The end of the first shaft 210 is mounted on the lifting base 240, the lifting base 240 is provided with a bearing for bearing the end of the first shaft 210, the end of the first shaft 210 is provided with a fourth gear 243, the lifting base 240 is provided with a third motor 241 and a third gear 244 at the output end of the third motor 241, and the third motor 241 outputs to drive the third gear 244 and the fourth gear 243 meshed with the third gear 244 to rotate, so as to drive the first shaft 210 to perform rotational positioning.
The second motor 231 drives the first shaft 210 to lift and lower to position the clamping jaw mechanism 220, the clamping jaw mechanism 220 drives the clamping jaw part 222 to open and close through the clamping cylinder 223 to grab the fry basket 110, then the fry basket 110 is in an oil-filtered second state through the lifting action generated by the rotation of the second motor 231 and the rotation action generated by the rotation of the third motor 241, and after oil filtering is completed, the fry basket 110 is controlled through the clamping jaw mechanism 220 to pour out food.
The lifting slide rail 232 and the lifting slide block 242 support and guide the movement of the lifting base 240, and the third motor 241 drives the first shaft 210 to rotate through the engagement between the third gear 244 and the fourth gear 243. When the clamping cylinder 223 acts, the clamping claw part 222 is driven to open or clamp, when the frying basket 110 is at the frying position and oil filtering is needed to be started, the second motor 231 drives the clamping mechanism 200 to integrally descend to the specified position firstly, then the third motor 241 acts to drive the clamping claw mechanism 220 to rotate to the position of the frying basket 110, then the clamping cylinder 223 acts to clamp the frying basket 110 by using the clamping claw part 222, and finally the second motor 231 and the third motor 241 act in sequence to convey the frying basket 110 to the specified position and release the clamping claw, so that the frying basket 110 is at the oil filtering position.

the food receiving device comprises a rack, wherein a food receiving position is arranged on the rack;
the frying tank structure is arranged on the rack and is positioned below the food receiving position, a plurality of frying baskets are placed in the frying tank structure, and the frying tank structure can drive the frying baskets to rotate;
the clamping mechanism comprises a first shaft with the bottom vertically penetrating through the frying tank structure, a clamping jaw mechanism is connected to the top end of the first shaft and located above the frying tank structure, a power driving mechanism is connected to the bottom of the first shaft and can drive the first shaft to rotate so as to drive the clamping jaw mechanism to grab the frying basket at any angle.
