Background
Bifenthrin, english name: bifenthrin, chemical name: methyl biphenyl-3-yl methyl (Z) (1RS,3RS)3- (2-chloro-3, 3, 3-trifluoro propyl-1-alkenyl) -2, 2-dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylic ester, which belongs to pyrethroid insecticides and acaricides. Bifenthrin has the characteristics of strong knock-down effect, broad spectrum, high efficiency, rapidness, long residual effect and the like, mainly has the contact killing effect and the stomach toxicity effect, has no systemic effect, is suitable for various crops such as cotton, fruit trees, vegetables, tea leaves and the like, can be used for preventing and controlling cotton bollworms, red bollworms, tea geometrid, tea caterpillars, red spiders of apples or hawthorns, peach fruit borers, cabbage aphids, cabbage caterpillars, diamondback moths, citrus leaf miners and the like, has quick effect, does not move in soil, is safe to environment and has long residual effect period.
Fluopicolide, english name: fluxapyroxad, chemical name: 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3 ', 4 ', 5 ' -trifluoro [1, 1-biphenyl ] -2-yl)) -1H-pyrazole-4-formamide is a broad-spectrum pyrazole formamide bactericide and has protection and treatment effects. The treated seeds can absorb fluopicolide in the germination process and are conducted to other parts of plants through xylem, so that the effect of protecting crops is achieved. Fluopyram has good treatment and protection effects on other fungal infection diseases such as blight and the like, has high biological activity on oomycete pathogenic bacteria, has strong permeability, can protect leaves from being infected by plant pathogenic bacteria after treatment of sprouts, can provide comprehensive and durable protection for new leaves, stems and young fruits, and has good prevention, control and treatment effects on diseases such as potato black nevus, wheat sharp eyespot, rice sheath blight, sclerotinia rot of colza, wheat loose smut, wheat stinking smut, corn small leaf spot, corn head smut and the like caused by rhizoctonia solani, smut and the like.
At present, bifenthrin preparation mainly takes missible oil as main material, fluopicolide preparation also takes missible oil and suspending agent as main material, a great amount of organic solvent is used in missible oil, the problems of environmental pollution and transportation safety exist, water dispersible granules have requirements on packaging materials and the like, and the bifenthrin preparation is an environment-friendly preparation formulation for reducing the personal safety and environmental pollution during use. In addition, the two have the functions of killing insects and bacteria respectively, and farmers need to apply pesticide respectively when controlling pests and diseases when planting crops, so that the labor cost and the use cost are increased. If the two are processed into a mixed agent, the pesticide composition can be used for preventing and treating insect pests and diseases at one time, thereby increasing the use convenience and reducing the cost. At present, no report related to bifenthrin and fluopicolide water dispersible granules is found.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to meet the actual requirements of agricultural production, the invention provides a bifenthrin and fluopicolide-containing water dispersible granule, which takes the compounded bifenthrin and fluopicolide as effective components and can kill pests and diseases, and in addition, the selection of various auxiliary agents solves the defects that the effective components of the drug are not easy to disperse, the stability is poor and the like when the water dispersible granule is used.
According to the invention, bifenthrin and fluopicolide are prepared into water dispersible granules, so that the bifenthrin and fluopicolide can realize high content, the use of the preparation amount can be reduced, and the defects of high pollution of missible oil preparations and strict requirements on preparation packaging materials are avoided; and the bifenthrin and the fluopicolide are compounded to play a synergistic effect of killing both diseases and pests, so that the use is more convenient. However, in research, the melting point of bifenthrin is 68-70.6 ℃, the oil-water distribution coefficient logP 6.66, the melting point of fluopicolide is 156.8 ℃, and the oil-water distribution coefficient logP 3.08 are found, the lipophilicity of the two raw materials is strong, and particularly, bifenthrin is not easy to disperse in water, and because the melting point is low, unsmooth granulation, stickiness and granulation are easy to occur in the processing process, dead particles which cannot be dispersed are easy to occur when heated, the heat storage stability is poor, and the problems that the content of effective components is higher are more prominent. Aiming at the problems, the inventor carries out a large amount of screening work on an auxiliary agent system (auxiliary agent type, auxiliary agent components and auxiliary agent content) through research and a large amount of experiments, and finally obtains the auxiliary agent system with good matching degree, stable performance and good insecticidal and bactericidal effects. Through the selection of the auxiliary agents, particularly the screening and combination of 2 auxiliary agents, namely a dispersing agent and a wetting agent, the dispersibility of effective components in water in the water dispersible granule is improved, the stability of the preparation is improved, the processing difficulty of the preparation form is greatly reduced, the bifenthrin and fluopicolide can realize lower content and high content of 50-60 percent when the bifenthrin and fluopicolide are prepared into the water dispersible granule, and the finally obtained water dispersible granule has the advantages of high suspension rate, good dispersibility, high disintegration speed, good heat storage stability and the like.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a water dispersible granule containing bifenthrin and fluopicolide comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-40% of bifenthrin, 5-20% of fluopicolide, 5-10% of dispersing agent, 2-6% of wetting agent, 5-30% of disintegrating agent and 100% of filler. Wherein, the dispersant has the function of preventing the fine particles of the active ingredients of the medicine from mutually aggregating, so that the active ingredients of the medicine can be uniformly dispersed for a long time in a liquid-solid dispersion system formed by the active ingredients and water. The wetting agent is used for reducing the liquid-solid surface tension of the fine particles in water and increasing the capacity of being wetted by water, and the disintegrating agent is used for enabling water to rapidly enter the particles, accelerating the disintegration of the particles and improving the dispersion speed of the effective components in water. The filler is used for loading or diluting the active ingredients of the medicine and adjusting the content of the product to reach the standard.
Further, the water dispersible granule comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15-40% of bifenthrin, 5-20% of fluopicolide, 6-8% of dispersing agent, 2-4% of wetting agent, 15-25% of disintegrating agent and 100% of filler.
Furthermore, in the water dispersible granule, the total content of bifenthrin and fluopicolide in the water dispersible granule is 20-60wt%, preferably 25-60 wt%, more preferably 30-60 wt%, and more preferably 30-50 wt%.

Further, in the water dispersible granule, the disintegrating agent is one or more of potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, diammonium phosphate, urea, sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate and sodium chloride, and preferably the disintegrating agent is a mixture of sodium sulfate and ammonium sulfate in a mass ratio of 1: 1-1.5.
Further, in the water dispersible granule, the filler is one or more of kaolin, diatomite, bentonite, talcum powder, attapulgite, corn starch and light calcium carbonate, and the preferable filler is a mixture of the talcum powder and the kaolin in a mass ratio of 1: 1-2.
The water dispersible granule is simple to prepare and easy to implement, and has the advantages of high suspension rate, good dispersibility, good stability and the like through selection of various auxiliaries. The water dispersible granule can be prepared by the following method: uniformly mixing bifenthrin, fluopyram, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a disintegrating agent and a filler in a mixer, crushing the mixture into particles with the particle size of 20-30 mu m by a jet mill, mixing the particles again, adding water, kneading, extruding, granulating and drying to obtain the bifenthrin-fluopyram-containing water-based composite material.
Furthermore, in the preparation method, the adding amount of water is 5-20% of the total mass of all materials.
Further, in the preparation method, the drying temperature is 45-50 ℃.
Furthermore, compared with single agents of bifenthrin and fluopicolide, the water dispersible granule has more prominent double-killing effect on diseases and pests, and has good application prospect in the field of crop pest control. The water dispersible granule can be widely used for crops such as wheat, rice, corn, peanut, soybean, rape, potato, cotton or fruit trees, but is not only suitable for the above-listed crops, but also suitable for other crops.
