The filter unit is fixedly arranged in the filter box 24 and comprises a heat conducting plate 26, a plurality of permeation grooves are formed in the middle of the heat conducting plate 26, a plurality of cooling pipes 27 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the heat conducting plate 26, and the cooling pipes 27 are fixedly connected with the guide pipes 32 through side pipes; the temperature reducing pipe 27 is matched with the heat conducting plate 26 to pre-reduce the temperature of the air flow, so that the easily liquefied part is conveniently removed, the VOC (volatile organic compound) amount entering the zeolite rotating wheel 4 is reduced, and the service life of the zeolite rotating wheel 4 is prolonged.
The top sliding connection of heat-conducting plate 26 has the filtration frame, and the inner wall fixedly connected with absorption foam-rubber cushion 28 of filtration frame, the opposite side fixedly connected with a plurality of drip 30 of filtration frame, the one end of a plurality of drip 30 all is through inlet tube and external water supply equipment's output fixed connection, and the one side fixedly connected with of filtration frame is provided with the pull ring.
When the invention is used, waste gas to be treated is fed in from the air inlet pipe 25, the waste gas enters the filter box 24 along the air inlet pipe 25, cold air is conveyed to the guide pipe 32 through the external cold air equipment, part of the cold air enters the cooling pipe 27, the structures such as the heat conducting plate 26, the adsorption sponge cushion 28 and the like are cooled by heat conduction, water flow is fed into the dripping pipe through the external water supply equipment, the adsorption sponge cushion 28 is soaked, when the waste gas passes through the permeation groove and enters the adsorption sponge cushion 28, the temperature of the waste gas is reduced, and part of water-soluble substances are adsorbed and removed by the adsorption sponge cushion 28 due to the fact that the water-soluble substances are liquefied and condensed at low temperature;
the waste gas passing through the adsorption foam cushion 28 enters the zeolite runner 4 through the air supply pipe and the air supply butt joint cover to be adsorbed and concentrated, the exhaust pump 13 starts to pump air through the exhaust pipe 11, the purified gas obtained after adsorption and filtration is pumped and discharged through the exhaust pipe 11 and the exhaust pipes 12, and meanwhile, the driving motor 19 starts to drive the zeolite runner 4 to rotate; the hot air blower 14 is started, hot air is sent out by the hot air pipe 15 and the auxiliary heat pipe 16, when the zeolite runner 4 passes through the position of the auxiliary heat cover box 17, hot air is sent out by the hot air port to preheat the zeolite runner 4, and then when the zeolite runner 4 moves to the position of the hot air butt joint cover, the hot air sent out by the hot air butt joint cover blows and desorbs the zeolite runner 4, so that the zeolite runner 4 is sent out by the treatment pipe 18;
then the zeolite rotating wheel 4 continues to rotate and passes through the cooling cover box 31, the cold air part fed by the guide pipe 32 is fed out from the cold air port of the cooling cover box 31, the zeolite rotating wheel 4 is cooled in advance, the adsorption efficiency of the zeolite rotating wheel 4 on VOC waste gas is improved, and then the zeolite rotating wheel 4 performs adsorption treatment on the today waste gas by the air supply butt joint cover;
after the zeolite rotary wheel 4 is used for a period of time, the zeolite rotary wheel 4 needs to be cleaned, the cleaning mode is that an external air pump sends air flow to the vent pipe 29, then the air flow is sent out by the cleaning pipe 5 and the cleaning air holes 8 on the plurality of shunt pipes 7, each position inside the zeolite rotary wheel 4 is fully ventilated, residual VOC inside the zeolite rotary wheel is carried out by the air flow and is sent out by the side edges of the zeolite rotary wheel 4 and the plurality of side edge opposite interfaces, meanwhile, the air pump 13 is started to work, the sent air flow is pumped and discharged, and when in cleaning, the adjusting motor drives the adjusting rotary roller 21 to rotate, so that the cleaning brush 22 contacts with the zeolite rotary wheel 4, and the zeolite rotary wheel 4 is driven to rotate by the driving motor 19, thereby cleaning the zeolite rotary wheel 4 is realized; and then the filter frame is taken out by the pull ring, and then the filter sponge cushion is taken down and replaced, so that the effective continuous operation of the filter adsorption of the sponge cushion is ensured.

a plurality of side air vents (9) are formed in the edge of the supporting frame, a plurality of exhaust pipes (12) are fixedly connected to the bottom edge of the rotating wheel cover (3), and one ends of the exhaust pipes (12) are communicated with the exhaust pipe (11); through setting up exhaust tube (12) and a plurality of side vent (9) for zeolite runner (4) receive the suction of equidirectional at the during operation, make the waste gas that gets into zeolite runner (4) can spread to the dispersion of equidirectional, make waste gas can carry out more abundant contact with zeolite runner (4), improve the utilization ratio and the adsorption efficiency of zeolite runner (4).
