Abstract

一种旋转电机的故障诊断方法,包括:获取所述旋转电机沿振动方向的时域加速度信号,以及所述旋转电机的旋转周期(210);将所述时域加速度信号转换为时域速度信号,以所述旋转周期为步长沿所述时域速度信号截取出多个速度信号片段,依次排列所述多个速度信号片段得到速度信号矩阵(220);将所述速度信号矩阵转换成图像(230);将所述图像输入经训练的神经网络模型,获得故障诊断结果(240)。所述方法通过将速度信号矩阵转换成图像,并将图像输入经训练的神经网络模型,获得故障诊断结果,从而将故障诊断问题转换为图像识别问题,适用于面向图像的神经网络模型,提高了故障诊断的效率和准确率。
