the ultrafiltration section (2) comprises an ultrafiltration membrane filter (21), a second pp particle filter (22), an RO membrane filter (23) and an EDI filter (24), wherein the ultrafiltration membrane filter (21) is communicated with the resin filter (14), and the ultrafiltration membrane filter (21), the second pp particle filter (22), the RO membrane filter (23) and the EDI filter (24) are communicated in sequence;
the strong magnetic absorption and filtration section (3) comprises a silver ion mixed drainage pipe (31) and rubidium iron boron (32), the EDI filter (24) is communicated with the silver ion mixed drainage pipe (31), and the rubidium iron boron (32) is sleeved outside the silver ion mixed drainage pipe (31);
the mixed reaction section (4) comprises a mixed circulation reaction device (41), and the mixed circulation reaction device (41) is communicated with the silver ion mixed discharge pipe (31);
