4.1 Results investigation time and method
And (3) after the second medicament treatment, 10 pots with uniform growth vigor are selected repeatedly by adopting an absolute value (number measurement) investigation method, and the number of single peanut pods is investigated. Peanut individual yield (pods) was investigated after 10 days of sun-drying.
4.2 statistical analysis of data
Based on the measurement results, the individual pod number increase rate and individual yield increase rate of the peanuts in different treatments were calculated. The theoretical inhibition (growth rate) E0 (e0=x+y-X Y/100) of each treatment mix combination was calculated by the method of goling to calculate each treatment mix combination, and then the combined effect of the two mixes on peanuts was evaluated as compared to the measured inhibition (growth rate) (E).
When the E-E0 value is more than 10%, the E-E0 value is less than-10%, the antagonism is realized, and the E-E0 value is the addition effect between-10% and 10%. And determining the optimal ratio according to the actual drug effect, the characteristics of the two medicaments, the balance of the formula and other factors.
Where X is the individual pod number increase rate when the choline chloride dose is P and Y is the individual pod number increase rate (individual yield increase rate) when the allantoin dose is Q.
