Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder with health-care and health-preserving functions, and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention provides a heat-insulating dry powder with health care and health preserving functions, which comprises, by mass, 10-50% of ordinary silicate white cement, 10-50% of gray calcium, 2-50% of illite powder, 0.5-35% of tourmaline powder, 0.5-30% of talcum powder, 1-40% of calcite powder, 0.5-6% of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-1% of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5% of hydrophobic agent and 0.1-5% of vitrified micro-beads. The heat preservation and insulation dry powder with the health care and health preserving functions has good effects of heat preservation, radiation protection and harmful substance absorption, permanently releases negative ions and infrared rays beneficial to human bodies, and has excellent health care and health preserving effects.
Description
The application is a divisional application with application date of 2017, 11 and 08 days, application number of 201711092260.6 and invention name of 'a heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder wall decoration material with health care and health preserving functions'.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder with health-care and health-preserving functions, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The indoor air quality of the indoor space is an important factor influencing the body health of people, and how to improve the indoor air quality is a technical problem which must be solved by modern household environment.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder with the health-care and health-preserving functions as well as the preparation method and the application thereof, and the powder is endowed with the capabilities of releasing negative ions, releasing infrared rays beneficial to human bodies, preventing radiation, absorbing and releasing volatile harmful substances such as formaldehyde and the like by modifying the functionality of the dry powder, so that the dry powder has the effect of building a healthy and health-preserving living environment.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the heat-insulating dry powder wall decoration material with health care and health preserving functions is characterized by comprising, by mass, 10-50% of ordinary silicate white cement, 10-50% of gray calcium, 2-50% of illite powder, 0.5-30% of tourmaline powder, 0.5-30% of talcum powder, 1-40% of calcite powder, 0.5-6% of redispersible latex powder, 0.1-1% of cellulose ether, 0.1-0.5% of hydrophobic agent and 0.1-5% of vitrified micro-beads.
The preparation method of the heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder wall decorative material comprises the following specific steps: accurately weighing various materials according to the formula ratio, firstly putting other materials except the vitrified micro bubbles into a stirrer for mixing for 20 minutes, uniformly stirring, then adding the vitrified micro bubbles for mixing for 3 minutes, uniformly stirring, and finally packaging to obtain a finished product.
Further, the mass ratio of the heat-preservation and heat-insulation dry powder wall decoration material to water is 100.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the invention has the effects of good heat insulation, heat preservation, permanent negative ion release, infrared ray release beneficial to human body, radiation protection and harmful substance absorption, and has obvious health care and health preserving effects.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described in detail with reference to examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
The components contained in the thermal insulation dry powder wall decoration material provided by the invention are specifically explained below.
< white cement >
The white Portland cement is made up by using raw material with proper composition, burning until it is partially molten, using calcium silicate as main component, adding proper quantity of gypsum into clinker with low iron content and grinding so as to obtain the invented white hydraulic cementing material. The white cement is characterized by higher whiteness and bright color, is generally used as various building decorative materials, typically whitewash, sculpture, ground and terrazzo products, can also be used for manufacturing white and colored concrete members, and is a decorative cement variety with the largest production scale.
