The disc steamed stuffed bun machine provided by the embodiment also comprises a cleaning unit, wherein the cleaning unit comprises a liquid storage tank and a water pump which are arranged in an installation cavity of the base 1, a plurality of first nozzles which are arranged at the upper end of the stuffing hopper 4 and a plurality of second nozzles which are arranged at the upper end of the flour hopper 10, the first nozzles and the second nozzles are communicated with a liquid outlet end of the water pump through a first water pipe, and a liquid inlet end of the water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank through a second water pipe; the liquid spraying directions of part of the first nozzles in the plurality of first nozzles are directed to the inner wall of the stuffing hopper 4, and the liquid spraying directions of the rest of the first nozzles are directed to the stuffing conveying auger 31; the liquid spraying directions of a part of the second nozzles in the plurality of second nozzles are directed to the inner wall of the dough hopper 10, and the liquid spraying directions of the rest of the second nozzles are directed to the helical blade of the main dough conveying auger 8 and the helical blade of the auxiliary dough conveying auger 9.
In the embodiment, when stuffing needs to be replaced or the fabric needs to be replaced, the stuffing hopper, the flour hopper and the respective conveying mechanisms can be automatically cleaned, the taste confusion of products is avoided, and the mouthfeel of the steamed stuffed bun is improved.

a base having a mounting cavity;
the supporting box is square and provided with a cavity, and is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the base;
the stuffing conveying unit comprises a stuffing hopper, a stuffing conveying auger arranged in the stuffing hopper, a first driving box and a first driving assembly, the first driving assembly comprises a first driving motor arranged in the first driving box, the first driving box is fixedly arranged on the first side surface of the supporting box, the stuffing hopper is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the first driving box, and the driving end of the first driving motor is in driving connection with the stuffing conveying auger; the lower end of the stuffing hopper is provided with a stuffing conveying pipe communicated with the stuffing hopper;
the flour conveying unit comprises a flour hopper, a second driving box positioned at the upper end of the flour hopper, a second driving assembly positioned in the second driving box, a main flour conveying auger and an auxiliary flour conveying auger which are in driving connection with the second driving assembly, wherein the flour hopper is fixedly arranged on the second side surface of the supporting box, and the second side surface of the supporting box is adjacent to the first side surface; the main flour conveying auger is linked with the auxiliary flour conveying auger; the auger shaft of the main flour conveying auger is provided with a cavity, the first end of the auger shaft penetrates through the second driving box and is connected with a stuffing conveying pipe seat arranged at the upper end of the second driving box, and the stuffing conveying pipe seat is communicated with the cavity of the auger shaft; the stuffing conveying pipe seat is connected with the stuffing conveying pipe; the lower end of the dough hopper is provided with a dough outlet, and the second end of the auger shaft is positioned in the dough outlet so that dough passes through the dough outlet to form a hollow dough tube;
the forming unit is arranged at the upper end of the base and corresponds to the dough outlet, and is used for sealing and kneading the stuffing conveyed by the hollow dough pipe and the stuffing conveying pipe to form a finished steamed stuffed bun;
the output unit comprises a circular receiving disc which is arranged corresponding to the forming unit, and the receiving disc is rotatably arranged on the base.

The disc steamed stuffed bun machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second driving assembly comprises a second driving motor, a driving sprocket, a driven sprocket, a first driven sprocket and a second driven sprocket, the second driving motor is fixedly installed in the cavity of the supporting box, the driving sprocket is in driving connection with an output shaft of the second driving motor, the driven sprocket and the first driven sprocket are located in the second driving box and are installed on an auger shaft of the main conveying surface auger in an up-and-down arrangement mode, and the driven sprocket is in driving connection with the driving sprocket through the first driving chain; the second driven chain wheel is arranged on an auger shaft of the auxiliary surface conveying auger; the first driven chain wheel is in driving connection with the second driven chain wheel through a second driving chain.

The disc steamed stuffed bun machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the molding unit comprises a plurality of kneading flower knife blocks, a kneading flower fixing disc, a kneading flower power disc and a third driving component, the kneading flower fixing disc is sleeved outside the kneading flower power disc, and the kneading flower power disc can rotate relative to the kneading flower fixing disc; the center of the kneading flower power disc is provided with a through hole which is used as a falling channel of the steamed stuffed bun; the flower pinching cutter blocks are uniformly arranged at the upper end of the flower pinching fixed disc along the circumferential direction, a first rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft are arranged at the positions, far away from the flower pinching end, of the flower pinching cutter blocks, the first end of the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the flower pinching cutter blocks, and the second end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the flower pinching fixed disc;
the first end of the second rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the flower pinching cutter block, the second end of the second rotating shaft is connected with the flower pinching power disc in a sliding mode, a flower pinching limiting sliding groove corresponding to the second rotating shaft is formed in the flower pinching power disc, and the second rotating shaft is arranged in the flower pinching limiting sliding groove in a penetrating mode;
the third driving assembly is arranged on the base and is in driving connection with the pattern kneading power disc, and the third driving assembly is used for driving the pattern kneading power disc to rotate relative to the pattern kneading fixed disc and driving the pattern kneading cutter block to seal and knead patterns to the filling materials conveyed by the hollow flour pipe and the filling conveying pipe to form a finished steamed stuffed bun.

The disc steamed stuffed bun machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the third driving assembly comprises a supporting frame, a third driving motor, a driving cam, a driving rod, a driving block, a first driving shaft and a second driving shaft, the supporting frame is mounted on the base, the supporting frame has a cavity, and the driving cam is located in the cavity of the supporting frame and is rotatably connected with the base; the third driving motor is arranged in the mounting cavity of the base; a driving shaft of the third driving motor extends to the outer side of the base and is in driving connection with the driving cam; the driving cam is provided with a driving groove, and the first end of the first driving shaft is positioned in the driving groove and is in slidable connection with the driving groove; the second end of the first driving shaft is fixedly connected with the driving block; the driving block is arranged at the upper end of the driving cam; the first end of the driving rod is fixedly connected with the driving block, and the second end of the driving rod extends into the projection area of the flower pinching power disc; the first end of the second driving shaft is rotatably connected with the second end of the driving rod, and the second end of the second driving shaft is rotatably connected with the flower pinching power disc.

The disc steamed stuffed bun machine of claim 4, further comprising a protection disc, wherein the protection disc is positioned at the upper end of the flower pinching cutter block, a plurality of support columns are arranged in the circumferential direction of the flower pinching fixed disc, the first ends of the support columns are fixedly connected with the flower pinching fixed disc, and the protection disc is installed at the end part of the second ends of the support columns; the end face of the second end of the supporting column is higher than the upper end face of the flower pinching fixing disc.

The disc steamed stuffed bun machine according to claim 1, further comprising a control module, wherein the control module is installed on a third side surface of the support box opposite to the first side surface, the control module is in signal connection with the stuffing conveying unit, the dough conveying unit, the forming unit and the output unit, and the control module is used for controlling starting and stopping of the stuffing conveying unit, the dough conveying unit, the forming unit and the output unit.
