Abstract
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种瓦楞纸用胶黏剂及其制备方法。该瓦楞纸用胶黏剂包括下述原料:淀粉80‑100重量份、糯米粉10‑20重量份、魔芋粉1‑5重量份、氢氧化钠8‑12重量份、聚乙烯醇0.5‑3重量份和膨润土1‑5重量份。该瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘合强度好,可有效解决现有技术中的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂粘结性能差的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种瓦楞纸用胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成的波形的瓦楞纸粘合而成的板状物,具有成本低、质量轻、加工易、强度大、印刷适应性样优良、储存搬运方便等优点,80%以上的瓦楞纸均可通过回收再生,瓦楞纸可用作食品或者数码产品的包装,相对环保,使用较为广泛。
瓦楞纸板是制造各类瓦楞纸箱的基材。随着瓦楞纸箱的应用日益广泛,对瓦楞纸箱的要求也越来越高。除瓦楞纸板外,瓦楞纸用胶黏剂对瓦楞纸箱的制作过程也有重要影响。
我国目前使用的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂大多是以淀粉和水为主要原料,加入氢氧化钠、硼砂等辅料制备得到的。楞纸板粘合成型的每一步均与粘合剂的粘接机理有着直接关系。其粘合的全过程是在足够的热度和湿度的芯纸上完成的。涂敷于楞峰上的粘合剂逐渐浸润,扩散并渗透入纸张纤维结构中。此时生淀粉将会迅速凝胶熟化并在高温作用下蒸发掉水分,最后达到完全固化。
现有技术中的瓦楞纸用胶粘剂的粘性较差,影响瓦楞纸箱的生产效率和品质,有待进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明提供一种瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,该瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘合强度大,可以解决上述技术问题。
本发明还提供了所述瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的制备方法。
本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂采用如下技术方案:一种瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,包括下述原料:淀粉80-100重量份、糯米粉10-20重量份、魔芋粉1-5重量份、氢氧化钠8-12重量份、聚乙烯醇0.5-3重量份和膨润土1-5重量份。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,包括下述原料:淀粉100重量份、糯米粉15重量份、魔芋粉3重量份、氢氧化钠10重量份、聚乙烯醇1重量份和膨润土5重量份。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述淀粉为氧化淀粉,按照包括下述步骤的方法制备得到:(1)向淀粉中加入去离子水,超声处理得到淀粉乳;(2)调节所述淀粉乳的pH至8-9;(3)向步骤(2)所得淀粉乳中加入硫酸亚铁和过氧化氢,50℃水浴震荡反应1-3h;所述硫酸亚铁的加入量为所述淀粉乳中淀粉用量的0.001-0.005%,所述过氧化氢的加入量为所述淀粉乳中淀粉用量的0.01-0.5%;(4)对经步骤(3)处理所得反应液进行过滤得到滤饼,并洗涤、干燥、粉碎即得所述氧化淀粉。
作为进一步优选的技术方案,所述步骤(3)中水浴震荡反应的时间为2h,所述过氧化氢的用量为淀粉用量的0.1%。
本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的制备方法采用如下技术方案:如上述任意一项所述的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的制备方法,包括下述步骤:(1)将所述淀粉和魔芋粉混合均匀,并加入所述淀粉和魔芋粉总量8-10倍的水,搅拌均匀;(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液升温至60-70℃,并加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀;(3)升温至75-80℃,加入所述糯米粉和膨润土,搅拌均匀,保温搅拌1.5-2h;(4)在0.5-1h内使温度降至35-45℃,加入聚乙烯醇,混合均匀即得所述瓦楞纸用胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘性好,可在短时间内实现瓦楞纸板之间的黏结,且不会出现开胶等情况。
本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的原料主体采用按照特定比例配比的淀粉、糯米粉和魔芋粉的混合物,糯米粉有助于增强所述瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘性,魔芋粉有助于提高本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的稳定性,避免pH、温度等对胶黏剂的胶粘性能造成影响;各原料相互协同作用,可有效提高本发明的瓦楞纸用胶粘剂的粘合强度。
通过对淀粉进行适当氧化,有助于提高淀粉的热稳定性和成膜性;氧化淀粉与本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂中的其他各原料的相互配伍性更好,有助于提高本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘合强度。

下面将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1制备氧化淀粉
具体步骤如下:
(1)向40重量份淀粉中加入60重量份去离子水,得到淀粉乳;
(2)将步骤(1)所得淀粉乳的pH调节至pH=8.0;
(3)加入0.0004重量份的硫酸亚铁和0.04重量份的过氧化氢,升温至50℃水浴震荡反应2h;
(4)降温至室温,过滤,并用去离子水洗涤滤饼,50-60℃真空干燥,粉碎,过100目筛,备用
实施例2制备本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂
包括下述步骤:
(1)将100重量份氧化淀粉(实施例1制备得到)和魔芋粉3重量份混合均匀,并加入淀粉和魔芋粉总量8倍的水,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液升温至60-70℃,并加入氢氧化钠10重量份,搅拌均匀;
(3)升温至75-80℃,加入糯米粉15重量份和膨润土5重量份,搅拌均匀,保温搅拌1.5h;
(4)在0.5h内使温度降至35℃,加入聚乙烯醇1重量份,混合均匀即得瓦楞纸用胶黏剂。
实施例3制备本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂
包括下述步骤:
(1)将80重量份氧化淀粉(实施例1制备得到)和魔芋粉1重量份混合均匀,并加入淀粉和魔芋粉总量10倍的水,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液升温至60-70℃,并加入氢氧化钠8重量份,搅拌均匀;
(3)升温至75-80℃,加入糯米粉10重量份和膨润土1重量份,搅拌均匀,保温搅拌1.5h;
(4)在0.5h内使温度降至40℃,加入聚乙烯醇0.5重量份,混合均匀即得瓦楞纸用胶黏剂。
实施例4制备本发明的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂
包括下述步骤:
(1)将90重量份氧化淀粉(实施例1制备得到)和魔芋粉5重量份混合均匀,并加入淀粉和魔芋粉总量9倍的水,搅拌均匀;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液升温至60-70℃,并加入氢氧化钠12重量份,搅拌均匀;
(3)升温至75-80℃,加入糯米粉20重量份和膨润土3重量份,搅拌均匀,保温搅拌1.5h;
(4)在1h内使温度降至45℃,加入聚乙烯醇3重量份,混合均匀即得瓦楞纸用胶黏剂。
对比例1:与实施例2的区别仅在于,实施例2采用的是实施例1制备得到的氧化淀粉,
对比例1采用的是未经氧化处理的淀粉;其余原料以及制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例2:与实施例2的区别仅在于,对比例2的原料不包括魔芋粉,氧化淀粉的用量为103重量份;其余原料以及制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例3:与实施例2的区别仅在于,对比例2的原料不包括糯米粉,氧化淀粉的用量为115重量份;其余原料以及制备方法均与实施例2相同。
实施例5对实施例2-4以及对比例1-3制备得到的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的粘合强度进行测试,实验结果如下表1所示

Claims (4)
1.一种瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括下述原料:淀粉80-100重量份、糯米粉10-20重量份、魔芋粉1-5重量份、氢氧化钠8-12重量份、聚乙烯醇0.5-3重量份和膨润土1-5重量份,其中所述淀粉为氧化淀粉,按照包括下述步骤的方法制备得到:(1)向淀粉中加入去离子水,超声处理得到淀粉乳;(2)调节所述淀粉乳的pH至8-9;(3)向步骤(2)所得淀粉乳中加入硫酸亚铁和过氧化氢,50℃水浴震荡反应1-3h;所述硫酸亚铁的加入量为所述淀粉乳中淀粉用量的0.001-0.005%,所述过氧化氢的加入量为所述淀粉乳中淀粉用量的0.01-0.5%;(4)对经步骤(3)处理所得反应液进行过滤得到滤饼,并洗涤、干燥、粉碎即得所述氧化淀粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括下述原料:淀粉100重量份、糯米粉15重量份、魔芋粉3重量份、氢氧化钠10重量份、聚乙烯醇1重量份和膨润土5重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中水浴震荡反应的时间为2h,所述过氧化氢的用量为淀粉用量的0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的瓦楞纸用胶黏剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:(1)将所述淀粉和魔芋粉混合均匀,并加入所述淀粉和魔芋粉总量8-10倍的水,搅拌均匀;(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液升温至60-70℃,并加入氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀;(3)升温至75-80℃,加入所述糯米粉和膨润土,搅拌均匀,保温搅拌1.5-2h;(4)在0.5-1h内使温度降至35-45℃,加入聚乙烯醇,混合均匀即得所述瓦楞纸用胶黏剂。
