The infrared monitoring and alarming device for the high-end equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the infrared detector group (002) is composed of a plurality of passive infrared detectors, and the detection ranges covered by the passive infrared detectors are matched with the outer protective fence (102).
8. The infrared monitoring and alarming device for the high-end equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the infrared detector group (002) is electrically connected with the detection connecting module, and the detection module is electrically connected with the central control unit.

The infrared monitoring and alarming device for the high-end equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the central control unit is electrically connected with the lock cylinder identification module, and the lock cylinder identification module is electrically connected with the intelligent electronic lock (104).
10. The infrared monitoring and alarming device for the high-end equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the central control unit is electrically connected with a second wireless module, and the second wireless module is connected with an alarm (006) through a wireless signal.
