the carriage assembling and box assembling station 1 and the carriage welding station 2, the carriage welding station 2 and the carriage checking and repair welding station 3, and the carriage checking and repair welding station 3 and the coating line connecting station 4 are connected through a carriage welding and circulating device 5;
the carriage welding station 2 is provided with a rotary displacement mechanism 10 for clamping the carriage 6 and automatically adjusting the position of the carriage 6 according to welding requirements, and a gantry type robot welding system 7 for automatically welding different positions of the carriage 6.
The carriage 6 welding circulation device comprises an RGV trolley 8 and an RGV track 9 which is used for matching the RGV trolley 8 to circulate and run between a carriage assembling box closing station 1, a carriage welding station 2, a carriage checking and repair welding station 3 and a coating line connecting station 4.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the rotary displacement mechanism 10 is composed of two parts, the two parts clamp the carriage 6 from two ends of the carriage 6 to be welded, and the two parts cooperate with the clamping rails 11 to approach or separate from each other.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, each part includes a movable base 12 matched with the clamping rail 11 and a rotary clamping portion 13 located above the movable base 12, the rotary clamping portion 13 includes a base 14 fixed on the movable base 12 and a rotary portion 17, an arc-shaped surface 15 with an upward opening is provided on the base 14, an arc-shaped sliding slot 16 coaxial with the circumference of the arc-shaped surface 15 is provided on the arc-shaped surface 15, the arc-shaped sliding slot 16 is in sliding fit with two sides of an arc-shaped gear ring 19 on the outer wall of the rotary portion 17, and the arc-shaped gear ring 19 is engaged with a first gear 22 in a rotary driving portion 21 fixed in a bottom mounting groove 20 of the base 14.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rotating clamping portion 13 further includes a jacking clamping mechanism 27, the jacking clamping mechanism 27 includes a jacking mechanism 28 and a clamping mechanism 29 fixed on the upper end of the rotating portion 17, the jacking mechanism 28 includes a jacking lead screw 30 horizontally and transversely disposed, the jacking lead screw 30 is a bidirectional lead screw, two ends of the jacking lead screw 30 are respectively connected with a supporting seat 54 on the upper end surface of the rotating portion 17 through a bearing seat, the jacking lead screw 30 is driven by a lead screw motor 53, two ends of the jacking lead screw 30 are respectively provided with a first slider 31 and a second slider 32 which are in threaded connection with the jacking lead screw 30 in different rotation directions, the upper ends of the first slider 31 and the second slider 32 are connected through an X-shaped jacking portion 33, the X-shaped jacking portion 33 includes a first connecting rod 34 and a second connecting rod 35, the first connecting rod 34 and the second connecting rod 35 are intersected and in an X shape, the middle portions of the first connecting rod 34 and the second connecting rod 35 are respectively hinged with the first slider 31 and the second slider 32, and the upper ends of the first connecting rod 34 and the second connecting rod 35 are respectively hinged with a first jacking plate 36 and a jacking plate 37.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamping mechanism 29 includes a first clamping mechanism 38 and a second clamping mechanism 52 located on two sides above the jacking mechanism 28, and the first clamping mechanism 38 and the second clamping mechanism 52 are respectively connected with the first jacking plate 36 and the second jacking plate 37 in the jacking mechanism 28.

Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first lifting plate 36, the second lifting plate 37, the first clamping plate 42 and the second clamping plate 43 are all L-shaped plates, horizontal sections of the first lifting plate 36, the second lifting plate 37, the first clamping plate 42 and the second clamping plate 43 are respectively used for supporting or pressing the upper end or the lower end of the car 6, and vertical sections of the first lifting plate 36, the second lifting plate 37, the first clamping plate 42 and the second clamping plate 43 are respectively used for tightly abutting against the side surface of the car 6.
The process for welding the carriage by adopting the intelligent carriage welding production line comprises the following steps:
step 1: and assembling the carriage 6 to be welded at the carriage assembling and box assembling station 1.
Step 2: and the assembled carriage 6 is conveyed to the carriage welding station 2 through the RGV trolley 8 in the carriage welding circulation device 5.
And step 3: the carriage welding station 2 utilizes the rotary displacement mechanism 10 to clamp the carriage 6 on the RGV trolley 8, then utilizes the gantry type robot welding system 7 to perform welding operation, and the rotary displacement mechanism 10 automatically adjusts the position of the carriage 6 according to welding requirements to realize welding at different positions until the whole carriage 6 is completely welded.
And 4, step 4: and the carriage 6 after the welding is finished is conveyed to the carriage inspection and repair welding station 3 through the RGV trolley 8 in the carriage welding circulation device 5 for welding quality inspection, and repair welding operation is carried out on welding points with unqualified welding quality.
