The invention provides a discharging device of a hot galvanizing production line, which comprises a machine body, a support frame body, a lifting driving unit and a discharging disc, wherein the support frame body comprises support beams, a frame body is connected between the support beams, the lifting driving unit comprises an air cylinder, a rack, a gear and a connecting rod, the air cylinder is fixed on an upright post along the vertical direction, the rack is driven by the air cylinder to move along the vertical direction, the gear is rotationally connected with a rotating shaft seat arranged on a fixed plate, the gear is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft arranged on the rotating shaft seat, the rotating shaft can rotate relative to the rotating shaft seat, the gear is meshed with the rack and is connected with the support beam through the connecting rod, the rack drives the gear to rotate so as to drive the support beams to rotate through the rotating shaft, so that workpieces in the frame body are conveyed to the discharging disc, the discharging disc can effectively improve the collecting, and then realize the action of unloading to the work piece automatically, improve degree of automation, reduce manual operation, improve production efficiency.

Background
Hot galvanizing, also called hot dip galvanizing and hot dip galvanizing, is a process technology for obtaining a coating by immersing metals such as steel, stainless steel, cast iron and the like into molten liquid metal or alloy, and hot galvanizing is an effective metal corrosion prevention mode, is mainly used on metal structure facilities of various industries, and plays an inestimable and irreplaceable role in corrosion reduction, life extension, energy saving and material saving of steel parts. At present, most hot galvanizing production in China is still in a manual operation stage, the production efficiency is low, and chemical gases generated in the galvanizing process can cause irreversible influence on the health of workers and seriously harm the life safety of the operators, wherein the unloading operation is carried out on workpieces which are subjected to hot galvanizing treatment, but the existing unloading operation is usually finished manually, no automatic equipment is used for assisting unloading, and the production efficiency of a hot galvanizing production line is reduced.

In view of the above, the technical problems to be solved by the present invention are: how to improve hot-galvanize production line discharge apparatus's degree of automation, guarantee the mobility stability of manipulator in vertical side, improve hot-galvanize's production efficiency.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a discharging apparatus for a hot dip galvanizing production line, including a machine body 10, a support frame 20, a lifting driving unit 30, and a discharging tray 40.
The machine body 10 comprises upright posts 11, feet 12 and fixing plates 13, wherein the upright posts 11 are fixedly arranged on the feet 12, and the fixing plates 13 are fixedly connected between the upright posts 11.
The support frame body 20 comprises support beams 21, a frame body is connected between the support beams 21, a feeding tray 22 is arranged on the support beams 21, and the feeding tray 22 is perpendicular to the support beams 21.
The lifting driving unit 30 includes a cylinder 31, a rack 32, a gear 33 and a connecting rod 34, the cylinder 31 is fixed on the column 11 along the vertical direction, the cylinder 31 is fixedly connected on the column 11 through a support 14, an output end of the cylinder 31 is fixedly connected with the rack 32, the rack 32 is driven by the cylinder 31 to move along the vertical direction, the gear 33 is rotatably connected on a rotating shaft 36 seat 35 arranged on the fixing plate 13, the gear 33 is fixedly connected with a rotating shaft 36 arranged on the rotating shaft seat 35, the rotating shaft 36 can rotate relative to the rotating shaft seat 35, the gear 33 is meshed with the rack 32 and is connected with the supporting beam 21 through the connecting rod 34.
The discharging tray 40 and the gear 33 are positioned on one side of the rack 32, the frame body connected by the support beam 21 is positioned on the other side of the rack 32, two ends of the support beam 21 are positioned on two sides of the rack 32, the rack 32 is driven by the air cylinder 31 to move in the vertical direction, the gear 33 is driven by the rack 32 to rotate so as to drive the support beam 21 to rotate through the rotating shaft 36, and therefore the workpieces in the frame body are conveyed to the discharging tray 40.
The discharging tray 40 comprises supporting legs 41, a conveying plate 42 and side plates 43 arranged on the conveying plate 42, the supporting legs 41 are fixedly connected with the conveying plate 42, the conveying plate 42 is obliquely arranged, an included angle between the conveying plate 42 and the horizontal direction is 30-60 degrees, the obliquely arranged conveying plate 42 can ensure that workpieces can be automatically conveyed downwards, and the workpieces are prevented from sliding downwards at an excessive speed to scratch the surfaces of the workpieces.
The side plates 43 are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying plate 42, the size between two ends of the side plates 43 above the conveying plate is larger than the size between two ends of the side plates 43 below the conveying plate, namely the side plates 43 are arranged in a V shape, the collection of workpieces is completed below the side plates 43, the collection of transverse space is limited, and the working efficiency is improved.
The conveying plate 42 is vertically provided with the material guiding columns 44, the material guiding columns 44 are positioned between the side plates 43 and are arranged below the conveying plate 42, the size of the material guiding columns 44, which is 200-400mm away from the lower part of the conveying plate 42, is likely to be just clamped between the side plates 43 arranged in a V shape because the workpieces are rod-shaped, and the material guiding columns 44 are arranged between the side plates 43 and close to the lower part of the conveying plate 42, so that the workpieces can rotate under the action of gravity when touching the material guiding columns 44 and are conveyed through the lower part of the conveying plate 42, the workpieces are prevented from moving transversely and are directly clamped between the side plates 43, the unloading collection is influenced, and the working efficiency is reduced.
Illustratively, the rack 32 moves upward under the driving of the cylinder 31, and the gear 33 engaged with the rack 32 rotates clockwise, which in turn drives the rotating shaft 36 to rotate clockwise, thereby driving the connecting rod 34 and the supporting beam 21 to rotate to overturn and unload the workpiece from the frame onto the unloading tray 40, and completing the unloading action.
