一种多焦图像生成装置、抬头显示装置、相关方法及设备，其中，该多焦图像生成装置包括图像生成单元、分光器(203)和焦距调节器(204)。其中，图像生成单元，用于产生多焦图像生成装置的第一焦面；分光器(203)，用于对图像生成单元进行分光，并将分光得到的光束照射至焦距调节器(204)表面；焦距调节器(204)，用于对照射至焦距调节器(204)表面的光束进行焦距调节，以产生多焦图像生成装置的第二焦面。通过焦距调节器(204)灵活调节焦距，可以实现任意焦距连续可调，并且实现任意数量、任意位置的焦面(或成像面)。
