后加入碱性物质,继续搅拌20min,加入乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物、聚羟基乙酸、聚羟基脂肪酸酯,继续搅拌25min,最后加入羟乙基皂荚胶、耐水剂、偏铝酸钠和山梨酸,继续搅拌直至样品均匀且呈粘性流动,静置,自然冷却到室温后保存备用。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯可降解的生物材料应用于不干胶材料领域,使得面材与胶黏剂无需后续处理即可完全实现生物降解,此外,本发明具有制备方法简单,生产成本低,对环境无污染的优点。
具体实施方式
一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,由以下重量份数原料组成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6-12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30-40份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40-50份、氧化铜20-24份、氢氧化铝18-22份、六偏磷酸钠8-14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20-30份、羟乙基皂荚胶10-12份、交联剂0.2-4.5份、抗菌剂0.2-4.5份。
进一步的,所述交联剂为硼砂、偏铝酸钠、焦锑酸钾中的一种或两种。

1.一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,其特征在于,由以下重量份数原料组成:异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚6-12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30-40份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40-50份、氧化铜20-24份、氢氧化铝18-22份、六偏磷酸钠8-14份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20-30份、羟乙基皂荚胶10-12份、交联剂0.2-4.5份、抗菌剂0.2-4.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,其特征在于,所述交联剂为硼砂、偏铝酸钠、焦锑酸钾中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为壳聚糖、山梨酸、聚吡啶、聚噻唑中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保型可降解不干胶纸,其特征在于,异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚8-10份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯33-38份、15%聚乙烯醇缩甲醛40-45份、氧化铜20-22份、氢氧化铝19-20份、六偏磷酸钠8-10份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯20-25份、羟乙基皂荚胶10-12份、交联剂2.5-3.5份、抗菌剂2.5-4份。
