Abstract
The invention discloses an ultraviolet curing lining for trenchless repair of a drainage inspection well and a connected pipe thereof, which comprises a lining part in the well body and at least one lining part in the connected pipe, wherein the lining part is connected and communicated with the lining part in the well body; the lining part in the well body is made of an ultraviolet curing material, and is matched with the inner cavity of the drainage inspection well to be maintained after being irradiated and cured by ultraviolet light; each outlet pipe lining part is made of ultraviolet light curing material and is matched with the inner cavity of the outlet pipe of the drainage inspection well after being cured by ultraviolet light irradiation. The application of the invention can repair the drainage inspection well and the outlet pipe thereof in a non-excavation repair mode when the drainage inspection well and the outlet pipe thereof have defects, and can also improve the strength and the sealing property between the outlet pipe and the drainage inspection well, and improve the construction speed and the engineering quality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of drainage inspection and maintenance, in particular to an ultraviolet light curing lining for trenchless repair of a drainage inspection well and an output pipe thereof.
Background
With the release of policies such as black and odorous water body treatment, sewage collection system quality improvement and efficiency improvement and the promotion of related engineering projects, trenchless repair of drainage pipe networks also becomes a hot spot more and more.
In an urban drainage pipe network system, a drainage inspection well is taken as one of important facilities inside and outside a connecting pipeline in the whole pipe network system, and is very important for normal operation, daily management, safety maintenance and the like of the urban drainage pipe network system.
At present, the urban drainage inspection well has the problems of less investment, backward technology, poor operation working condition, serious structural damage, leakage, damage and the like in the operation and maintenance process, and directly influences the operation safety and the conveying efficiency of a drainage system; on the other hand, the current technical regulations or guidelines have less content for the repair of the manhole, resulting in that a large number of damaged manholes are not repaired or valued.
Therefore, whether from actual engineering or from the focus of current regulations, "heavy tubular light wells" is a big problem at the present stage. The damage type of the inspection well is a place which is easy to cause problems, besides the defects of the well chamber, such as well chamber fracture, corrosion, leakage and the like, and the leakage, the staggered joint, the disjointing and the like at the interface of the inspection well and the pipeline.
On the other hand, the developed non-excavation repair projects of part of inspection wells and pipelines are also used for respectively blanking the inspection wells and the pipelines, so that the construction efficiency is influenced, and the influence is particularly prominent under the condition of repairing a continuous pipe well; and the inner liners of the inspection well and the pipeline are separately installed, so that the inner liner connection at the well pipe joint is still weak, and in the long-term operation process, because the inner liners are originally two separate inner liners, and the process and the material used at the inner liner connection are not integrated with the inner liners, the inner liners have non-uniformity and are easy to damage.
Therefore, under the condition that the defects of the drainage inspection well and the output pipe thereof are required to be repaired, how to comprehensively consider the repair of the drainage inspection well and the output pipe thereof, improve the sealing performance of the interface, and improve the construction speed and the engineering quality is the starting point of the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above defects in the prior art, the present invention provides an ultraviolet light cured lining for trenchless repair of a drainage inspection well and an outlet pipe thereof, which aims to achieve repair in a trenchless repair manner, improve strength and sealing performance between the outlet pipe and the drainage inspection well, and improve construction speed and engineering quality.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses an ultraviolet curing lining for trenchless repair of a drainage inspection well and a connected pipe thereof, which comprises a lining part in the well body and at least one lining part in the connected pipe, wherein the lining part is connected and communicated with the lining part in the well body;
the lining part in the well body and all the lining parts in the outlet pipes are of an integrated structure, namely a whole;
the inner lining part of the well body is made of an ultraviolet curing material, and is matched with the inner cavity of the drainage inspection well to be maintained after being cured by ultraviolet irradiation;
each outlet pipe lining part is made of an ultraviolet light curing material and is matched with the inner cavity of the outlet pipe of the drainage inspection well after being cured by ultraviolet light irradiation.
Preferably, the liner part of the outlet pipe corresponding to the outlet pipe to be repaired, which is formed after ultraviolet light irradiation and curing, is a liner pipeline part covering the position of the corresponding outlet pipe to be repaired;
and each corresponding outlet pipe lining part which does not need to be repaired or only needs to be repaired at the connecting position of the corresponding outlet pipe and the corresponding drainage inspection well, wherein pipe structures formed after ultraviolet irradiation and solidification are lining interface extending parts, and extend for 0.5-1.2 meters to the outer side of the corresponding well body lining part only along the length direction of the corresponding outlet pipe.
Preferably, when more than two drainage inspection wells are repaired;
each drainage inspection well is internally provided with a matched well lining part;
and two lining parts of the outlet pipe, which belong to the lining parts of the two well bodies respectively, are arranged in each outlet pipe to be repaired between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells.
More preferably, the abutting positions of the lining portions of the two outlet pipes, which are located between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells and need to be repaired, are the corresponding positions without pipeline defects in the outlet pipes.
More preferably, a joint is formed between two lining portions of each outlet pipe to be repaired between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells by grouting to form a joint.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the ultraviolet curing lining for trenchless rehabilitation of drainage inspection wells and the output pipes thereof comprises a well body lining part 1 and at least one output pipe lining part connected and communicated with the well body lining part 1;
the lining part 1 in the well body and all lining parts in the outlet pipes are of an integrated structure, namely a whole;
the lining part 1 in the well body is made of an ultraviolet curing material, and is matched with the inner cavity of the drainage inspection well to be maintained after being cured by ultraviolet irradiation;
each outlet pipe lining part is made of ultraviolet light curing material and is matched with the inner cavity of the outlet pipe of the drainage inspection well after being cured by ultraviolet light irradiation.
In practical application, the invention is manufactured according to the measurement data of the drainage inspection well and the output pipe thereof which need to be repaired and the defect damage conditions of the inspection well and the output pipe.
When the well body lining part 1 is installed on site, the well body lining part and all the outlet pipe lining parts are of an integrated structure, namely a whole, so that the well body lining part 1 can be blanked once.
The invention is plugged into the drainage inspection well which needs to be repaired, the lining part of each outlet pipe is directly overturned and plugged into the corresponding outlet pipe from the joint of the drainage inspection well and the outlet pipe, and finally, the ultraviolet lamp is used for irradiating and curing.
In some embodiments, the liner part of the outgoing pipe corresponding to the outgoing pipe to be repaired is a liner pipeline part 2 covering the position of the corresponding outgoing pipe to be repaired, wherein the pipe structure formed after ultraviolet light irradiation and curing;

In practical application, only one outlet pipe of the drainage inspection well which needs to be repaired may need to be repaired, or not all outlet pipes need to be repaired, or a certain outlet pipe only needs to be repaired at an interface connected with the drainage inspection well, and for this case, the outlet pipe which does not need to be repaired or the outlet pipe which needs to be repaired only at the connection position with the drainage inspection well is used as the lining interface extension part 3 and extends for about 1 meter, and the connection position of the corresponding outlet pipe interface and the drainage inspection well is repaired.
In some embodiments, when more than two drainage manholes are being repaired;
each drainage inspection well is internally provided with a matched well body lining part 1;
and two outlet pipe lining parts which respectively belong to the two well body lining parts 1 are arranged in each outlet pipe to be repaired and are positioned between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells.
In some embodiments, the abutting positions of the lining parts of the two outlet pipes in each outlet pipe to be repaired, which are positioned between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells, are all positions without pipeline defects in the corresponding outlet pipes.
In some embodiments, the two liner portions of each outlet pipe to be repaired, which are located between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells, are connected by forming a joint 4 through grouting.
In practical application, for the case that every two adjacent drainage inspection wells, namely continuous twin wells, are repaired, the two drainage inspection wells need to extend to the outlet pipes to be repaired to be connected with the inner lining parts of the outlet pipes, the butt joint positions of the two outlet pipe inner lining parts need to avoid the defect points of the outlet pipes, and a grouting form is adopted to form the joint 4 for connection.

each outlet pipe lining part is made of an ultraviolet light curing material and is matched with the inner cavity of the outlet pipe of the drainage inspection well after being cured by ultraviolet light irradiation.

The ultraviolet light cured lining for trenchless restoration of a drainage inspection well and an output pipe thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lining part of the output pipe corresponding to the output pipe to be restored, which is formed after ultraviolet light irradiation curing, is a lining pipeline part (2) covering the position of the corresponding output pipe to be restored;
and each corresponding outlet pipe lining part which does not need to be repaired or only needs to be repaired at the connecting position of the corresponding outlet pipe and the corresponding drainage inspection well, wherein pipe structures formed after ultraviolet irradiation and solidification are lining interface extension parts (3), and the lining interface extension parts only extend to the outer side of the corresponding well body lining part (1) for 0.5-1.2 meters along the length direction of the corresponding outlet pipe.

The UV-curable liner for trenchless rehabilitation of drainage inspection wells and outgoing pipes thereof according to claim 3, wherein the abutting positions of the lining portions of the two outgoing pipes in each of the outgoing pipes to be rehabilitated are all positions without pipe defects in the corresponding outgoing pipe between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells.
5. The UV-curable liner for trenchless rehabilitation of drainage inspection wells and outlet pipes thereof according to claim 3, wherein a joint (4) is formed between two lining portions of each outlet pipe to be rehabilitated between every two adjacent drainage inspection wells by grouting.
