As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the circular rods 12 are rotatably connected to the inner surface of the bottom of the through groove 46 at the side close to the cylinder 43.
During operation, when the filter screen 42 is replaced, the filter screen 42 will rub against the inner surface of the through groove 46, so that the filter screen 42 is easy to damage, and the round rod 12 is connected to the inner surface of the through groove 46 in a rotating manner, so that rolling friction is generated between the filter screen 42 and the round rod 12, and the friction resistance is small, so that the filter screen 42 is prevented from being damaged.
