Claims (10)
1. A radiation controlled zone personnel access safety interlock system, comprising:
the intelligent distribution cabinet comprises a central control computer, a plurality of intelligent distribution cabinets and a control area access control interlocking system;
each intelligent distribution cabinet is used for storing EPM, collecting personal information of workers and sending the personal information to the central control computer;
the central control computer is used for comparing and authenticating the received personal information with prestored personal information, and sending authority authentication information to the corresponding intelligent distribution cabinet when the information is matched;
the intelligent distribution cabinet automatically pops up a corresponding EPM after receiving the authority authentication information, and sends a door opening interlocking signal to the control area access control interlocking system after the EPM is taken out;
the interlocking door of the control area is automatically opened by the control area entrance guard interlocking system, so that a worker can safely enter the control area by wearing the EPM.
2. A radiation control area personnel access safety interlock system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a central control management system is provided on said central control computer, said central control management system including an information entry module, an information authentication module, an information binding module, an intelligent distribution cabinet management module and a personal information database;
the information input module is used for recording face information, fingerprint information, IC card information, authority information entering different control areas, personal access condition information and personal accumulated dose information of workers and storing all the information into the personal information database;
the information authentication module is used for matching the personal information acquired by the intelligent distribution cabinet with the personal information in the personal information database, and when the information is matched, the information authentication module sends authority authentication information to the information binding module and the intelligent distribution cabinet management module, and meanwhile, the information of the access condition of corresponding staff in the personal information database is updated;
the intelligent distribution cabinet management module is used for managing and monitoring the running state of each intelligent distribution cabinet and the EPM in the intelligent distribution cabinet, and sending the EPM number to be popped to the information binding module after receiving the authority authentication information;
the information binding module is used for binding personal information of workers with EPM number information and sending the information to the intelligent distribution cabinet to automatically pop up the EPM.

A radiation-controlled zone personnel access safety interlock system as in claim 1, wherein said intelligent dispensing cabinet includes an identification module, a display interaction module, an indicator light and control button module integrally disposed on a surface of said intelligent dispensing cabinet and a plurality of EPM compartments, a communication control module and a power module integrally disposed within said intelligent dispensing cabinet;
the identity recognition module is used for collecting personal information of workers and sending the personal information to the central control computer through the communication control module;
the display interaction module is used as a local interaction window and is used for displaying information of the intelligent distribution cabinet, setting local parameters of the intelligent distribution cabinet and locally displaying personnel entrance and exit condition information;
the indicating lamp and control key module is used for displaying the running state of the intelligent distribution cabinet, and plays roles of prompting the flow state and confirming the operation;
each EPM cabin is used for storing, reading information, charging and borrowing and popping EPMs;
the communication control module is used for receiving the personal information collected by the identity recognition module and sending the personal information to the central control computer for authority authentication, controlling the EPM cabin to borrow and pop up EPM according to authority authentication information returned by the central control computer, and sending a door opening interlocking signal to the control area interlocking access control system after the EPM is taken out;
the power module is used for supplying power for each module in the intelligent distribution cabinet.
4. A radiation-controlled access safety interlock system as in claim 3, wherein said identification module comprises a face recognizer, a fingerprint recognizer and an IC card recognizer for collecting face information, fingerprint information and IC card information of the worker respectively.
5. The personnel access safety interlock system of claim 3, wherein said display interaction module comprises a display screen and a touch pad, said display screen is used for locally displaying information of the intelligent distribution cabinet and personnel access information according to information sent by the communication control module; the touch control board is used for carrying out local parameter setting on the intelligent distribution cabinet and sending corresponding information to the central controller through the communication control module.

A radiation control zone personnel access safety interlock system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said communication control module comprises a communication module and a control module, said communication module for communicating with said EPM module, central control computer and control zone interlock access system; the control module is used for processing the received data.
7. The system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the communications module incorporates RJ45, RS485, wireless communications and I/O output modules.
8. A radiation controlled personnel access safety interlock system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said intelligent dispensing cabinet further comprises a radiation dose reading module for reading personal dose data after the staff resets the EPM and uploading the data to said central control computer via said communication control module for data update.
9. A radiation controlled zone personnel access safety interlock system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said EPM employs a portable wearable ionizing radiation monitoring device.
10. A radiation control area personnel access safety interlocking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the intelligent distribution cabinet sends the collected personal information to the central control computer;
the central control computer compares the received personal information with the prestored personal information for authentication, and sends authority authentication information to the corresponding intelligent distribution cabinet when the information is matched;
the intelligent distribution cabinet automatically pops up the corresponding EPM after receiving the authority authentication information, and sends a door opening interlocking signal to the control area access interlocking system after the EPM is taken out;
the control area entrance guard interlocking system automatically opens an interlocking door corresponding to the control area according to the received door opening interlocking signal, and a worker wears the EPM to safely enter the control area;
after the work is finished, the EPM is inserted back to the intelligent distribution cabinet, and the intelligent distribution cabinet automatically reads the personal accumulated dose data and uploads the data to the central control computer for information updating.
