Abstract

本发明公开了一种宋锦纺织加工用轧光装置，涉及宋锦加工技术领域，包括底板，底板的上表面固定设置有承重柱，承重柱的正面设置有两个制动杆，两个制动杆上均设置有轧光辊，其中一个轧光辊位于另一个轧光辊的上方，轧光辊的表面贴合连接有面料，底板的顶面设置有两个固定块，两个固定块分别位于承重柱的两侧，固定块的顶端设置有两个调整支架，调整支架的顶端开设有调整槽，两个调整支架相互远离的一侧均设置有限位块。本发明通过在调整支架上设置的第一滚筒与第二滚筒，面料在经过轧光辊进行轧光的前后过程均会经过第一滚筒与第二滚筒，能够调整面料在轧光时前后的张力，避免面料在轧光辊上过松或者过紧，提高产品质量。
