本发明公开了一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置,包括气流干燥机风管,所述的风管下端管路上连接有加速热风机,所述的加速热风机上方设有下端半径大上端半径小的加速管路,所述的加速管路上方设有圆环形管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中间位置处设有撞击管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中心位置处与撞击管路连通且下端中心位置处与加速管路连通,所述的撞击管路上方连通有出料管,所述的撞击管路两侧的圆环形管路上均套装有紧固套筒,所述的紧固套筒后方通过连杆连接到机架板上,所述的撞击管路后侧面包裹有弧形减震托板。该装置可以把风管中粘结成团的淀粉对撞冲散,形成颗粒,使得淀粉颗粒在风管中分布更加均匀,受热更好,提高后续产品的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及木薯淀粉加工设备技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置。
背景技术
木薯淀粉加工工艺中,一般包括原料输送、清洗、破碎、筛分、分离、脱水干燥等步骤,其中在脱水干燥过程中,淀粉从气流干燥机的风管出来后,部分会粘结成团,在风管中难以分离,对后续加工产品的质量造成影响,需要设计相应的风管结构,解决淀粉粘结成团的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置,该装置可以把风管中粘结成团的淀粉对撞冲散,形成颗粒,使得淀粉颗粒在风管中分布更加均匀,受热更好,提高后续产品的质量。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置,包括气流干燥机风管,所述的风管下端管路上连接有加速热风机,所述的加速热风机上方设有下端半径大上端半径小的加速管路,所述的加速管路上方设有圆环形管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中间位置处设有撞击管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中心位置处与撞击管路连通且下端中心位置处与加速管路连通,所述的撞击管路上方连通有出料管,所述的撞击管路两侧的圆环形管路上均套装有紧固套筒,所述的紧固套筒后方通过连杆连接到机架板上,所述的撞击管路后侧面包裹有弧形减震托板,所述的弧形减震托板通过弹簧减震杆连接在机架板上。
进一步,所述的撞击管路为圆球状。
进一步,所述的加速热风机外接控制面板和电源。
进一步,所述的弧形减震托板采用耐高温材料。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过设置圆环形管路和加速热风机,将风管中的粘结淀粉团分别引向两侧加速,加速后的粘结淀粉团在撞击管路中进行相互撞击,使得淀粉团破碎成淀粉颗粒,继续向上引出,使得淀粉颗粒在风管中分布更加均匀,受热更好,提高后续产品的质量。

为了使发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示,一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置,包括气流干燥机风管1,风管1下端管路上连接有加速热风机2,加速热风机2上方设有下端半径大上端半径小的加速管路3,加速管路3上方设有圆环形管路4,圆环形管路4上端中间位置处设有撞击管路5,圆环形管路4上端中心位置处与撞击管路5连通且下端中心位置处与加速管路3连通,撞击管路5上方连通有出料管11,撞击管路5两侧的圆环形管路4上均套装有紧固套筒6,紧固套筒6后方通过连杆7连接到机架板10上,撞击管路5后侧面包裹有弧形减震托板8,弧形减震托板8通过弹簧减震杆9连接在机架板10上,撞击管路5为圆球状,加速热风机2外接控制面板和电源,弧形减震托板8采用耐高温材料。
实际使用时,淀粉颗粒和粘结成团的淀粉从风管1中向上运动,通过加速热风机2提供动力加速,再经过加速管路3加速后进入到圆环形管路4内部,分别从圆环形管路4两侧环绕向上运动,最终两侧淀粉团在撞击管路5中相遇并进行撞击,使得淀粉团破碎成颗粒,过程中紧固套筒6可以保证圆环形管路4的稳定安全性,同时弹簧减震杆9可以消能撞击管路5中产生的震动。

1.一种气流干燥对冲匀料装置,包括气流干燥机风管,其特征在于:所述的风管下端管路上连接有加速热风机,所述的加速热风机上方设有下端半径大上端半径小的加速管路,所述的加速管路上方设有圆环形管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中间位置处设有撞击管路,所述的圆环形管路上端中心位置处与撞击管路连通且下端中心位置处与加速管路连通,所述的撞击管路上方连通有出料管,所述的撞击管路两侧的圆环形管路上均套装有紧固套筒,所述的紧固套筒后方通过连杆连接到机架板上,所述的撞击管路后侧面包裹有弧形减震托板,所述的弧形减震托板通过弹簧减震杆连接在机架板上。
