When the device is used, waste gas is input through the air inlet channel 22 on the surface of the pretreatment tank 1, the waste gas is sprayed through the spraying pipeline 24 at the bottom of the spraying tank 23, smoke dust in the waste gas is sprayed, the smoke dust adsorbed by water mist falls into the waste liquid recovery tank 25, the waste liquid is discharged through the waste liquid discharge port, gas after the waste liquid is discharged is continuously conveyed into the filter frame 26, a part of impurities are adsorbed by the activated carbon balls 27 inside, the adsorbed impurities are conveyed into the adsorption tank 2 through the guide pipeline 5, organic matters are conveyed into the incinerator 4 for incineration after being treated by the zeolite rotating wheel 7, and air is discharged through the discharge port 3; when the zeolite rotating wheel 7 is cleaned, high-pressure air is input into a high-pressure pipeline 13 through a high-pressure air supply box 12, water flow is input into a drainage pipeline 15 through a water tank 14 at the moment, the water flow and the high-pressure air flow are mixed and conveyed into an air guide cavity 8 in the high-pressure pipeline 13 and conveyed into a blowing box 9 through an air guide pipeline 10, the zeolite rotating wheel 7 is blown at high pressure through an air blowing opening 11 in the surface of the blowing box 9, impurities on the surface of the zeolite rotating wheel 7 are swept to the lower side, an exhaust fan 18 exhausts air at the moment, a waste recycling box 16 is exhausted through an air exhaust pipeline 20 in a placing cavity 17, the waste recycling box 16 pumps and conveys the impurities into the placing cavity 17, solid impurities are filtered through a filter plate 19, and the residual air is conveyed into an air outlet pipeline 21 and then conveyed into an air inlet channel 22; when cleaning the filter frame 26, rotating the mounting bolt 31 to screw it out from the pretreatment tank 1, then lifting the mounting frame 29 to lift the filter frame 26, sliding the filter frame 26 to screw the fixture block 28 inside out from the mounting frame 29, taking out the activated carbon ball 27 inside for replacement, after the replacement, loading the activated carbon ball 27, then sliding the mounting frame 29 into the filter frame 26, fixing the mounting frame 29 and the filter frame 26 together, then inserting the filter frame 26 into the pretreatment tank 1, rotating the mounting bolt 31, installing the mounting plate 30 at the top of the pretreatment tank 1, and fixing the mounting frame 29.
