Description

Weeding composition, preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of A61P, and particularly relates to a weeding composition, a preparation, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Water dispersible granules are widely used due to the cleanliness of the solvent. CN202011257620 provides a herbicidal composition comprising benconazole, the dosage forms are suspending agent and dispersible oil suspending agent, however, the synergistic effect and control effect of the compound of active ingredients still need to be enhanced, and when benconazole, especially benconazole, and other raw medicinal ingredients are compounded to prepare water dispersible granules, the dispersion wettability, suspension property, stability and the like are difficult to guarantee, and the exertion of the medicinal effect is influenced. The invention provides a weeding composition with good dispersibility, good wettability, high disintegration speed, high miscibility and excellent hard water resistance; the preparation is simple, the energy consumption is low, and continuous industrial production can be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, the present invention provides in a first aspect a herbicidal composition comprising component a, component B; the component A is the pyriminobac-methyl; the component B is at least one of oxyfluorfen, fluoroglycofen-ethyl and 2, 4-D isooctyl ester; the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (1-80).
In a preferred embodiment, when the component B is oxyfluorfen and/or fluoroglycofen-ethyl, the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 1: (1-10).
In a preferred embodiment, when component B is 2, 4-d isooctyl ester, the weight ratio of component a to component B is 1: (10-80).
The inventor finds that after the benconazole and the oxyfluorfen/fluoroglycofen-ethyl/2, 4-D isooctyl ester are compounded for use, as the action mechanisms of the two effective components are unique and have no mutual resistance, the synergistic effect is generated, the weed control spectrum is expanded, the control effect is improved, and the defect of poor control effect of a single medicament on main weeds is overcome; the persistence of each component of the composition is improved, the generation of weed drug resistance is delayed, the times of repeated use of pesticides are reduced, and the use amount and the cost are reduced; can be mainly applied to weed control of orchard and interline crops, in particular to weed control of citrus orchard, loquat orchard, tea garden, coffee garden, papaya orchard, mulberry orchard, banana orchard, waxberry orchard, cotton and corn.
The second aspect of the invention provides a weeding composition preparation, and the dosage form of the weeding composition preparation is selected from one of missible oil, aqueous emulsion, microemulsion, dispersible oil suspending agent, wettable powder and water dispersible granules.
In a preferred embodiment, the formulation of the herbicidal composition is in the form of water dispersible granules; the raw materials for preparing the water dispersible granule at least comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 1-90% of weeding composition, 5-25% of dispersing agent, 1-15% of wetting agent, 5-50% of disintegrating agent, 1-5% of binding agent and the filler for making up 100%.
Dispersing agent
In the invention, the dispersant is at least one selected from formaldehyde condensate of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, nekal, lignosulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, polycarboxylate, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether formaldehyde condensate sulfate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate sodium salt, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester, glycerin fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene ether, alkyl sulfate, alkyl sulfonate, naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate, styryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether and alkylaryl methyl ether resin polyoxyethylene ether.
In a preferred embodiment, the dispersant is a sodium salt of a naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate.
In the present invention, the source of the sodium salt of the naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate is not particularly limited, and kunshan sanderian biotechnology limited may be mentioned.

In the invention, the wetting agent is at least one selected from sulfofatty acid methyl ester, fatty amide N-methyl taurine sodium salt, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, lauric acid sulfate, dodecyl benzene sulfonate, dodecyl sulfate, dibutyl naphthalene sulfonate, saponin powder and p-methoxy fatty amide benzene sulfonate.
In a preferred embodiment, the wetting agent is a p-methoxy fatty amidobenzene sulfonate, preferably sodium p-methoxy fatty amidobenzene sulfonate.
In the present invention, the source of the sodium p-methoxyfatty amidobenzenesulfonate is not particularly limited, and Ningbo chemical materials Co.
In the invention, the weight ratio of the dispersing agent to the wetting agent is (1-5): 1.
in a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of dispersant to wetting agent is 3:1.
the inventor finds that after the system is compounded by sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and sodium methoxy fatty amido benzene sulfonate, the prepared granules have the dispersibility after being dissolved in water, the suspension property is obviously improved, and the granules have excellent suspension dispersibility even if the water temperature is as low as-10 ℃ or as high as 60 ℃, so that the problems of medicine concentration reduction or nozzle blockage caused by aggregation and precipitation can be avoided; meanwhile, after the spraying agent is sprayed, effective active ingredients are easier to attach, wet and spread on the surface of an application object, and the drug effect is obviously improved. The inventors considered that the reason is that the lipophilic naphthalene nucleus and the hydrophilic sulfonic acid group of the sodium salt of the naphthalenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde condensate are adsorbed on the surface of the agricultural chemical particles by the action of van der waals force or the action of hydrogen bonds to form a strong adsorption layer and a protective barrier, and a charge or space barrier is formed around the fine particles to promote the raw chemical to be uniformly dispersed in water in a fine particulate state, thereby effectively preventing the particles from being agglomerated and settled, maintaining the dispersion of the charged particles in the aqueous solution, and maintaining the stable state of the suspension system. However, the inventor finds that in the process of dispersing the water dispersible granule in water, solid-liquid interface conversion can occur on the surface or the internal solid-gas interface of the particle, so that the particle floats on the water surface for a long time, and after a certain amount of methoxyl fatty amide benzene sulfonic acid sodium is compounded, a very good promoting effect can be achieved, and the particle can quickly complete the physical obtaining process of interface conversion and is suspended and dispersed in water; secondly, the original pesticide is usually difficult to dissolve in water or insoluble in water, the surface of a plant leaf or the epidermis of pests is provided with a hydrophobic waxy protective layer, and the original pesticide is not easy to be wetted by water and pesticide to cause difficulty in exerting the pesticide effect, and the sodium salt of the naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate and the sodium methoxyfatty amido benzenesulfonate are combined with the pesticide, so that the surface tension of the pesticide liquid can be effectively reduced, the stability of the pesticide suspension is promoted, and meanwhile, effective active ingredients can be more easily attached, wetted and spread on the surface of a pesticide application object, and the pesticide effect is improved.
Disintegrating agent
In the present invention, the disintegrant is not particularly limited.
In a preferred embodiment, the disintegrant is selected from at least one of ammonium sulfate, urea, sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, starch and derivatives thereof, cellulose, sodium bicarbonate.
In a more preferred embodiment, the disintegrant is a mixture of urea and sodium sulphate in the weight ratio (0.3-1.2): 1.
in a more preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of urea to sodium sulfate is 0.8:1.
binder
In the present invention, the binder is not particularly limited.
In a preferred embodiment, the binder is selected from at least one of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, gelatin, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, guar gum, gum arabic, and saccharides.
In a more preferred embodiment, the binder is polyethylene glycol.
In a more preferred embodiment, the molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol is not less than 1000.
In the present invention, the source of the polyethylene glycol is not particularly limited, and dow may be mentioned.
In the invention, the weight ratio of the disintegrating agent to the binder is (7-15): 1.
in a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the disintegrant to binder is 10:1.
the inventor finds that the disintegrant and the binder are preferable and compounded in the research process, and simultaneously solves the problems that the addition amount of the binder is insufficient, the granulation process is prolonged, the strength of the prepared granules is insufficient, and the granules are easy to break during the operations of packaging, transportation, storage and the like; the excessive addition of the binding agent can result in the over-high strength of the produced granules, thereby causing the problems of poor disintegration and reduced suspension property of the water dispersible granules. Particularly, when the molecular weight of the polyvinyl alcohol adopted by the system is not less than 1000, the suspension stability of the water dispersible granule after being dissolved in water can be further improved.
Filler material
In the present invention, the filler is not particularly limited, and there may be mentioned talc, bentonite, activated clay, white carbon, glucose, lactose, sucrose, diatomaceous earth, starch, attapulgite, kaolin, and the like.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the weeding composition preparation, which adopts the processing technology of mixing, crushing, remixing, granulating and sieving.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation method of the herbicidal composition formulation comprises the following steps: coarsely crushing the weeding composition, the dispersing agent, the disintegrating agent, the wetting agent, the binder and the filler, and stirring and mixing; then carrying out ultrafine grinding by a jet mill to obtain powder with the particle size of more than 1000 meshes; and finally, adding a binder for granulation, and screening by using a vibrating screen to obtain the fertilizer.
