Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to the field of IPC A61K8, and more particularly relates to a plant repairing composition and a lip product containing the composition.
Background
Compared with facial skin, the lips skin has the following characteristics: 1) The cuticle resisting external stimulus is very thin, and the facial skin is generally 15-16 layers, but the lip skin is only 1/3, namely 3-4 layers; 2) There are no sweat glands and sebaceous glands, so the lip skin cannot be protected by secreting sweat and sebaceous glands; 3) No hair; 4) The skin has weak barrier function, and the percutaneous water loss speed is far higher than that of facial skin; because of these features of the lip skin, it is very dry, dull, lose elasticity, age faster, produce various lip problems such as inflammation, chapping, etc.
The main components of the common lip balm are grease and wax, and the main components of raw materials used in the lip balm products on the market are beeswax, ceresin, castor oil, lanolin, vaseline and the like, namely the main components are the wax raw materials and animal or mineral grease. Although the lip balm prepared by the method can temporarily and effectively relieve the problem of dryness and water loss of lips, the sustained effect lasts for a short time, long-term and effective care and deep care cannot be performed on the skin of the lips, and the skin cannot be effectively improved; in addition, the lip balm prepared by taking the wax raw materials and animal or mineral grease as main materials is easy to have chemical residues after long-term use, is easy to cause lip allergy, brings more serious injury to lip skin, and is suitable for light people to peel, dry and crack, red, swelling and itching, even causes lesions and canceration and threatens the health of people.
Due to the repetition of new crown epidemic situations of the COVID 19, the demand of consumers for green components is increasing; at the same time, the mask becomes an indispensable daily commodity, and the lip skin becomes more sensitive due to the moisture-sealed environment under the mask, so the requirement for the safety of raw materials in the lipstick formula becomes higher. Consumers are also more inclined to use natural or plant-derived materials as the base system for the formulation.
In the prior art, the patent document with the authority of publication number CN106726706B discloses a full-oil lip gloss containing water or water-soluble components and a preparation method thereof, and the prepared lip product containing the composition has lasting moisturizing effect and good stability, but has limited repairing effect on lips.
Patent document CN111494250B discloses a plant lip balm and a preparation method thereof, and by adding natural plant wax base, natural plant oil and plant oil derivatives, a plant lip balm with good stability and high moisturizing durability is obtained, but the lip balm has limited repairing effect on lips.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the first aspect of the application provides a plant repairing composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-70% of sunflower (HELIANTHUS ANNUUS) seed oil, 15-35% of jojoba (SIMMONDSIA CHINENSIS) seed oil and 15-35% of squalane.

The applicant found that the selection of specific candelilla wax, carnauba wax and sunflower seed wax as the shaping agent can produce a lip balm with suitable hardness and good skin-moistening properties. This is probably due to the fact that candelilla wax, carnauba wax and sunflower seed wax are all purely natural vegetable waxes and have close melting points, so that not only are the three waxes well compatible, but also the excellent oil binding ability of the candelilla wax and the sunflower seed wax enables the candelilla wax and the plant repairing composition to have good compatibility, so that the hardness and crystal structure of the formula can be improved, the film forming property of the prepared lip balm is improved, and the water locking and moisturizing capabilities of the lip balm are further improved. However, lip balms prepared from only three kinds of waxes have rough and sticky touch feeling when used. The applicant has unexpectedly found that the use of a complex wax of specific composition and when the candelilla wax, carnauba wax, sunflower seed wax and complex wax are in a weight ratio of (8-12): (3-6): (2-5): 1, the prepared lip balm not only has excellent film forming property and skin moisturizing property, but also has soft and light touch feeling, and reduces sticky feeling, thereby improving sensory effect.

In some advantagesIn an alternative, the caprylic/capric/myristic/stearic triglyceride is purchased from IOI oils Inc378。
In some preferred embodiments, the octyldodecanol is purchased from RISONOL 20SP, manufactured by kokokoyou.
In some preferred embodiments, the caprylic/capric triglyceride is purchased from BASF318RC。
The applicant has found unexpectedly that the weight ratio is selected to be (15-25): (1-3): (1-2): the polyglyceryl-2 triisostearate, caprylic acid/capric acid/myristic acid/stearic acid triglyceride, octyl dodecanol and caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride of the formula 1 are used as skin conditioning agents, so that the stability of the lip balm can be improved, and meanwhile, the moisturizing capability of the lip balm can be further improved. The inorganic filler can be well dispersed in the grease system due to the synergistic effect of the polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, the octyl dodecanol and the caprylic/capric triglyceride, so that the stability of the prepared lip balm is improved, and the condition that the lip balm is easy to sweat at high temperature is avoided; the caprylic acid/capric acid/myristic acid/stearic acid triglyceride and caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride can improve the penetrability of skin, and the effective components such as the phytoremediation composition can permeate into the deep skin of lips to achieve the effects of deep repair and moisture retention, so that the moistening and moisture retention capacity of the skin is further improved; in addition, the octyl dodecanol can promote the film forming property of caprylic acid/capric acid/myristic acid/stearic acid triglyceride, improve skin feel, avoid greasiness and play a role in deeply moistening and locking water. However, if the caprylic acid/capric acid/myristic acid/stearic acid triglyceride is added too much, the risk of acne may occur due to too high blocking degree, so that the inventor can prevent the acne phenomenon caused by too high blocking degree while deeply locking water by controlling the adding amount of the caprylic acid/capric acid/myristic acid/stearic acid triglyceride and adding a proper amount of non-blocking softener caprylic acid/capric acid triglyceride, so that the lip skin can be locked and moisturized and the skin is not blocked.
Preferably, the filler is one or more of silica, mica, talc, kaolin, bentonite, rutile and calcite; further preferred are silica and mica.
Preferably, the silica has an average particle size of 2 to 15 μm and an oil absorption value of 0.5 to 2.0cc/g; further preferably, the silica has an average particle size of 7 μm and an oil absorption value of 0.9 to 1.3cc/g.
In some preferred embodiments, the silica is purchased from SUNSIL 130 manufactured by SUNJIN.
Preferably, the mica is one or more of sericite, common mica and synthetic mica; further preferably, sericite is used.
Preferably, the whiteness of the sericite is 80-90%, and the median particle diameter is 2-10 mu m; further preferably, the whiteness of the sericite is 85%, and the median particle diameter is 6 μm.
In some preferred embodiments, the sericite is purchased from sericite LX-001 manufactured by Anhui glargine mining Co., ltd.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the silica to the mica is (1-2): (1-2); further preferably, it is 2:3.
Specific silica and mica are selected as filler, and the weight ratio of the silica to the mica is (1-2): in the case of (1-2), the stability of the formulation and the spreadability on the skin can be improved, and the lip balm prepared by the method has a certain improvement effect on the cracking of lips. This is probably due to the fact that the compatibility between specific silica and mica and grease is good, so that the dispersity of the specific silica and mica in the system is improved, the stability of the formula is further improved, the particle size of the specific silica and mica is proper, and the specific mica is not harmful to the skin of lips during use, and meanwhile, the specific mica has a certain effect of improving cracks. When the lips are cracked and peeled, the lip balm prepared by the filler can remove dead skin on the surfaces of lips, and meanwhile, the plant repairing composition in the lip balm can penetrate deep into the skin of the mouth, so that the effects of effectively improving the cracks and repairing the skin of the lips are achieved.
Preferably, the method for preparing the lip product comprises the following steps:
s1, heating the forming agent to 90-95 ℃ in a manufacturing pot, and continuously stirring until the system is uniform, wherein the stirring speed is 500-800rpm;
s2, after the temperature of the manufacturing pot is reduced to 75-85 ℃, adding the plant repairing composition and the skin conditioning agent into the manufacturing pot, and keeping the temperature of 75-85 ℃ and continuously stirring until the system is uniform, wherein the stirring speed is 500-800rpm;
s3, putting the filling agent into a manufacturing pot, maintaining the temperature of 75-85 ℃ and stirring at the stirring speed of 800-1000rpm until the system is uniform, thus obtaining the high-strength concrete.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the weight ratio is (1-2.1): the jojoba seed oil and squalane which are used as main components of the plant repairing composition can ensure that the prepared composition has obvious moisturizing and repairing effects in a system with sunflower seed oil as a solvent, can be applied to lip products to improve the moisturizing and moisturizing properties and reduce the skin irritation of the lip products, and are all of plant sources, and the components are green and mild.
2. By selecting specific candelilla wax, carnauba wax and sunflower seed wax as the shaping agent, a lip product containing a plant repairing composition with proper hardness can be prepared, and good skin-moistening property can be achieved.
3. The weight ratio of the components is (8-12): (3-6): (2-5): 1 candelilla wax, carnauba wax, sunflower seed wax and compound wax are used as forming agents, and the prepared lip product containing the plant repairing composition has excellent film forming property and skin moistening property, soft and smooth touch, and reduced sticky feel, thereby improving sensory effect.
4. The weight ratio of the components is (15-25): (1-3): (1-2): 1, caprylic/capric/myristic/stearic triglyceride, octyldodecanol, caprylic/capric triglyceride as skin conditioning agent, and can further improve the moisturizing ability of the lip product containing the plant repairing composition while improving the stability of the lip product.
5. By selecting specific silica and mica as filler, the weight ratio of the silica to the mica is (1-2): in the case of (1-2), the lip product containing the plant-repairing composition can be improved in the stability of the formulation and the spreadability on the skin, and can be improved in the effect of improving the cracking of lips.

Performance test method
1. Sanitary safety detection
The toxic substances of the lip products prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were detected according to the detection method of 2015 edition "cosmetic hygienic Standard Specification"; the lip products prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were examined for microorganisms according to the method of GB 7918.2-87 Standard detection method for microorganisms for cosmetic-total bacterial count measurement, and the examination results are shown in Table 1.
As shown in Table 1, the heavy metal content and the total colony count in the lip product prepared by the application completely meet the national relevant standards, and meet the safety requirements.
2. Moisture retention test
The lip products prepared in examples 1 to 8 and comparative examples 1 to 6 were examined for moisturizing ability according to cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guidelines QB/T4256-2011, and the results are shown in Table 2.
[ test purpose ]: measuring the improvement value control of the tested part of the test subject and the blank control area by using the test subject by using the sample and an instrument test method, and evaluating the moisturizing efficacy of the product;
test method selected healthy volunteers on the skin of the lips, each sample was tested for use by 5 persons. Each sample was applied to the lips, the moisture content of the outer layer of the skin cornified film of the lips was measured by a skin moisture tester, the skin moisture content of the lips before use (0 h) and after use (1 h, 3h, 6 h) was measured, and the average value was calculated, and the experimental results are shown in table 2 and fig. 1;
[ subject information ]: female volunteers 21-45 years old;
[ detection Environment ]: the temperature is 20-22 ℃, and the humidity is as follows: 40% -60% RH;
[ detecting instrument ]:CM825 stratum corneum moisture content tester;
[ test item ]: and (5) moisturizing.
As can be seen from Table 2, examples 1 to 8 compare with comparative examples 1 to 6, jojoba seed oil in the repair compositions of examples 1 to 4: the mass ratio of squalane is in the range of (1-2.1): 1, while the comparative examples 1-2 are out of the range of (1-2.1): 1, and the skin moisture increase amount of examples 1-4 is significantly higher than that of comparative examples 1-2, indicating that lip balm prepared by the repairing composition of the present application has more moisturizing and repairing effects. The lip balm prepared in comparative example 5, without adding the restoration composition, cannot increase the moisture content of the skin, but also accelerates the loss of the moisture of the skin after use. Of the above examples of the present application, example 4 had the best moisturizing and repairing effect.
3. Effect of sensory test of application
70 female volunteers aged 20-25 years were selected, randomly divided into 14 groups by 5 persons, and lip products containing the composition of each of test examples 1-8 and comparative examples 1-6 were each used for 2 months, and each effect was scored (full score 5 min, 1 min worst, average result) and the test results are shown in table 3.
As can be seen from Table 3, each of the sensory test evaluations of examples 1 to 8 was higher than that of the comparative examples, wherein examples 1 to 8 were compared with comparative examples 1 to 6 in which jojoba seed oil was used in the repair compositions of examples 1 to 4: the squalane mass ratio was in the range of (1-2.1): 1, while comparative examples 1-6 were outside the range of (1-2.1): 1, and the results of sensory evaluation of the lip products prepared in examples 1-6 were all higher than comparative examples 1-6, indicating that in the formulation of the present application, jojoba seed oil: the mass ratio of squalane directly affects various properties of the lip product, and the components can act together only when the mass ratio of squalane and the lip product is in a specified proportion, so that the best effect is achieved.
Comparative example 5 was free of the addition of a restorative composition, and the lip product prepared therefrom had the lowest moisturizing effect, crack-improving effect, and moisture retention, and could not meet consumer use demands. Examples 1 and 7 were identical in the number of parts of the repair composition to comparative example 6, but the components of the other raw materials were different, and the effects were also different.
The best results of the sensory tests for the lip product of example 4 are shown in table 3.
