An intelligent industrial safety lock according to claim 1, wherein: the personal IC card internally stores company identification information, employee ID codes, employee authority information and IC card proprietary encrypted data information; the authority information of the employee is divided into operable, access-allowed and registration-only; the operable authority is the highest authority, so that when the automatic equipment runs, unlocking operation can be applied, and the automatic equipment is stopped; the access permission authority is a medium authority, and the unlocking operation and access are allowed to be applied only when the automatic equipment stops; the registration authority is the lowest authority, and the registration authority can only be used as a companioner, and only enjoys the authority of entering registration and withdrawing logout along with the entrance of an operator.

An intelligent industrial safety lock according to claim 1, wherein: the first system control board can acquire the information of the personal IC card through an IC card reader and make an action of unlocking the safety door; the first system control board can register and cancel personal IC card information swiped by personnel during entrance and evacuation; and the first system control board informs the locking actuator to output a signal for controlling the operation of the automation equipment only after all information registered by the person brushing the personal IC card is evacuated and logged out.

An intelligent industrial safety lock according to claim 1, wherein: the locking actuator monitors the working state of the automation equipment through the state access interface; the locking actuator can identify whether an instruction for controlling the automatic equipment is successfully executed or not by monitoring the working state of the automatic equipment, immediately output a forced stop signal once a signal for stopping the automatic equipment is found not to be executed, forcibly stop the automatic equipment and output fault information and a fault state message to the controller through the second communication interface; once the signal for outputting and operating the automation equipment is found not to be executed, outputting a signal for stopping the automation equipment, and sending a message of 'fault information and fault state' to the controller through the second communication interface; the controller displays the fault information and outputs voice through the display device and the loudspeaker to remind an operator, closed-loop control is achieved, and safety accidents caused by failure of the safety lock and abnormal circuits are avoided.
