Referring to fig. 7, the locking mechanism 50 includes a lock base 51, a first lock body 52 disposed on the lock base 51, a second lock body 53 disposed on the first lock body 52, and a third lock body 54 connected to the lifting assembly, the third lock body 54 has a wedge surface 541, the wedge surface 541 abuts against the second lock body 53, the inner wall of the fixed upright post 11 has a lock hole 111, and the first lock body 52 can be inserted into the lock hole 111 or removed from the lock hole 111. With continued reference to fig. 5 and 6, the pulling assembly is connected between the switch body 41 and the locking mechanism 50 for transmitting a driving force applied to the switch body 41 for unlocking or locking. In some embodiments, the lifting assembly includes a mounting plate 42 disposed inside the crossbar body 20, a guiding post 43 disposed on the mounting plate 42, a driving rod 44 slidably disposed on the guiding post 43, and a lifting rod 45 connected to the driving rod 44, wherein the lifting rod 45 is connected to the third latch 54, and the driving rod 44 is further connected to the switch body 41. The mounting plate 42 is used for mounting and fixing the guide posts 43 on the inner wall of the cross bar body 20, and the guide posts 43 are vertically arranged. The driving rod 44 is connected with the buckle plate of the switch body 41, when the switch body 41 is pressed downwards, the driving rod 44 slides downwards along the guide post 43, and the driving rod 44 further can drive the lifting rod 45 to move so as to draw the third lock body 54 to move upwards, so that the first lock body 52 can be separated from the lock hole 111, and the unlocking of the lifting upright post 13 and the fixed upright post 11 is realized. It can be understood that the guide column 43 plays a role in guiding and limiting the lifting movement of the switch body 41.
Specifically, when the buckle plate is pressed downwards, the buckle plate can drive the lifting rod 45 to move transversely, the lifting rod 45 further pulls the third lock body 54 to move vertically upwards, because the wedge surface 541 on the third lock body 54 is abutted against the second lock body 53, in the process of moving upwards along with the third lock body 54, the second lock body 53 can be pushed by the wedge surface 541 to move backwards (i.e. move leftwards in fig. 7), the second lock body 53 synchronously drives the first lock body 52 to move backwards, the first lock body 52 is disengaged from the lock hole 111, and the lifting upright post 13 and the fixed upright post 11 are unlocked, so that the cross rod body 20, the baffle plate 14, the lifting upright post 13 and other components can descend under the self weight, and the purpose of retracting the lifting guardrail 10 is achieved.
In particular, in order to reduce the contact friction resistance between the second lock body 53 and the third lock body 54, when the third lock body 54 is driven to move upwards, the wedge surface 541 can more easily drive the second lock body 53 and the first lock body 52 to move for unlocking. In some embodiments, the second lock body 53 is provided with an arc surface portion, and the arc surface portion abuts against the wedge surface 541. At this time, the arc surface portion is in line contact with the wedge surface 541, the contact area is small, and further, under the frictional resistance during the relative movement, the driving response speed of the third lock body 54 to the first lock body 52 can be ensured to be high, and the third lock body is smoother.
The wedge surface 541 is inclined in a direction from the third lock body 54 to the lock holder 51, and is inclined downward from the upper right to the lower left.
Of course, it should be noted that, in other embodiments, other unlocking mechanisms in the prior art may also be used, as long as the first lock body 52 can be driven to be disengaged from the lock hole 111.
It should be noted that the second lock 53 may have any structural shape, and the arc surface portion is an outer convex arc surface structure formed by the contact portion of the second lock 53 and the third lock 54. Alternatively, the second lock body 53 may be directly configured as a cylinder, and the arc surface refers to an outer cylindrical surface of the cylinder.
In addition, it should be further noted that, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, preferably, two sets of the fixed columns 11, the lifting columns 13, the connecting rods 30, the locking mechanisms 50 and the pulling assemblies are respectively assembled and connected in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two sets of the fixed columns 11, the lifting columns 13, the connecting rods 30, the locking mechanisms 50 and the pulling assemblies are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the cross bar body 20. So not only can guarantee to support fixedly more firm to horizontal pole body 20 and baffle 14, can avoid simultaneously that lifting column 13 leads to the fact the card to die toward one side skew because of the focus skew when moving, influences lifting guardrail 10 normal use and experiences.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7, as mentioned above, the purpose of lowering the lifting columns 13 is to lower the height of the lifting fence 10 to facilitate the patient to get on or off the bed, and the baffle 14 is hidden inside the decorative plate 12 to avoid the patient from making an uncomfortable psychological hint to the patient and affecting the physical and mental health recovery. In order to enable the first lock body 52 to be quickly and reliably inserted into the lock hole 111 again during the lifting process of the lifting column 13, in some embodiments, the locking mechanism 50 further includes a first elastic resetting member 55, the first elastic resetting member 55 is connected between the lock seat 51 and the first lock body 52, and the direction of the telescopic deformation of the first elastic resetting member 55 is parallel to the moving direction of the first lock body 52. It will be appreciated that when the third latch body 54 drives the first latch body 52 back, the first resilient return member is compressed and continues to remain compressed by the abutment of the wedge surface 541 with the second latch body 53. When the lifting upright post 13 needs to be lifted, the switch body 41 is firstly lifted, at this time, the lifting rod 45 pushes and presses the third lock body 54 downwards, the third lock body 54 gradually falls downwards, the wedge surface 541 gradually loses the abutting constraint on the second lock body 53, so the first elastic resetting piece 55 extends and resets under the action of the self elastic force to push the first lock body 52 to move forwards until being inserted into the lock hole 111, the lifting upright post 13 and the fixed upright post 11 are locked again, and the lifting upright post 13 can carry the cross bar body 20 and the baffle 14 to be reliably stopped at the preset height position together, thereby exerting the lateral blocking and protecting effect.
Alternatively, the first elastic restoring member 55 may be, but is not limited to, a spring, an elastic column, an elastic sheet, etc.
Further, in order to reduce the force applied by the patient to operate the switch body 41, the operation experience is improved, and the third lock body 54 is more easily lowered and reset. In some embodiments, the locking mechanism 50 further includes a second elastic restoring member 56 and a mounting member 57, one end of the second elastic restoring member 56 is connected to the third lock body 54, the other end of the second elastic restoring member 56 is connected to the mounting member 57, the mounting member 57 is further connected to the lock base 51, and the direction of the expansion and contraction deformation of the second elastic restoring member 56 is parallel to the moving direction of the third lock body 54. Alternatively, the second elastic return element 56 is a tension spring and the corresponding mounting element 57 is a tension spring mounting. When the switch body 41 is pressed to move the third lock body 54 upwards, the tension spring is stretched to be lengthened; when the switch body 41 is pulled, the third lock 54 tends to fall down, so that the third lock can fall down more quickly under the action of the rebounding pulling force of the second elastic reset piece 56, thereby saving the force of the patient for pulling the switch body 41.
Further, in some embodiments, the pulling assembly further includes a third elastic restoring member 46, the third elastic restoring member 46 is sleeved on the guide post 43, and two ends of the third elastic restoring member 46 abut against the driving rod 44 and the mounting plate 42, respectively. The optional third elastic restoring member 46 is a spring, and when the switch body 41 is pressed down, the third elastic restoring member 46 is compressed; and when needing switch body 41 to make lift stand 13 rise and reset, third elasticity piece 46 that resets can export the elastic force to switch body 41, makes patient more laborsaving just can carry pull switch body 41 to remove, does benefit to promote the operation and experiences.
In addition, the end of the driving rod 44 is provided with a first rotating shaft 441, two ends of the lifting rod 45 are respectively provided with a first sliding hole 451 and a second sliding hole 452, the first rotating shaft 441 is inserted into the first sliding hole 451, the inside of the cross rod body 20 is provided with a second rotating shaft 21, the middle of the lifting rod 45 is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft 21, the locking mechanism 50 further includes a connecting shaft 58, one end of the connecting shaft 58 is connected with the third lock body 54, the other end of the connecting shaft 58 is provided with a third rotating shaft 581, and the third rotating shaft 581 is inserted into the second sliding hole 452. Specifically, the first slide hole 451 and the second slide hole 452 are both oblong holes, and the first rotating shaft 441 and the third rotating shaft 581 have a certain moving stroke, so that the third lock body 54 is biased by the lifting lever 45 when the switch body 41 is pushed or pulled. Moreover, since the middle of the lifting rod 45 is rotatably connected to the fixed second rotating shaft 21, the second rotating shaft 21 can form a rotating fulcrum at this time, and no matter the switch body 41 is pressed downward or lifted upward, the lifting rod 45 can swing with the second rotating shaft 21 as the fulcrum, so as to lift the third lock body 54 upward or press the third lock body 54 downward, so that the locking mechanism 50 can be flexibly switched between the unlocking state and the locking state, that is, the switch body 41 is pressed downward, one end of the lifting rod 45 connected to the first rotating shaft 441 swings downward, and one end of the lifting rod 45 connected to the third rotating shaft 581 swings upward, and at this time, the third lock body 54 is lifted upward, thereby completing unlocking; on the contrary, when the switch body 41 is pulled upward, the end of the pull rod 45 connected to the first rotating shaft 441 swings upward, and the end connected to the third rotating shaft 581 swings downward, and at this time, the third latch 54 is pressed downward, thereby completing the locking. Compared with the link mechanism in the prior art, the swing mechanism requires smaller working space, has higher reliability and requires smaller applied driving force.
In order to achieve one of the embodiments, the guardrail apparatus further comprises a guide rail 60 and a sliding block 70 slidably mounted on the guide rail 60, wherein the lock base 51 is connected with the sliding block 70. Through being connected lock seat 51 with slider 70, slider 70 slides on guide rail 60 goes up and down, can play support and guide effect to the lift removal of lift stand 13, guarantees that lift stand 13 removes more stably.

Claims (14)

1. A lifting fence, characterized in that, the lifting fence includes:

the lifting upright post is arranged on the fixed upright post in a lifting sliding manner; and
the baffle is arranged on the lifting upright post, and when the lifting upright post slides and descends along the fixed upright post, the baffle synchronously descends along with the lifting upright post and is hidden inside the decorative plate; the lifting guardrail further comprises a switch mechanism and a locking mechanism, the switch mechanism comprises a switch body and a lifting component connected with the switch body, the locking mechanism comprises a lock seat, a first lock body arranged on the lock seat, a second lock body arranged on the first lock body and a third lock body connected with the lifting component, the third lock body is provided with a wedge surface, the wedge surface is abutted to the second lock body, the inner wall of the fixed stand column is provided with a lock hole, and the first lock body can be inserted into or separated from the lock hole.

The lifting guardrail of claim 1, further comprising a cross bar body and a connecting rod arranged at the end of the cross bar body, wherein the cross bar body is fixedly assembled with the lifting upright through the connecting rod, and the baffle plate is arranged at the bottom of the cross bar body and is in clearance fit with the fixed upright.
3. The lifting fence of claim 2, wherein the switch mechanism is disposed within the rail body, the locking mechanism is disposed within the lifting column, the switch mechanism is configured to control the locking mechanism to switch between a locked state and an unlocked state, and the locking mechanism is configured to lock or unlock the lifting column and the fixed column.
4. The lifting fence of claim 1, wherein the second lock body is provided with a cambered surface portion that abuts the wedge surface.

The lifting fence as claimed in claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a first elastic reset member, the first elastic reset member is connected between the lock seat and the first lock body, and the elastic deformation direction of the first elastic reset member is parallel to the moving direction of the first lock body.

The lifting guardrail according to claim 5, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a second elastic reset member and a mounting member, one end of the second elastic reset member is connected with the third lock body, the other end of the second elastic reset member is connected with the mounting member, the mounting member is further connected with the lock base, and the telescopic deformation direction of the second elastic reset member is parallel to the moving direction of the third lock body.

The lifting guardrail of claim 2, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a mounting plate disposed inside the cross bar body, a guide post disposed on the mounting plate, a driving rod slidably disposed on the guide post, and a lifting rod connected to the driving rod, the lifting rod is connected to the third lock body, and the driving rod is further connected to the switch body.
8. The lifting guardrail of claim 7, wherein the lifting assembly further comprises a third elastic return member, the third elastic return member is sleeved on the guide post, and two ends of the third elastic return member are respectively abutted to the driving rod and the mounting plate.
9. The lifting guardrail according to claim 7, wherein a first rotating shaft is disposed at an end of the driving rod, a first sliding hole and a second sliding hole are disposed at two ends of the lifting rod, the first rotating shaft is inserted into the first sliding hole, a second rotating shaft is disposed inside the cross rod body, a middle portion of the lifting rod is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft, the locking mechanism further comprises a connecting shaft, one end of the connecting shaft is connected with the third lock body, a third rotating shaft is disposed at the other end of the connecting shaft, and the third rotating shaft is inserted into the second sliding hole.
10. The lifting fence of claim 1, further comprising a rail and a block slidably mounted on the rail, wherein the lock housing is connected to the block.
11. The lifting fence of claim 1 further comprising a damper disposed at the bottom of the fixed post and adapted to abut the bottom of the lifting post.
12. The lifting fence as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixed post, the lifting post, the connecting rod, the locking mechanism and the lifting assembly are assembled and connected in a one-to-one correspondence, and two sets of the fixed post, the lifting post, the connecting rod, the locking mechanism and the lifting assembly are arranged at opposite ends of the rail body.
13. A barrier device comprising at least two lifting barriers according to any of claims 1 to 12, at least two of said lifting barriers being arranged side by side.
14. A nursing bed comprising a bed body and a barrier device as claimed in claim 13, said barrier device being provided on a side portion of said bed body.
