When a patient generates a large extrusion force on the protective roller 303 at one side of the bed body 100, the railing 301 at the side drives the corresponding first support plate 201 to move upwards, and the second conductive contact 403 arranged at the end of the first support plate 201 is contacted with the first conductive contact 402 on the first slide rail 101; when the first conductive contact 402 and the second conductive contact 403 are in contact, the audible and visual alarm 401 is in a closed state, and at this time, an audible and visual alarm can be sent out. Therefore, the nursing staff or nursing family members can be prompted, so that the nursing staff or the nursing family members can timely care the patient, and the situation that the patient is in an abnormal position for a long time and choking occurs is avoided. Here, a parallel circuit as shown in fig. 6 is used among the audible and visual alarm 401, the first conductive contact 402, the second conductive contact 403, and the power supply. In another embodiment, when the two first conductive contacts 402 are respectively disposed on the first sliding rail 101 and the second sliding rail on the same side of the bed body 100, and the two second conductive contacts 403 are correspondingly disposed at two ends of the first supporting plate 201 on the same side, the two first conductive contacts 402 on the same side are connected in series and connected in parallel with the first conductive contacts 402 disposed on the other side of the bed body 100.

the guardrail assembly comprises a first sliding rail, a second sliding rail, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate; one ends of the first support plate and the second support plate are slidably mounted on the first slide rail, the other ends of the first support plate and the second support plate are slidably mounted on the second slide rail, and limiting mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the second support plate and used for limiting the guardrail assembly on the first slide rail and the second slide rail; a plurality of tension springs are connected between the first support plate and the second support plate;
the buffer assembly comprises a plurality of railings, a plurality of first connecting rods, a plurality of protection rollers, a plurality of connecting frames and a second connecting rod; the protection roller is rotatably arranged on the connecting frame, one end of the railing is connected with the first supporting plate, the other end of the railing penetrates through the second supporting plate to be rotatably connected with one end of the first connecting rod, the other end of the first connecting rod is rotatably connected with the connecting frame, and the second connecting rod is connected with a plurality of connecting frames; at least two guide rods are arranged on the second connecting rod, and guide holes capable of being inserted into the guide rods are formed in the second supporting plate; when the body of a patient contacts and presses the protective roller, the railing and the first supporting plate can be driven to move upwards through the first connecting rod;
the alarm assembly comprises a first conductive contact piece, a second conductive contact piece and an audible-visual alarm, wherein the first conductive contact piece is arranged on the first sliding rail and/or the second sliding rail, the second conductive contact piece is arranged at one end and/or two ends of the first supporting plate corresponding to the first conductive contact piece, and the audible-visual alarm is electrically connected with the first conductive contact piece.
2. The lift rail with cushioning and alert assembly of claim 1, wherein: the included angle between the railing and the first connecting rod is larger than 90 degrees.
3. The lift rail with cushioning and alert assembly of claim 2, wherein: the limiting mechanism comprises limiting holes and limiting pins, a plurality of limiting holes are uniformly formed in the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail respectively, and limiting holes are formed in two ends of the second supporting plate.
4. A lifting guardrail with a cushioning assembly and an alarm assembly as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the tension spring is sleeved on the railing.
5. A lifting guardrail with a cushioning assembly and an alarm assembly as set forth in claim 3, wherein: at least two screws are rotatably arranged on the second supporting plate, the upper ends of the screws penetrate through the first supporting plate, screw sleeves are sleeved on the screws, the screw sleeves are located below the first supporting plate, and the screw sleeves can control lifting of the first supporting plate.
6. A lifting guardrail with a cushioning assembly and an alarm assembly as set forth in claim 3, wherein: the railing with be provided with the rotation connecting seat between the head rod and between the head rod with the link, the rotation connecting seat includes the connector and sets up the pivot on the connector.
7. The lift rail with cushioning and alert assembly of claim 1, wherein: the protection roller is made of flexible rubber.
8. The lift rail with cushioning and alert assembly of claim 1, wherein: the first support plate and the second support plate are of a door-shaped structure.
9. A barrier device comprising at least two lifting barriers according to any one of claims 7 to 8, at least two of said lifting barriers being disposed side by side.
10. A hospital bed comprising a bed body and the barrier device of claim 9 disposed on a side of the bed body.
