step six: after the wastewater treatment is completed, the sleeving outer frame 2 is detached from the support platform 1, then harmful pollutants with moisture burnt in the heating water pool 21 are cleaned, the garbage burnt in the combustion bin 16 is changed into ash, the ash falls into the ash receiving box 20 through the gap between the supporting steel bars 30 and is collected, the ash receiving box 20 is taken out, and the collected ash is used as an auxiliary material for cement or brick preparation production.

Claims (10)
1. A kitchen waste wastewater treatment device comprises a support stand (1), wherein a sleeved outer frame (2) is installed at the upper end of the support stand (1), an extension seat plate (8) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the sleeved outer frame (2), the extension seat plate (8) and the sleeved outer frame (2) are integrally formed, and a steam pump (9) is installed at the upper end of the extension seat plate (8);

the inner connecting carrying frame (5) is installed inside the pretreatment frame (4), a lining bottom groove (28) is formed in the bottom of the inner connecting carrying frame (5), the lining bottom groove (28) and the inner connecting carrying frame (5) are integrally formed, and a garbage filter screen (29) is arranged inside the lining bottom groove (28);
the steam conveying pipe (10) is arranged at the air inlet end of the steam pump (9), a pipeline condenser (11) is arranged at one end of the steam conveying pipe (10), and a water receiving pool (12) is arranged below the water outlet of the pipeline condenser (11);
and the smoke outlet (24) is arranged on the inner wall of the combustion bin (16), one end of the smoke outlet (24) is provided with a smoke exhaust chimney (7), and the smoke exhaust chimney (7) and the combustion bin (16) are integrally formed.

step three: wastewater flows into a heating water tank (21) through a water inlet guide pipe (3), then a port turnover cover (18) is lifted, the garbage waste subjected to drying treatment is placed into a combustion bin (16) through a feed port (17), ignition and combustion are carried out, and high temperature generated by combustion is used for heating the wastewater in the heating water tank (21) at high temperature;
step four: water elements in the wastewater are heated at high temperature and then changed into vapor to flow upwards, the generated vapor is pumped out from the inside of the sleeving outer frame (2) through a vapor pump (9), and the vapor is discharged to the inside of a pipeline condenser (11) through a vapor conveying pipe (10);
step five: the water vapor enters a pipeline condenser (11) and is pre-condensed into water drops, the water drops flow into a water receiving pool (12) through inertia, smoke generated by combustion of a combustion bin (16) is discharged through a smoke discharging chimney (7), and finally a valve (15) is opened to discharge the obtained water resource to a waste water recycling collection place;
step six: after the wastewater treatment is completed, the sleeving outer frame (2) and the support platform (1) are separated and detached, then harmful pollutants of dried moisture in the heating water pool (21) are cleaned, the garbage inside the combustion bin (16) is burnt to form ash, the ash falls into the inner part of the ash receiving box (20) through a gap between the supporting steel bars (30) and is collected, finally the ash receiving box (20) is taken out, and the collected ash is used as an auxiliary material for cement or brick preparation production.
