背景技术
当前阶段,我国面临臭氧污染的压力,特别是在夏季,臭氧已成为影响部分城市空气质量的重要因素,京津冀及周边地区、长三角地区、汾渭平原、苏皖鲁豫交界地区等区域尤为突出。VOCs是形成臭氧的重要前体物,大量存在于企业原辅材料或产品中,大部分易燃易爆,部分属于有毒有害物质,加强VOC治理是现阶段控制臭氧污染的有效途径,也是帮助企业实现节约资源、提高效益、减少安全隐患的有力手段。
推动低(无)VOC原材料生产和替代,势在必行。开发一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料及其制备方法和喷涂工艺,对于控制VOC治理有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,另一方面还提供其制备方法和喷涂工艺,其VOC含量低、低温固化时间短,可用于冬季施工。
本发明用于解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体55-80份、消泡剂1.5-2.5份、抗氧剂3-5份、防腐剂2-5份、填料2-20份、增稠剂0.1-1份、流平剂1-10份,去离子水20-30份。
进一步的,所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份、水性聚氨酯树脂45-60份、乳化剂1-10份、引发剂2-10份、流平剂2-3份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至42-49℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度55~85℃,滴加时间为2~5h,滴加完成后,继续升温至85-90℃,保温20-60min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至30~50℃,调节PH至7~8,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
进一步的,所述水性聚氨酯树脂为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯共聚得到的聚合物。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为K12与聚环氧乙烷。
进一步的,所述引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢与过硫酸铵,重量比叔丁基过氧化氢:过硫酸铵=1:(0.5-1)。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、TEGO845中的至少一种;
其中丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷是指在一定的反应条件下,采用丙烯酸树脂与聚硅氧烷通过接枝聚合制备而成的具有优良的耐热、耐寒、耐紫外线、抗老化性、耐酸碱性及耐溶剂性能优异的聚硅氧烷。

进一步的,所述流平剂为全氟辛酸钠和全氟辛基磺酸钠。
本发明还提供一种所述低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料加入研磨机,并加入去离子水,进行混合搅拌并研磨,研磨成浆料备用;
(2)将(1)中的浆料倒入反应器,同时在反应器中加入丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯分散体,继续搅拌均匀得到半成品;
(3)最后在半成品中加入增稠剂、消泡剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂、流平剂进行分散调整,制得低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料。
进一步的,所述涂料的喷涂工艺通常包含以下步骤
1)基层处理、填补缝隙、局部刮腻子、磨平:局部刮腻子干燥后,用0-2号砂纸人工或者机械打磨平整;手工磨平应保证平整度,机械打磨严禁用力按压,以免电机过载受损;打磨后的底层应面平、线直、角方;
2)喷涂底层涂料;
3)面层喷涂:涂料的稠度应加以控制,使其在施涂时不流坠,不显刷纹,其施工环境及用量应按照产品使用要求进行;使用前应搅拌均匀,在4-8小时内用完;大面积的外墙喷涂料工程施工,应在建筑物的每个立面自上而下,自左向右进行,如涂料干燥快,应少配快喷,接槎最好在分格缝处。采用喷涂时,应控制涂料稠度和喷枪的压力,保持涂层厚薄均匀,不露底、不流坠,色泽均匀,确保涂层的厚度;
对于干燥较快的涂饰材料,大面积涂刷时,应由多人配合操作,流水作业,顺同一方向喷涂,应处理好接槎部位,做到上下涂层接头无明显接槎部位,涂料干后颜色均匀一致;
4)第二遍面层喷涂:水性涂料的施工,后一遍涂料必须在前一遍涂料表干后进行;喷涂刷面为垂直面时,最后一道涂料由上向下喷涂。喷涂面为水平面时,最后一道涂料应按光线的照射方向喷涂。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
本发明公开一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料及其制备方法和喷涂工艺,相比于传统的喷涂涂料,以水作溶剂,节省大量资源;消除了施工时火灾危险性;极大的降低了VOC对大气污染;水性涂料在湿表面和潮湿环境中可以直接喷涂覆施工;对材质表面适应性好,涂层附着力强。涂装工具可用水清洗,采用丙烯酸酯制备是进行水性聚氨酯分散体改性,最大限度的发挥了丙烯酸酯与水性聚氨酯的协同效应。大大减少了挥发性有机溶剂的使用,而且提高了改性后涂料的应用领域,改变了原来只能手工涂刷,不能喷涂的现状,极大的提高了施工效率,从而有力的降低了施工成本。并有效减少对施工人员的伤害。涂膜均匀、平整。展平性好;内腔、焊缝、棱角、棱边部位都能涂上一定厚度的涂膜,有很好的防护性。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细的说明,实施例仅是本发明的优选实施方式,不是对本发明的限定,不应将此理解为本发明上述主题范围仅限于以下实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明所保护的范围。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、设备和方法为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料实施例1-4的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料(硅微粉:云母粉:云母粉1:0.5:0.27复配)加入研磨机,并加入去离子水,进行混合搅拌并研磨,研磨成浆料备用;
(2)将(1)中的浆料倒入反应器,同时在反应器中加入丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯分散体,继续搅拌均匀得到半成品;
(3)最后在半成品中加入增稠剂(羟丙甲纤维素)、消泡剂(丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷)、抗氧剂(亚硫酸钠)、防腐剂(异噻唑啉酮类)、流平剂(全氟辛酸钠和全氟辛基磺酸钠按1:1复配)、乳化剂(K12与聚环氧乙烷按1:1复配)、进行分散调整,制得低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料。
实施例1:
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体55份、消泡剂1.5份、抗氧剂3份、防腐剂35份、填料8份、增稠剂0.5份、流平剂5份,去离子水25份。
其中,丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯12份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯8份、水性聚氨酯树脂52份、乳化剂7份、引发剂2.8份、流平剂2份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至42℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度55℃,滴加时间为4h,滴加完成后,继续升温至87℃,保温40min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至30℃,调节PH至7.5,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
实施例2:
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体65份、消泡剂2份、抗氧剂4份、防腐剂4份、填料8份、增稠剂0.5份、流平剂5份,去离子水25份。
其中,丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯15份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯12份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯7份、水性聚氨酯树脂55份、乳化剂9份、引发剂3.7份、流平剂2份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至49℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度65℃,滴加时间为4h,滴加完成后,继续升温至87℃,保温40min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至35℃,调节PH至8.5,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
实施例3:
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体80份、消泡剂2.5份、抗氧剂3份、防腐剂5份、填料10份、增稠剂1份、流平剂8份,去离子水25份。
其中,丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯10份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份、水性聚氨酯树脂46份、乳化剂7.5份、引发剂4.8份、流平剂2份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至49℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度70℃,滴加时间为4h,滴加完成后,继续升温至87℃,保温40min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至40℃,调节PH至8,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
实施例4:
一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体55份、消泡剂1.5份、抗氧剂3份、防腐剂35份、填料8份、增稠剂0.5份、流平剂5份,去离子水25份。
其中,丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备包括如下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯15份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯10份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯6份、水性聚氨酯树脂45份、乳化剂6.9份、引发剂4.6份、流平剂2份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至49℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度70℃,滴加时间为5h,滴加完成后,继续升温至87℃,保温40min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至40℃,调节PH至7.5,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
将实施例1-4制备的低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料用以下喷涂工艺喷涂:1)基层处理、填补缝隙、局部刮腻子、磨平:局部刮腻子干燥后,用1#砂纸人工或者机械打磨平整;
2)喷涂底层涂料;
3)面层喷涂:涂料的稠度应加以控制,使其在施涂时不流坠,不显刷纹;使用前应搅拌均匀,在4-8小时内用完;大面积的外墙喷涂料工程施工,应在建筑物的每个立面自上而下,自左向右进行,接槎最好在分格缝处;喷涂时,应控制涂料稠度和喷枪的压力,直至涂层厚薄均匀,不露底、不流坠,色泽均匀,确保涂层的厚度;
4)第二遍面层喷涂:在前一遍涂料表干后进行;喷涂刷面为垂直面时,最后一道涂料由上向下喷涂;喷涂面为水平面时,最后一道涂料应按光线的照射方向喷涂。
与对比例1市售的同类喷涂涂料进行VOC检测与低温固化时间的比较,结果如下表:
由上表可知,相比于市售产品,本发明公开的水性喷涂涂料具备较低的VOC及较低的固化温度,具有较好的环保与经济效益。

Claims (10)
1.一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体55-80份、消泡剂1.5-2.5份、抗氧剂3-5份、防腐剂2-5份、填料2-20份、增稠剂0.1-1份、流平剂1-10份,去离子水20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量份数计,称取丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯10-15份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-10份、水性聚氨酯树脂45-60份、乳化剂1-10份、引发剂2-10份、流平剂2-3份;
S2.将乳化剂、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及去离子水,所述去离子水的添加量为足以使其他物质溶解,加入反应釜后控制引发温度至42-49℃,滴加引发剂,同时控制聚合反应温度55~85℃,滴加时间为2~5h,滴加完成后,继续升温至85-90℃,保温20-60min,反应结束后再将反应物降温至30~50℃,调节PH至7~8,过滤即得所述丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯树脂分散体。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯树脂为聚醚多元醇和异氰酸酯共聚得到的聚合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为K12与聚环氧乙烷;所述引发剂为叔丁基过氧化氢与过硫酸铵,重量比叔丁基过氧化氢:过硫酸铵=1:(0.5-1)。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,所述流平剂为全氟辛酸钠和全氟辛基磺酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷、聚醚改性硅油、TEGO845中的至少一种;
所述填料为硫酸钡、硅微粉、云母粉中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙甲纤维素中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、硫代硫酸钠中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮类、苯并米唑酯类、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮中的至少一种。
9.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将填料加入研磨机,并加入去离子水,进行混合搅拌并研磨,研磨成浆料备用;
(2)将(1)中的浆料倒入反应器,同时在反应器中加入丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯分散体,继续搅拌均匀得到半成品;
(3)最后在半成品中加入增稠剂、消泡剂、抗氧剂、防腐剂、流平剂进行分散调整,制得低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料。
10.一种权利要求1-7任一项所述低VOC低温固化水性喷涂涂料的喷涂工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
