一种显示基板及显示装置。该显示基板包括：衬底基板(101)；多个发光器件(102)，位于衬底基板(101)之上；多个光敏器件(103)，位于多个发光器件(102)所在层与衬底基板(101)之间；各光敏器件(103)在衬底基板(101)上的正投影位于相邻发光器件(102)在衬底基板(101)上正投影的间隙处；多个色阻(104)和黑矩阵(105)；位于多个发光器件(102)所在层背离衬底基板(101)的一侧；黑矩阵(105)具有多个第一开口(O1)和多个第二开口(O2)；其中，多个色阻(104)对应设置在多个第一开口(O1)内，且覆盖多个发光器件(102)；多个第二开口(O2)在衬底基板(101)上的正投影与多个光敏器件(103)在衬底基板(101)上的正投影相互交叠。
