It should be noted that the dough cover supplying barrel 3 can work independently corresponding to various cooking objects, thereby forming cooking objects such as noodles, hollow noodles, fried bread sticks and the like; it is also possible to have the filling supply tub 10 work alone to form a cooked product such as a ball, a meat strip, etc.; it is also possible to make the stuffing supply tub 10 and the wrapper supply tub 3 work together to obtain the cooked items such as dumplings, pie sticks and the like, and to perform the cooking or frying operation on the cooked items through the cooking pan 8.
Simultaneously, as shown in fig. 1, dispose and wash pipeline and wiper mechanism, including cleaner bucket 9, water pump, the water pump passes through the pipeline and inserts culinary art pot 8, also inserts filling material supply bucket 10 and face skin supply bucket 3 simultaneously, and cleaner bucket 9 inserts the pipeline.
As shown in figure 1, the cleaning mechanism, the cooking assembly, the feeding assembly and the stuffing assembly are all arranged on a frame 1, and all functional assemblies and functional mechanisms are borne by the frame 1.

Meanwhile, the cooking pot 8 is connected into the water tank 6 through a water inlet pipe, so that water can be added into the cooking pot 8 conveniently.
The cleaning agent barrel 9 is fixed on the upper part of the frame 1 through screws, and a cleaning agent pump is fixed on the lower part of the cleaning agent barrel 9; the water tank 6 is fixed with the frame 1 by welding, and a water pump is fixed at the lower part of the water tank 6; the cutting assembly comprises a cutter and a screw rod motor, the cutter is fixed with the shell through screws, and the screw rod motor drives the cutter to work, so that the combined stuffing and wrapper are extruded, formed, cut and put in.
Example 2
In another exemplary embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a method of operating a cooking apparatus is provided.
In combination with the cooking apparatus of embodiment 1, the operating method includes:
the water in the cooking pot 8 cooks the cooking materials carried in the cooking cavity 20, and the cooking basket 2 moves relative to the cooking pot 8;
after the cooking object in a certain cooking cavity 20 is cooked, rotating the cooking basket 2 to enable the cooking cavity 20 and the discharge port 15 to be located at the same annular position, lifting the cooking basket 2 to drain, enabling the discharge hole 17 of the cooking cavity 20 to be communicated with the discharge port 15, and discharging the cooking object in the cooking cavity 20 through the discharge hole 17 and the discharge port 15;
and returning to the cooking basket 2 to continue cooking the cooking object in the cooking chamber 20 until the cooking object in the next cooking chamber 20 is finished.
In the cooking process, the objects to be cooked are put into the plurality of cooking cavities 20 in sequence along the annular direction of the cooking basket 2, and the cooking objects in the cooking cavities 20 are discharged through the discharge port 15 after the cooking is finished.
With reference to embodiment 1 and fig. 1, for the process of making the cooking object, the cooking object is cooked by heating the water body with the cooking pan 8, which includes:
starting a cooking device, pumping water in a water tank 6 into a water inlet pipe by a water pump, spraying the water into a cooking pot 8 through the water inlet pipe, stopping the water pump after the water reaches a preset water amount, stopping water inflow, starting an electromagnetic heating assembly of the cooking pot 8, and boiling the water;
the method comprises the steps that the prepared stuffing and the living flour are respectively placed into a stuffing supply barrel 10 and a dough sheet supply barrel 3, pistons in the two supply barrels are pushed by a pushing assembly to upwards extrude materials, the speed and the stroke of a first push rod assembly and a second push rod assembly are regulated and controlled according to raw material proportion to enable the materials to be matched according to a preset program, the two raw materials are extruded into a stuffing mold 13 through a material pipe, the flour is formed into a hollow barrel shape, the stuffing is arranged in the hollow barrel shape, a cutting mechanism 16 below the stuffing mold 13 is controlled by the preset program, two triangular cutters are driven by a screw motor and a gear, the combined stuffing and the dough sheet are clamped off through rotary extrusion to form cooked materials, and then the cooked materials fall into a cooking cavity 20 of a cooking pot 8.
With reference to fig. 2 and 3, the cooking process includes:
the number of the cooked objects in each plate is preset, the cooked objects fall into the cooking basket 2 one by one, when the set number is reached, the rotating mechanism 19 drives the cooking basket 2 to rotate, if continuous meal serving is not needed, the work of making the cooked objects is suspended, if continuous meal serving is needed, after the cooking basket 2 rotates for a certain angle, the next cooking cavity 20 faces to the blanking position, the cooked objects continue to fall into the next cooking cavity 20, cooked objects with different fillings have different cooking time, after the preset time is reached, the rotating mechanism 19 drives the corresponding cooking monomer 11 to reach the position matched with the discharge hole 15 of the cooked objects, the lifting mechanism 18 lifts the cooking basket 2, water in the cooking basket 2 flows back into the cooking pot 8 through the draining hole 12 at the bottom end of the cooking cavity 20, after the cooking monomer is lifted to the preset position, the discharge hole 17 of the cooked objects on the cooking basket 2 is matched with the discharge hole 15, and the cooked objects fall into the plate after passing through the discharge hole 17, the discharge hole 15 and the discharge pipe 4.
It will be appreciated that for the cooking process, the operation flow is similar to that of the cooking process described above, and the water in the cooking pot 8 is replaced by oil to cook the fried food.
With reference to fig. 1-4, for the cleaning process, it comprises:
a drain hole at the lower part of the cooking pot 8 is opened, water in the cooking pot 8 is drained through a drain pipe, then the drain hole is kept in an open state, and the two pushing assemblies return to the initial position; the cleaning agent pump is started, the cleaning agent in the cleaning agent barrel 9 is pumped into the stuffing barrel, the cleaning agent pump is closed after a preset amount is reached, the water tank 6 pump is started, water in the water tank 6 flows into the water pipe and enters the stuffing barrel through the water pipe, the water tank 6 pump is closed after a preset amount is reached, the second material pushing assembly 7 in the stuffing supply barrel 10 is started, the stuffing supply barrel 10 is flushed through up-and-down drawing, then the second material pushing assembly 7 discharges waste water into the cooking pot 8 through the stuffing wrapping mold 13, and the process is repeated for multiple times until the waste water is completely flushed.
After the stuffing supply barrel 10 and the feed delivery pipe are cleaned, the water tank 6 is started by a pump, water enters the wrapper supply barrel 3, the water tank 6 is closed after a preset amount is reached, the first push rod motor is started, excess materials in the wrapper supply barrel 3 are dissolved and diluted by drawing and soaking up and down, and then the first material pushing assembly 5 discharges waste water in the wrapper supply barrel 3 into the cooking pot 8 through the stuffing wrapping mold 13.
After the dough cover supplying barrel 3 and the conveying pipeline are cleaned, water is sprayed into the cooking pot 8 through the water pipe, the rotating mechanism 19 drives the cooking basket 2 to rotate, the spraying water rotationally washes the cooking basket 2, the cooking pot 8 is cleaned simultaneously, and waste water is discharged through the drain pipe.

Claims (10)

1. A cooking device is characterized by comprising a cooking pot and a cooking basket positioned in the cooking pot, wherein a discharge hole is formed in the side wall of the cooking pot; the culinary art basket is including surrounding a plurality of culinary art monomers that set up around its axis, and every culinary art monomer all is equipped with open-top's culinary art chamber, and culinary art chamber bottom surface arranges along culinary art pot footpath tilt up, and culinary art monomer is equipped with the discharge opening with culinary art chamber bottom surface parallel and level towards culinary art pot lateral wall one side, and the culinary art basket can be around axis rotation and/or along axial lift to change the relative position of discharge opening and discharge gate, export culinary art intracavity culinary art thing when discharge opening intercommunication discharge gate.
2. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cooking basket is coaxially arranged with the cooking pot, and the opening direction of the cooking monomer is the same as the opening direction of the cooking pot.
3. The cooking apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bottom surface of the cooking cavity in the cooking monomer is an arc surface, and the height of the bottom surface of the cooking monomer is gradually reduced along the direction of the bottom surface of the cooking monomer away from the axis of the cooking basket, so that the inner cooked object moves towards the discharge hole; every the free discharge opening of culinary art matches rather than the arcwall face, and the discharge opening is located the least significant end in culinary art chamber.
4. The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cooking unit has a plurality of draining holes formed therethrough.

The cooking apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cooking basket is coupled to a rotation mechanism, the rotation mechanism output drives the cooking basket to rotate about an axis, and the cooking basket is coupled to a lift mechanism, the lift mechanism output drives the cooking basket to move up and down in an axial direction.
6. The cooking device according to claim 1, further comprising a filling assembly and a feeding assembly, wherein the feeding assembly comprises a filling supply barrel, a wrapper supply barrel and a pushing assembly, outlets of the filling supply barrel and the wrapper supply barrel at the top are respectively connected to the filling assembly, and the pushing assembly is located below the filling supply barrel and the wrapper supply barrel.
7. The cooking device of claim 6, wherein the encrusting assembly comprises a encrusting mechanism and a cutting mechanism, the feeding assembly is connected to the encrusting mechanism, and the cutting mechanism is located between the opening of the cooking pot and the encrusting mechanism to cut and discharge the cooking material into the cooking cavity.
8. The cooking device of claim 1, further comprising a cleaning mechanism, the cleaning mechanism comprising a cleaning agent barrel, a water pump, the water pump connected to the cooking pot via a conduit, the cleaning agent barrel connected to the conduit.
9. A method of operating a cooking device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising: liquid in the cooking pot cooks the cooking object carried in the cooking cavity, and the cooking basket moves relative to the cooking pot; after the cooked materials in a certain cooking cavity are cooked, rotating the cooking basket to enable the cooking cavity and the discharge port to be located at the same annular position, lifting the cooking basket to drain liquid, enabling the discharge hole of the cooking cavity to be communicated with the discharge port, and discharging the cooked materials in the cooking cavity through the discharge hole and the discharge port;
and returning the cooking basket, and continuing to cook the cooking object in the cooking cavity until the cooking object in the next cooking cavity is finished.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the articles to be cooked are sequentially introduced into the plurality of cooking chambers along the circumferential direction of the cooking basket, and the articles to be cooked in the cooking chambers are sequentially discharged through the discharge ports after the cooking is completed.
