In the process, the surface of the hardware fitting is fully reacted with the pickling passivation solution, so that a layer of compact and firm chromium-rich oxide film is formed on the surface of the hardware fitting, and the purpose of rust prevention is achieved.
When the hanging basket 6 filled with passivated hardware fittings rotates anticlockwise to be in contact with the turning claw 7-5, the telescopic component 7-3 extends out of the hanging basket 6 to enter slow turning, meanwhile, the servo speed reducing motor 1-10 on the second conveying mechanism 5 drives the metal conveying belt 1-6 to move towards the direction of the anti-rust pool 2, the conveying motor 1-7 drives the metal conveying belt 1-6 to rotate, and when the hanging basket 6 is turned to enable the inclined surface 6-2 of the hanging basket 6 to incline towards the lower part of the horizontal plane, the hardware fittings in the hanging basket 6 are gradually poured onto the metal conveying belt 1-6 of the second conveying mechanism 5 to be rinsed.
The invention avoids the accumulation and oxidation of hardware fittings, and greatly improves the product quality while realizing the automatic pickling and passivation treatment of the hardware fittings.
