The care bed may be an electric care bed or a manual care bed. Taking an electric nursing bed as an example, the electric nursing bed generally has a plurality of auxiliary treatment functions, mainly including back lifting, leg bending, lifting, front and back tilting, left and right turning, defecation and the like. The nursing bed generally realizes special body positions through a multi-link mechanism, so that a user can have a rest more comfortably, and the sleeping quality is greatly improved. Some special positions have special effects on patient care, for example, the trendelenberg position can effectively improve the respiratory quality of a human body during sleeping.
The lifting function of the nursing bed can realize that the position of the bed body 80 is greatly reduced, and effectively avoids the old and the patients from being damaged by falling from the bed at night. The nursing bed is mainly composed of a bed body 80, a lifting guardrail 90 and a plurality of accessories. Specifically, the two pairs of lifting guardrails 90 are respectively installed at the left and right sides of the bed body 80. When the patient is normally bedridden, the lifting guardrail 90 keeps the stretching posture (refer to figure 1), thereby playing a role of lateral containment for the patient; when the patient needs to get on or off the bed, the lifting fence 90 can be retracted downward to clear the enclosure (see fig. 2) for the patient to get on or off the bed.
It will be appreciated that extension or retraction of the lifting barrier 90 may be accomplished automatically by mechanical means, or manually by manual means; the lifting guardrails 90 on the two sides can be selected or synchronously lifted or lowered when working; the concrete can be selected according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, a lifting fence 90 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a support column 10, a lifting column 20, a shielding mechanism 40 and an upper cross bar 50. Preferably, the support column 10, the lifting column 20, the first locking mechanism 30 and the second locking mechanism 52 are two and are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the upper cross bar 50 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. So not only can guarantee to support fixedly more anxious firm to upper portion horizontal pole 50 and sheltering from mechanism 40, can avoid simultaneously when the lift removes to cause the card to die toward one side incline because of the focus skew, influence lift guardrail 90 normal use and use experience.
In this embodiment, the supporting column 10 and the lifting column 20 are both hollow pipes with two ends penetrating through, and may be, for example, square pipes, round pipes, or special pipes. The shape of the lifting column 20 is matched with the shape of the inner cavity of the support column 10, but the maximum outer dimension is smaller than the inner cavity dimension of the support column 10, so as to ensure that the lifting column 20 can be nested in the support column 10 and can move smoothly in a lifting mode.
To ensure the aesthetic appearance of the product, the top end of the lifting column 20 is provided with an upper end cover. And a protective cover made of soft materials such as rubber is sleeved outside the upper end cover for protecting the safety of the patient.
The bottom end of the support column 10 is provided with a lower end cover to ensure stable standing and prevent external impurities, pests and the like from invading into the lifting guardrail 90 to cause damage to electrical components.
With reference to fig. 1 to 4, the lifting column 20 is movably connected to the supporting column 10 through a first locking mechanism 30, and when the first locking mechanism 30 is in an unlocked state, the lifting column 20 can descend relative to the supporting column 10 and be stored in the supporting column 10; the shielding mechanism 40 is connected with the lifting upright post 20; the upper cross bar 50 comprises
The upper cross bar 51 is movably connected with the lifting upright post 20 through the second locking mechanism 52, and when the second locking mechanism 52 is in an unlocking state, the upper cross bar 51 can descend relative to the lifting upright post 20 and is hidden inside the shielding mechanism 40.
In summary, the implementation of the technical solution of the present embodiment has the following beneficial effects: the lifting guardrail 90 of the scheme is applied to a nursing bed, is particularly arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the bed body 80, has lifting and stretching functions, and is convenient for enclosing a bedridden patient or getting on or off the bed. Particularly, when the lifting guardrail 90 is in the normal operating condition of extension, the first locking mechanism 30 and the second locking mechanism 52 are both in the locking condition at this moment, the lifting upright post 20 is located above the supporting upright post 10, the shielding mechanism 40 is located at the edge height position of the bed body 80, and the upper cross rod 50 is located at the top end of the lifting upright post 20 and can play a good enclosure protection role for the bedridden patient. When the patient needs to get out of the bed and the lifting guardrail 90 is retracted, the upper cross rod 51 can carry the second locking mechanism 52 to descend together under the action of the gravity of the patient only by operating the second locking mechanism 52 on the upper cross rod 50 to unlock; when the patient falls to a certain height, the second locking mechanism 52 further drives the first locking mechanism 30 to unlock, so that the lifting column 20 can also move downwards, and finally, a structural form that the lifting column 20 is stored in the supporting column 10 and the upper cross bar 50 is hidden in the inner side of the shielding mechanism 40 is formed, at the moment, the patient cannot observe the lifting column 20 and the upper cross bar 50 from the outside and only can see the shielding mechanism 40, and thus, the problem of protecting the patient can be solved
Even if the fence is exposed in the visual field of a patient after shrinkage and reduction, the fence can generate an unfriendly psychological hint for the patient and influence the problem that the patient recovers physical and mental health, thereby having better use performance and experience.
With continued reference to fig. 6, in one embodiment, the lifting fence 90 is manually operated to accomplish the lifting change. Specifically, two opposite side surfaces of the lifting upright post 20 are respectively provided with a first longitudinal sliding groove 21 and a locking hole, the second locking mechanism 52 includes a locking driving component 521, a first locking transmission component 522 and a second locking transmission component 523 which are respectively in driving connection with the locking driving component 521, a first lock body 524 connected with the first locking transmission component 522, and a second lock body 525 connected with the second locking transmission component 523, the first lock body 524 can be clamped into or disengaged from the corresponding locking hole, and the second lock body 525 can be clamped into or disengaged from the corresponding locking hole. Therefore, the first lock body 524 and the second lock body 525 are respectively clamped in the lock holes, so that the second locking mechanism 52 can enter and keep a locked state, and the upper cross rod 51 is ensured to be extended and positioned at the top end of the lifting upright post 20, thereby reliably enclosing the bedridden patient. When the upper cross rod 51 needs to be put down, the locking driving component 521 can synchronously pull the first locking transmission component 522 and the second locking transmission component 523 to approach each other only by operating the locking driving component 521; at this time, the first locking transmission component 522 can pull the first lock body 524 to retreat and be pulled out of the lock hole, and the second locking transmission component 523 can pull the second lock body 525 to retreat and be pulled out of the lock hole, so that the purpose of unlocking the second locking mechanism 52 is achieved. On the basis, the upper cross rod 51 can automatically fall under the self gravity due to the constraint release, namely the descending and the contraction of the lifting guardrail 90 are completed, so that the patient can conveniently get on or off the bed normally. The second locking mechanism 52 is simple in structure and composition, the force transmission path is short, the second locking mechanism 52 is fast to switch between the unlocking state and the locking state, and the operation experience is improved.

It can be understood that the driving handle 5213, the first link 5214, the second link 5215, the first slide bar 5222 and the second slide bar 5232 are assembled to form a link driving mechanism, which has the advantages of reliable driving, fast response speed, good use experience and small required installation space. Of course, in other embodiments, other prior art drive mechanisms may be used instead of the linkage drive mechanism, such as, but not limited to, a cable traction mechanism, a pulley block + compression spring mechanism, etc.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, further, the locking driving assembly 521 further includes a first elastic reset member 5216, and the first elastic reset member 5216 is sleeved on the guide rod 5212 and abuts between the mounting seat 5211 and the driving handle 5213. Optionally, the first resilient return 5216 is a spring, resilient post, or the like. Taking a spring as an example, when the driving handle 5213 is pressed to move down to unlock the second locking mechanism 52, the spring is compressed; when the upper cross rod 51 is pulled to move upwards for resetting, the driving handle 5213 can move upwards for resetting automatically under the action of the resilience force of the spring, the first connecting rod 5214, the second connecting rod 5215, the first locking transmission component 522 and the second locking transmission component 523 are pushed to extend towards two sides synchronously, the first lock body 524 and the second lock body 525 are finally pushed to be clamped into the clamping holes, the relative position of the upper cross rod 51 and the lifting upright post 20 is locked, and the lifting upright post 20 is kept to be restored to a surrounding state. This kind of automatic re-setting design of locking can promote user's simple operation degree and use greatly and experience.
In order to ensure that the lifting column 20 moves stably in the lifting direction relative to the support column 10 without being jammed by deflection, the second locking mechanism 52 further includes a first slider 526 and a second slider 527 respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the upper cross bar 51, and the first slider 526 and the second slider 527 can be respectively in sliding fit with the corresponding first longitudinal sliding grooves 21. The first sliding block 526 and the second sliding block 527 are respectively inserted into the corresponding first longitudinal sliding grooves 21 and can be matched with each other to form a guide structure, so that good guide, namely a limiting effect is achieved on the lifting movement of the upper cross rod 51, and the problem can be avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, the first sliding block 526 and the second sliding block 527 may be replaced by rollers, or the matching structure of the sliding block and the sliding chute may be replaced by other guiding mechanisms in the prior art, which also falls within the protection scope of the present application.
As described above, the first locking mechanism 30 is used to limit the relative movement relationship between the lifting column 20 and the support column 10, i.e. when the first locking mechanism 30 is locked, the lifting column 20 and the support column 10 can be ensured to be in an extending relationship, i.e. the lifting column 20 is ensured to have the best containment capability; when the first locking mechanism 30 is unlocked, the lifting column 20 and the support column 10 are in a relatively free relationship, and the lifting column 20 can freely move up and down.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, the first locking mechanism 30 includes a shift lever 31 rotatably disposed on the lifting column 20, specifically, the shift lever 31 is mounted on an inner wall of the lifting column 20 through a rotating shaft and can ensure good rotation. The shift lever 31 is provided with an abutting part 311 and a limiting clamping part 312, the abutting part 311 can abut against or be separated from the lifting upright post 20, the inner wall of the support upright post 10 is provided with a clamping groove, and the limiting clamping part 312 can be clamped with or separated from the clamping groove. When the lifting column 20 is locked by the shift lever 31, the shift lever 31 assumes an inclined posture, and the abutting portion 311 is supported at the bottom of the lifting column 20 at this time to bear the weight of the lifting column 20 and the upper cross bar 51; the position-limiting locking portion 312 is locked in the locking groove, and the shift lever 31 is pressed downward by the upper load and keeps force balance with the resisting force of the sidewall of the left support pillar 10, thereby ensuring that the first locking mechanism 30 enters and keeps a locking state.
Further, in an embodiment, the first locking mechanism 30 further includes a limit stop 313 disposed on the lifting column 20, and the shift lever 31 can abut against the limit stop 313. The limit stop lever 313 is arranged on the right side of the shift lever 31, and can assist the shift lever 31 to support a pressing load above the shift lever 31 through lateral support of the shift lever 31, so that structural strength and stability of the shift lever 31 in an inclined posture can be further guaranteed.
And the process of unlocking the first lock mechanism 30 is: with the unlocking of the second locking structure, the upper cross rod 51 automatically descends; when the movable shielding mechanism falls to a certain position, the first sliding block 526 and the second sliding block 527 respectively contact and push the corresponding shift lever 31 to turn outwards, so that the limiting clamping portion 312 gradually separates from the clamping groove, the stress balance state of the shift lever 31 is broken, at this time, only under the action of the gravity of the upper cross rod 51 and the lifting upright post 20, the upper cross rod 51 and the lifting upright post 20 further press the shielding mechanism 40, and the three continuously fall to the lower part of the supporting upright post 10 together, so that the complete descending and contracting actions are completed.
In this embodiment, the shift lever 31 is formed in a spoon-like structure. The round head big end is an abutting part 311, and the pointed cone small end is a limiting clamping part 312. The width (or thickness) from the round head big end to the pointed cone small end is gradually reduced, and the structural design can ensure that the deflector rod 31 has enough structural strength and prevent the deflector rod from being broken due to overlarge upper load. In addition, because the abutting portion 311 has an arc shape, the first slider 526 and the second slider 527 are more likely to be turned over when pushed against each other, and the occurrence of interference and jamming can be effectively avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, the shift lever 31 may be formed in other structural shapes, and is also within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to reduce the friction wear caused by frequent mutual movement for a long time, the first locking mechanism 30 further includes a bushing 315 disposed at the bottom end of the lifting column 20, and the bushing 315 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the supporting column 10. As can be appreciated, the bushing 315 is made of a wear resistant material.
With reference to fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 6, in an embodiment, the shielding mechanism 40 includes a middle cross bar 41, a baffle 42 disposed on the middle cross bar 41, and a third slider 43 and a fourth slider 44 respectively disposed at two opposite ends of the middle cross bar 41, wherein two opposite sides of the two supporting pillars 10 are respectively provided with a second longitudinal sliding slot 11, and the third slider 43 and the fourth slider 44 can respectively slidably fit with the corresponding second longitudinal sliding slot 11. The middle cross bar 41 and the baffle 42 are matched to form a middle enclosing structure, namely when the lifting guardrail 90 is in a normal use state, the middle cross bar 41 and the baffle 42 are positioned at the edge of the bed body 80, and the width of the baffle 42 is preferably larger than the thickness of the bed body 80, so that the falling of a patient in a sleeping posture from a hollow area below the upper cross bar 50 can be effectively avoided.
It should be noted that the dimensions of the shield 42 should at least be such that they are not less than the overall dimensions of the upper rail 50 to ensure that the retracted shield 42 is able to fully shield the upper rail 50 to eliminate the adverse effects of the exposure of the upper rail 50 to the patient.
Referring to fig. 8, the shielding mechanism 40 further includes a first limiting plate 45 disposed at the bottom end of the lifting column 20, and the two first limiting plates 45 are respectively received under the corresponding third sliding block 43 and the fourth sliding block 44. When the lifting guardrail 90 is in the normal use state of extension, the first limiting plate 45 can lift the third slider 43 and the fourth slider 44, namely, the lifting of the centering transverse rod 41 and the baffle 42 is fixed, and the shielding mechanism 40 is guaranteed to be stable in structure. When the upper cross bar 50 is lifted to restore the lifting guardrail 90 to the initial state, the upper cross bar 50 firstly moves upwards until each lock body is clamped into the corresponding lock hole; then, the upper cross rod 50 is further lifted upwards, the lifting upright post 20 moves upwards synchronously, and at the moment, the first limiting plate 45 can push the shielding mechanism 40 to move upwards synchronously so as to reset to the height position close to the edge of the bed body 80.
In the process of moving upwards and returning the above components, since the first locking mechanism 30 further includes a second elastic returning element 314, one end of the second elastic returning element 314 is connected to the shift lever 31, and the other end is connected to the inner wall of the lifting column 20. Optionally, the second elastic restoring member 314 is a torsion spring or similar elastic torsion member; when the first slider 526 and the second slider 527 fall to drive the poking rod 31 to rotate and unlock, the torsion spring is compressed and deformed; with the components moving up to a certain height, the shift lever 31 is disengaged from the constraints of the first slide block 526 and the second slide block 527, and can be automatically rotated and reset under the action of the elastic reset torsion of the torsion spring, so that the limiting clamping portion 312 is clamped into the clamping groove again, and the purpose of limiting the relative position of the lifting upright post 20 and the supporting upright post 10 is achieved.
In addition, the lifting guardrail 90 further comprises a shock-absorbing assembly disposed at the bottom of the support post 10, and the shock-absorbing assembly is used for buffering the shielding mechanism 40 and the upper cross bar 50 after descending. So that the damage and abnormal noise of the shielding mechanism 40 and the upper rail 50 due to the impact can be prevented from occurring when they fall down.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in an embodiment, the damping assembly includes an elastic supporting member 60 and a second limiting plate 70, wherein one end of the elastic supporting member 60 is disposed on the inner wall of the supporting column 10, and the other end is connected to the second limiting plate 70. Alternatively, the elastic top supporter 60 may be a spring, an elastic column, or the like having an elastic force. With the help of the elastic damping effect of the elastic supporting piece 60, the second limiting plate 70 can lift the middle cross bar 41, the upper cross bar 50, the lifting upright post 20 and other members to slowly fall and gradually stand still, so that the use performance and experience of the lifting guardrail 90 can be improved, and the service life can be ensured.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
