Wherein, the infant bifidobacterium has obvious effects of resisting aging and oxidation, reviving the immune function of the organism, adjusting internal secretion and the like. The invention discovers that the combination of the bifidobacterium infantis with the lycium ruthenicum, the spina date seed, the Chinese yam and the rose petal has the obvious effect of improving the sleep quality. This comparative example was conducted using the same amount of lycium ruthenicum extract as the composition of example 2.
Comparative example 4
The bifidobacterium infantis in example 2 was modified to gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and an animal experiment was conducted using a composition comprising 0.25g of GABA and 3g of lycium ruthenicum extract.
The compositions of examples 1-6 and comparative examples 1-4 were subjected to the mouse sleep test method. The results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the above table, the sleeping time of mice of the group of bifidobacterium infantis (example 1) was significantly prolonged, the proportion of mice falling asleep was more, i.e. the incidence of sleep was higher, and the sleep latency was shorter, compared to the blank group (comparative example 1). Bifidobacterium infantis (example 1) had a comparable level of effect in improving sleep quality compared to GABA (comparative example 2). Compared with the single infant bifidobacterium (example 1), the combination of the bifidobacterium infantis and the medicinal and edible plant extracts of lycium ruthenicum murr, spina date seeds, chinese yam and rose petals can play a remarkable synergistic effect of improving the sleep quality, greatly improve the sleep time and the sleep incidence of mice and shorten the sleep latency; the synergistic effect of the lycium ruthenicum extract single component (comparative example 3) and the lycium ruthenicum extract combined with the gamma-aminobutyric acid composition (comparative example 4) is not obvious, and the results show that the bifidobacterium infantis and plants which are homologous in medicine and food can exert a special synergistic effect of improving the sleep quality. The combination of bifidobacterium infantis with lycium ruthenicum murr, spina date seeds, chinese yam and rose petals is a medicine and food homologous plant (example 6), although the sleeping time of a mouse is not obviously prolonged, the sleeping occurrence rate is obviously improved, and the sleeping latency rate is obviously reduced, which indicates that the composition can be used for regulating the balance of circadian rhythm in a targeted manner and avoiding insomnia and excessive somnolence at night.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. (1) 2-5 parts of lycium ruthenicum extract and/or 2-5 parts of spina date seed extract and/or 2-5 parts of Chinese yam extract and/or 1-5 parts of rose petal extract;
(2) 0.05-0.5 part of infant bifidobacterium dry powder.
2. The composition according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following components in parts by weight:

6. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the lycium ruthenicum extract, the spina date seed extract, the Chinese yam extract and the rose petal extract are powder of lycium ruthenicum, spina date seed, chinese yam and rose petal which are subjected to water extraction, decoction and drying.

The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the lycium ruthenicum extract, the spina date seed extract, the yam extract or the rose petal extract is prepared by a method comprising the following steps of: soaking fructus Lycii, semen Ziziphi Spinosae, rhizoma Dioscoreae or flos Rosae Rugosae in water for 0.5-1 hr, extracting with boiling water at normal pressure for 2-3 times, each for 1-2 hr, evaporating under reduced pressure, concentrating to obtain extract, and freeze drying to obtain fructus Lycii extract, semen Ziziphi Spinosae extract, rhizoma Dioscoreae extract or flos Rosae Rugosae extract;
preferably, the mass volume ratio of the lycium ruthenicum murr, the spina date seed, the Chinese yam or the rose petal to the water is 1.
